Initially, Yu Xiao dismisses its bizarre messages, such as "Guide for the Morgue" and "Cataloguing the Ghosts I’ve Encountered," as products of the institution's unusual environment. Yet, an unassuming guide on mastering talismans sparks her interest, pulling her into a reality far more peculiar than she had anticipated. As darkness descends, the hospital undergoes a disquieting metamorphosis.
