~Pregnant model ~
When Gabriela got home and settled down in her bedroom, she was still anxious over her pregnancy. Every other day opened her heart to guilt and she wondered how she was going to keep this as secret for the rest of her life. How would she stay with the guilt of secrecy over the true paternity of her child? She was in for the worst, and she sensed there would never be an escape route. Lucas didn’t deserve this. He didn’t deserve to be cheated on. He didn’t deserve to father the child of another man. How would she face Lucas and tell him every day that he was responsible for her pregnancy?
She dug her hand into her hand bag to have a look at the DNA test result and that of her pregnancy. Some days ago she was just all about reading through the result over and over again, as she was yet to believe she was pregnant for Azuaka and not her husband. She would never forgive herself for this sacrilege. Lucas had been a nice husband to her.
Certainly Azuaka had ruined her love life with Lucas. Would she even be able to keep the secret? Would she stand the impending nemesis of her decisions? Something drastic was about to befall her for such decision and she wondered how Lucas would take the nemesis.
She flinched. She could not lay hold on the test result. She raised a brow and emptied her hand bag on the bed, as her eyes combed around for the test result. But she couldn’t find it!
“Oh my God! Where is this test result? What is happening?” she asked within herself and started scavenging all over her room impatiently and annoyingly.
She made downstairs like a kitten, searched all over the place for it but couldn’t find it. She looked puzzled and confused. With her finger in her mouth she pondered over the whereabouts of the test result
“Gabriela! Is that my wife?” Lucas asked once he sensed someone was searching all over the place. “Gabriela is that you? Gabriela!” he called earnestly, groping his hand in the air if he could touch her.
“Yes, darling. It is me!” she replied from the balcony, casting her glance all over the place to see if the test result dropped on the ground while entering the compound.
A lot paced through her mind now. She thought about the taxi, her encounter with Azuaka at the hospital.
Where could she have probably misplaced the test result?
“You seem to be searching for something. Am I right?” he asked, “What are you searching for?”
“Um…I…” she stuttered, contemplating for a while and told a liar, “I am searching for some office documents. It is very vital. I can’t lose it I must find that document. if I don’t find it I am ruined. I just wonder where I kept the result” she explained.
“Are you sure you came back with it?” he asked, “There must be some mix up somewhere, perhaps you left it at the office. You just have to think hard and you will realize were you left it…”
She interjected angrily “Just let me think now!” she yelled at Lucas
And Lucas shook in fear. She scowled and realized she just raised her voice at her husband for the first time. Everything was getting her walked up now, especially the pregnancy.
She drifted to him and tendered her apology, “I am sorry for yelling at you but I don’t think so dear. It has always been was in my bag. I wonder how I became such an ass to be careless over things like this.”
He grabbed her waist, “it is OK., but my wife is not an ass. You are a perfect woman. You are carrying my child and you call yourself ass! hell no! Your imperfection is perfection. I wish I had my sight, I would have helped you to search for it,” said Lucas.
Gabriela was still about the document. She pondered about the destinations she visited earlier and her ways. Her handbag wasn’t leaking so it couldn’t have fallen away. Shethought.
“Or did it fall off my handbag while throwing up?”he thought within herself and stroked her hair confusedly.

Gabriela stripped off her dress to her g-string before taking a pose for Steve to have a shot.
“Take it! One! Two! Go!” Steve said and took photograph of her as flashes of camera light came upon her nude body.
Aku walked into the studio at once and stood staring at Gabriela. She could notice the enlargement of her face, breast and waist. Obviously Gabriela was pregnant and in a matter of time her baby bump would show.
“Take it! One! Two! Go!” Steve took more photo of her naked body, before advancing to her. “I really want to have something epic. I love the enlargement of your breats and waist. Right now your body is banging and will sell our paper this week.”
Once Steve was done with Gabriela, Aku walked to his side and whispered,”Excuse us, Steve,”
The door banged. Steve had gone.
“Good day ma’am!” Gabriela greeted and stood up to squeeze into her tight short gown...
“You look pregnant, Gabriela. What have you been up to recently?”
“Well, I um…,” she stuttered and wish she could hide her pregnancy, “I am finally preganant for Lucas,” Gabriela said, forced a smile and as suspicion pang her heart.
“Wow! This is great news. Finally you are pregnant for Lucas? He must be a happy man now. What a mysterious life we live in. oh I am so happy for the both of you,”
Gabriela was all smiles even though the guilt that banged her heart to keep convincing everyone about her pregnancy for Lucas was so intolerable.
“You know I have been pondering over baby bump edition of our magazine. Yes. And these days, it is very tasking and impossible to see a pregnant model. I really want a real pregnant model not photo shopped models. Now you are pregnant you are going to be useful to us. We could use you as soon as your baby bump develops bigger in shape and size
She shook her head in conformity, ”Yes. Yes am a model, it will be my pleasure to fit into different edition and since I am pregnant it would be my honor.”
“Oh, I am really happy for your husband. It is indeed a thing of joy despite his disability. Do extend my compliment to him,” Aku said.
“Oh I will, ma’am,” replied Gabriela as she tittered.
“I don’t know if our finance department has briefed you about our latest sales. Well it is my honor to inform you that we rank number one of all magazine after we hit one million dollars platinum sales.”
“Wow!” Gabriela chanted and hugged her. We made it!”
“Yes we did and you made it possible. There was no way we could have made it without you. I just want to thank you Gabriela…”
She was interrupted by Steve who walked in, ”Excuse me um… Gabriela, Azuaka is outside to see you…”
She raised a brow…
