"Faking that you don't know how to read?"
"How delusional?" Ayesa said, her eyes flaming with anger.
"If you deceived Flora, I'm sure you deceived Master Axel as well."
Ayesa scoffed and asked, "What are you?"
Sophie was just staring at her and didn't know what to do.
There was a lot of silence inside this room, and Ayesia was just making a circular motion with a silver knife and a wooden handle that had a ring placed on her index finger while going towards Sophie.
Sophie didn't move and just focused on her book.
Ayesa was irritated because this girl ignored her despite the fact that she was holding a metal, which prompted Ayesa to charge quickly, but with the blink of an eye, the silver knife was on the side of the unbothered Sophie's face and made a cut.
"Why does it matter to you if I'm faking my identity?"
Her majestic blood started to rush down on her face. She looked coldly at Ayesa, who was trying to retrieve her caught hand, but no matter how much she pulled, she still couldn't get her hand.
Sophie held Ayesa's hand and she stood up.
She pushed Ayesa's hand backwards, making her kneel to the ground because of the pain.
Then the silver touched her skin, and Ayesa couldn't describe how painful it was, bringing tears to Ayesa's eyes.
Sophie said, in a much colder tone, "I don't know what you plan to do, but it will take a while for you to get close to me."
"If you're going at me like that, just try harder."
Ayesa was crying because the silver on her skin caused her skin to burn like a piece of paper that slowly spread the small fire.
Sophie released her and said, "Come on and kill me. You have a free pass since you are brave enough."
Ayesa, with teary eyes, looked sharply at Sophie, and she slowly stood up.
Ayesa was lost for words as she looked at Sophie with a redness in her face that could explode at anytime.
Ayesa began to leap from side to side, and Sophie was just standing, looking in one direction.
She closed her eyes and as she sensed Ayesa leaping to the side without hesitation, she kicked to the left side, making Ayesa fly tons of times, and even before Sophie could feel at ease, Ayesa went to charge again with every blow.
Ayesa can't describe how annoyed and irritated she feels about Sophie.
"What do you have that I don't? For the Lycan king to act like that?"
With each blow, Sophie was just dodging everything, and Ayesa was getting pisser, and with a close eye, she naively threw the silver knife in the air.
"What is going on here?!"
With that voice, Ayesa was spooked.
The cut on Sophie's continued to draw blood, and because of Ayesa's reckless blow on the knife she was holding, she didn't realize that Sophie's arm was also injured by her.
Sophie, on the other hand, who's unbothered by the sudden appearance of Axel, chooses to wipe her wounds that are releasing her red blood and looks down on Ayesa with no other emotions than superiority.
Ayesa felt defeated as she underestimated the girl in front of her, who was nothing like the Lycan queen she met.
Rebecca was always graceful, but this girl in front of her was nothing like her.
She's graceful but with a power that can defend herself.
Ayesa looked at the Lycan King, who was walking towards them with a cloak hanging on one side of his shoulder.
Ayesa's fantasy of being with Axel was crushed, and her hands, full of blood, began to tremble and kneel in front of Axel.
"Please! Spare me, your majesty! "
Flora, who's looking at the background, can't help but put her hand on her mouth out of shock when she sees Ayesa begging for her life.
Flora knew Ayesa for so long, but she'd never been like this. She's happy with everything she got, but when she went to the palace, everything changed because she was obsessed with the Lycan King.
Flora felt sorry for Ayesa, but that was the faith she bestowed on herself.
Axel walked past Ayesa and went to Sophie to look at all of her cuts.
Hugo, who was standing behind him, widened his eyes because of what he saw and shouted, "Call the healer!"
Axel looked at Sophie like a werewolf pup with worried eyes and said, "Let's head up stairs, and tell me everything."
Sophie didn't say anything, and she just followed Axel and asked, "I thought you'd be back for three days?"
Axel just looked at her and said, "Yes, but when Hugo told me that something was wrong, I couldn't just leave you here and waste a second of not knowing what happened to you."
Sophie's chest started to hurt as she looked up to look at the man beside her.
The majestic creature who was feared the most because of his strict and peaceful behavior was willing to be behind schedule just to check up on her.
Ayesa was being dragged by the guards, and Axel stopped them and said, "Bring her to my dungeon!"
That brought thunder to her ears, but Ayesa has not been able to lift her head to look at Axel.
She's been in deep heartbreak for reasons she can't explain. Ayesa suddenly decided to tilt her head, and it landed on Flora's face.
Flora's eyes were in tears because of what happened to her.
"Tsk!"
Ayesa couldn't feel more neglected, but as she was walking she could still see Flora's face and said to herself, "Don't you dare feel sorry for me!"
When you work at the palace, everyone becomes your friend, but once you are sentenced to heavy punishment, even your closest friend can't help you and will eventually treat you like someone they didn't know.
Working at the palace will be both a blessing and a curse. It's between the two that you choose to impose on yourself.
The cell opened and it revealed a man with anger in his eyes, with a weak body.
Ayesa kneeled and looked down.
"You dare hurt her with your nonsense acts? Who pushed you to do this?"
Axel said softly, but the fear permeated Ayesa's entire existence.
