After I was done eating I was about leaving the house when Austin came in.
"Dinela told me everything and she said you want to go report to the station." He went straight to the point.
"Yes and I have made up my mind, I will help Azyma out, I will go to the station and no one will stop me."
"I am not here to stop you, I want to help, what has happened to Azyma is really unfair, she deserves justice, I will come with you."
"At least you agree with me, thank you, I really do not understand why Dinela is acting this way."
"She might just be scared, she will come to her senses sooner or later."
"I really hope so."
"Come on."
We got to the station and we were about to go in when we saw Mrs Amira.
"What are you kids doing here?"
"Good afternoon ma'am, we have some information about Mr Dario's whereabouts that is why we are here."
"Really?"
"Yes ma'am, he is hiding in a small apartment in Area 2."
"And where did you hear this?"
"Its a long story, we will go to the police officer to tell him, excuse us."
"You can't go to the police officer!!"
"Why not?"
"Because the officer in charge of her case is absent, I will tell him for you when he is back here."
"Okay thank you ma'am."
"No problem, you should both go home now."
"Well ma'am, you are helping Azyma right."
"Yes I am, she has been through a lot, I want to bring the truth to light and get Axymah her life back."
"Can you please tell us what really happened?"
"I suppose, Mr Dario, has been abusing her and she is now traumatized and he has beaten her to the point that right now she is in a coma, and he is not her step father, her mom and Mr Dario never got married before her demise."
"We know the last part."
"How exactly?"
"We have our ways."
Mrs Amira and I discussed, she told me how she was apart of a team called girls voices, and she told us how she has been trying to help Azyma out but Azyma did not want her help, I got to really understand Azyma, Austin stayed quite mostly because he knows I have got this and he might just be speechless, he might also have been thinking about something that I could not really point out.
"We also found out something very important about Azyma's case."
"What did you find out?"
"Apparently Azyma's mother death was beyond what it appeared to be."
"Explain."
"Well Mr Dario was the one that killed her, he tampered with the breaks of the car and doused it in fuel and unfortunately another car was on the same road and they ran into each other, that was how the car crash took place and also Azyma's mother's body was not burnt in the accident and also it seems that Mr Dario blamed Azyma for her mother's death and I think in a way Azyma believes that its actually her fault, so I think we should find out the whole story behind this and prove to Azyma that its not her fault."
"A car crash with fire? Her body must surely have been burnt, yeah you are right, but how will we find out about that?"
"Leave that to us we will find out about that and afterwards we will tell you."
"Okay,sure."
"You should both go home now, give me your numbers please."
"Okay."
We all exchanged numbers and went our separate ways.
Mrs Amira seems really nice, I guess I could trust her, its nice to have an adult in on this.
"Gym was very fun today, I hope it will continue to be like this, but some of the stretch poses are hard to do."
"Yeah, imagine a guy splitting all the way down, only martial Arts do that and I am not one, Mr Greg wants to tear my dicky."
"What a sore sight that would be." I said with an evil smirk
"You are so evil."
"Bye, we will talk later." I said as I came down from the cab.
"Yeah I will call you we have lots to talk about."
I opened the door into my house and I went in, I saw both of my parents and Dinela standing in the living, she probably told them.
"Young lady what is it that we are hearing?" My mom yelled out.
"Mom, Azyma is in a coma right now because of what Mr Dario did to her, he has fled and I know where he is I just went to the police station to tell the officer where Mr Dario is hiding that's all and if you think that, that was very wrong of me then you need to have a small talk with yourself, I am doing the right thing and I do not need anyone to tell me that."
"Do not speak to me like that Alero, I am your mother."
"I am going to my room."
"You are grounded Alero Peace, no matter what you should not speak to your mom like that."
"Go to your room."
"Whatever." I said as I walked away, I made sure to shoot daggers at Dinela as I walked to my room.
"What you are doing is wrong." Dinela said and she sat on my bed.
"How exactly is it wrong?"
"You are putting your life at risk by doing this, let the police handle it."
"What is your problem? The police had no idea of Mr Dario's whereabouts till I told them, the man needs to be behind bars, imagine it was you all this happened to, you in a coma and no one wants to help you get justice, how would you feel."
"What I am....."
"Please just leave."
"Alero its...."
"I said leave."
"Okay, bye."
After she left I was extremely pissed at her, how can someone be so cruel and cold hearted, and my mom....
*Ring*Ring* I heard my cellphone ring, I picked it and checked who is calling.
"Hey Austin, what's up."
"Fine, I just called to talk about Azyma..."
That is how my evening went, we spoke a lot about Azyma, we both said our goodnight and afterwards I went to the kitchen to get something to eat and then I did my homework and went to bed.
How am I going to prove to Azyma that she is not responsible for her mother's death, that was my last thought before I fell into a slumber.
Mrs Amira's POV.
I wonder how those kids found out so much about Azyma's case. I thought as I sipped my glass of coffee.
Thank God I stopped them from telling the officer all that they told me, other officers that are working for Mr Dario will hear about it and warn him and he'll be able to slip past us.
I hope those kids are able to find all about Axymah's mom's death. I will go to Axymah's house tomorrow maybe I'll get a clue about this case.
Next morning.
"Come right back home after school." My dad told me as he dropped me off at the school's parking lot.
"Bye dad." And I went into the school.
I am so early, I met the janitor in his office, what did he say I should call him again?
"Good morning sir."
"What's good about the morning?! get to work." He handed me the equipments needed for me to clean the first and second floor.
I finished cleaning the second floor, I was cleaning the second floor when I saw Dinela.
"Hey, can I help?" She offered.
"No,besides I am almost done."
"Why are you acting like a bitch, I am just trying to be nice by offering to help you besides why would you think I'd be delighted to do the work of a janitor."
"So you consider me a janitor."
"I didn't mean it like that."
"Please just go."
"See you in first period."
Thanks for ruining my day, I thought bitterly. After I was done I went to the females bathroom to wash off before I would get to class, I am running late.
Mavery's POV
"What are you going to do in this school?"
"My mission is to find Axymah Adam,if I find her things our problem will be solved."
"I know that, I mean what are you doing in this metro puritan high school, and in the females bathroom."
"Axymah was last spotted here, that's why I came to find out where she is."
"Okay but you know your necklace is your life line do not let anyone get it.
End of POV
I quickly did as though I wanted to enter inside the bathroom, then we both ran into each other and her purse fell.
"I am so sorry." I said as I picked her purse up.
"Its okay,excuse me." She left and I was all alone in the bathroom now, before I could try to process what I just heard from that woman Debby gold walked in.
"So you are the new janitor I heard about." I just rolled my eyes when she said that.
"The floor is so clean you should probably take that as a profession."
"I don't have time to exchange words with you." I grabbed my bag from the basin and I went out of the bathroom.
I don't need her adding to my problems.
I entered the class and the teacher was not there, thank goodness.
Too bad I have this class with Dinela, soon after Jefferson came in and started with today's topic, all the while I was thinking about what I heard in the females bathroom, so far being a janitor has helped me hear a lot I hope it stays that way.
This is the fourth period and I am already tired of learning, I have this class with Dinela and Azyma but unfortunately Azyma is absent.
"Hey class." I head the vice principal say as he entered the class.
"This is your new substitute teacher for fishery, Miss Mavery. Your previous teacher has suddenly fallen ill, please treat Miss Mavery's with respect and always listen to her, have a nice day." With that he walked out of the class.
"I will not be teaching today, I like to always no my students before I teach them, if I point at you, you will stand up and tell me your name and where you are from, is that understood?"
"Yes Miss Mavery." The class answered in unison.
"Why is that seat empty? Who is supposed to be seating there?"
"Azyma is supposed to seat there." Debby gold answered.
"Those anyone know why she is absent?"
"Yes, she is in a coma." Happiness answered.
"Wha-t-t-t!! What happened to her?"
When no one answered her she asked another question.
"Which hospital is she in?"
"The national hospital." This time Dinela answered.
"Okay, the rest of you stand up and tell me your names when I point at you."
That is how the class went, I wonder what she is up too, I will have to find out.
After class ended she left and not too long after I followed her. I followed her into the hallway and out of the school, I am sure she has other classes to teach then why is she going home.
She started walking towards the left part of the school which leads into the woods, I wonder what she is going there to do, I followed her for a while longer but then she stopped and she looked back I quickly hid behind a large tree so she will not see me, I then peeped to see if she was still looking but then, she was gone.
Where did she go now? I saw her going towards the left I almost missed her, I quickly started to trail her again, I can't miss her.
I quickly tested Austin where I was and who I was following as I was hiding whenever she looks back.
"You that is following me turn around now if not you will meet your doom." She yelled into the forest, how did she know that I am following her? She must be making empty threats to get me to turn around but I will not fall for that.
