It's common knowledge that the western border is the richest town in the world, but the eastern border comes in a close second.
In contrast to the western border, this area has a lot of goods but only a small fraction of the population of the eastern border.
As a result of Edward's victory over the previous Alpha, the Lycan king is famous for having recently been established as king. The previous Alpha set up a fight to see which Beta posed the biggest threat to his position and, therefore, was the strongest.
Edward felt enraged when he saw that other Betas were intent on removing the previous Alpha from power because of his misdeeds and the way he managed the community.
After Alpha was kicked off his throne, he changed his name to Gamma and invaded the land along the western border to ask for help.
Nobody believed what he said, as everyone knew.
"If the people were unhappy with how the Alpha was treating and caring for their people, there would be no reason to begin a conflict."
Edward was not particularly knowledgeable about the responsibilities of the kingdom, but he won the hearts of his subjects by taking care of them and by handling security by transforming into a knight every night to protect them. Even though Edward didn't know much, this helped him win the hearts of his people.
After a few months had passed, he just realized that a maiden was wandering around the middle of each kingdom's border, which meant that Edward was also hunting.
While he was looking at her, he saw her grace, as well as her brilliant white skin, her long wavy hair, and her white dress, all of which gave her the appearance of a fairy.
Because the young woman could feel the prickling sensation that the grass was giving her, she did not wear any shoes. While she was looking at her, Edward took a moment to pause.
"Forgive me, my lady." When Edward emerged from the tree, the lady was startled and terrified.
Her already large, round eyes appeared even larger as a result of the surprise.
"Wait, I didn't intend any harm. I just wanted to know more about something. " The words spoken by Edward brought a halt to Rebecca's attempt to flee the scene.
Because of this, she was very scared because she was loyal to her alpha and couldn't be seen by anyone else. Subconsciously, she didn't know that someone like this man would eventually be able to see her.
As a result, she was exceedingly hesitant.
"Are you probably lost?" He inquired about the girl, who had no prior knowledge of her.
Edward thought that this young woman didn't come from his kingdom because he was sure he knew every young woman who walked the floors of his kingdom.
Rebecca did nothing but gaze at the man while simultaneously showing dread and courage. She then told him, in a firm voice, "You are not allowed to be here. This is the Western border."
Edward simply laughed, and the maiden's facial expression revealed that she was insulted by what Edward had done. After that, he cleared his throat.
"My lady, you are not at the western border at this time."
"Is that a sign that you see?" He pointed out to Rebecca that she understood deep down that she wasn't sure of what she said, which is why she chose not to look at the document she had written.
And when she looked at the sign, it came out that due to what she had done, it was closed, which caused her to feel ashamed and embarrassed.
"The evidence is clear that—"
Edward was in the middle of a sentence when he became distracted when he spotted the lady gracefully fleeing the scene.
The guys descended from the trees in an attempt to catch up to her, but he stopped them and told them to "Leave her be."
And the man who was standing behind him and observing the trees said, "That young lady is perfect for you, to be your Luna. You need to keep her under your control." This was stated by one of his men.
But Edward laughed it off and added, "That right there is the trouble with you men."
"You do not know how to win a woman's heart most properly by doing what you are doing."
After that, Edward walked past them, and the knight was making fun of him, saying, "You don't even know the first thing about ladies."
"They eventually caved in when you were ignoring them."
Edward could only shake his head as he continued to believe that every woman should be courted with the will and willingness of a man.
He was aware that these gentlemen were a little green when it came to the proper way to interact with a maiden, and he understood that they had all learned to make her work for them to win her trust.
On the other hand, the woman's late grandmother had the belief that "a woman is like a seed in a pot; it is up to your care on how it will grow and what fruit she will yield."
"You will always get back what you put into something; what you reap is what you sow."
So, Edward was kind to the maidens who lived in his territory and punished harshly anyone who was too rough with a maiden who couldn't defend herself or didn't have the means to do so.
Edward halted, placed the two fingers of his right hand in his mouth, and then blew, generating a whistling sound. At the same time, his men continued to walk while laughing at the dark-humored jokes they were telling.
By making a sound, Edward caused an imposing bird to emerge in the air. Even before the gorgeous bird with golden feathers had arrived on the man's hand, he had already plucked a flower from the ground and then reached up toward the sky.
At that moment, the bird landed on his hand.
"Give this to the lovely lady who was running in that direction." As Edward spoke, he indicated the direction in which the young woman had disappeared.
After he finished scratching the bird on the neck, he gave it a boost so that it could fly, and the bird immediately began to run.
In the trees, a young woman wearing a dress can be seen dashing towards some hidden treasures, although the mud on her magnificent gown and the blisters on her feet caused her to be in excruciating pain.
In her haste, the young woman failed to notice that the treasures were secured with stitches. When Rebecca arrived at the gates, Axel was there to greet her.
The young woman was asked what had happened to her, but all the virgin could muster was a smile since she was so happy to be back in her own home.
The girl was sitting on a branch of a tree when the bird flew down and rested on her shoulder.
She immediately looked startled and placed the flower that had been delivered on her lap.
The young lady remarked, in a naive manner, "What an odd bird."
The bird was just looking at her when it flew to land on the girl's lap, and after that, when the bird saw that the girl was sniffing the flower with a smile on her face, the bird flew away, leaving the girl with a red cape sitting on a branch, as it appeared to the bird that she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen, except the girl in a white dress that he passed while flying.
Sophie took another sniff of the lavender-colored flower and smiled as she did so, even though she had no idea why she had been given it.
However, she took comfort in the fact that the compliment was bestowed upon her by a bird rather than a man who lacked etiquette.
"Are you okay there?" Hiro said, Sophie's best friend, who had suddenly materialized on the nearby branch and was looking at what Sophie was holding,
"What on earth is that?"
"Shouldn't I consider you completely unworthy of receiving something like that?" He inquired in an impudent manner.
