Blue's POV
Still sitting on the bathroom floor hopelessly... I summoned courage to come out of the bathroom to get my phone on the bed.
I crawled to the door... Who knew the tail would be so heavy.
I stretched to open the door and had a fast sneak peak of the room to check if anyone was in there.
I crawled to my bed and took my phone on the side table and dialed Pearl's line.
"Hello Pearl" I shouted on the phone restlessly.
"Hello Blue... Are you alright?..you sound stressed" she remarked .
" Pearl.. I'm not alright at all.. I splashed water on the necklace and it cursed me with a tail" I said and she laughed.
She behaves like Zara...
"Blue.. it didn't curse you, don't be silly " she stated .
" That's not the case... My family needs me on the table for breakfast ... Well you don't expect me to go with a tail" I said agape.
" Is the necklace still wet?" She asked and I touched it.
" Yes it is.. so?" I asked .
" Well .. clean it with a dry towel and wait for 5 seconds .. that's all" she said and a light smile appeared on her face.
" Thanks Pearl.... What would I do without you?" I said happily and she laughed.
" Well ... Why don't we meet up later ?.. I'll call up those girls and Alondra so we can have a little meeting on Ivy at the beach" she said and it sounded like a good idea.
"I don't see why we can't," I replied.
"Ok ... See you at the beach" she said and hung up.
I followed every step and everything went back to normal...I stood up but my legs were wobbly at first but it went back to normal after a few steps.
I dressed and went to the dining area.
"What have you been doing?" Chelsea asked, perplexed.
"Nothing ... I just needed a good bath and I didn't stop your glutenous mouth from eating" I retorted and Kaycee laughed.
"Good one sis" he complimented and we did our signature handshake.
"Good morning mom! Good morning dad!" I greeted.
"At least you remembered us out of all this ranting" mom said and I widened my eyes.
"Let's eat... " Dad said and everyone began digging in.
"Mom .... I'd like to go to the beach today" I said and mom sighed.
I know she won't let me go without Kaycee or Chels.
"But alone?" Mom asked agape.
"Please mom... It's just for today and only 3 hours pls" I pleaded .
"If you're going I'll have to come with you" Chels said and I glared at her.
"Just let her go.... She's seventeen, she can take care of herself and she's the only less demanding daughter that I have" Dad said and Chelsea's mouth dropped wide.
"Daddy.... I'm also less demanding... I don't ask for too much" Chelsea pouted.
"Oh really.... Last week you asked for a new phone and not just any phone ... an iphone 12 pro max " Kaycee stated.
"And 2 days ago you asked for a new bed" Mom said.
"Yesterday you came to my room and said you needed a new wardrobe," Dad said .
"Last month I gave you all my savings to buy a gift for your friend till now no repayment" I said and she lowered her gaze.
"How is a phone, a new bed , a new wardrobe and a payment you're never gonna get; demanding?" She asked and we all gave her the *Really!!?* look.
"So mom pls can I go?" I asked childishy and she nodded.
"Yes you may" she said and I hugged her and pecked her.
"Whatever!!" Chelsea muttered disappointed.
I went back to my room and changed to beach wear... No bikini ... Just a bum short and a top on a long silk jacket ... I also took a hat and my sun shades.
A driver is gonna take me there and bring me back.
I got there in no time... The atmosphere was just right .... I sighted them from far ... They were seated on a big cloth on the beach sand .
" Hey guys ... I called .
"Welcome Blue" they welcomed and I took my seat .
"Are we ready for your first test in getting Ivy back?" Alondra asked and I breathed out.
"Yes I am.. just that I'm scared and something also happened today" I said.
" What?" They asked in unison.
"I had a full transformation today!" I said and they looked at each other confused.
"She had her tail," Pearl said and Alondra gasped.
"You transformed?" Alondra asked in bewilderment.
"That's a huge step but can you swim with it?" She asked .
"Well she's a good swimmer... No doubt" Daisy said and I smiled.
My phone rang and I checked the caller ... It was Zara.
"Hello Zara!" I called.
" Blue, where are you?" She asked.
" Why?... Is there a problem?" I asked
"We were supposed to meet each other and hang out today" she said and I remembered the promise I made yesterday. I bit my tongue in guilt.
Oh God!!!.. How did I forget?
" I'm so sorry Zara.. there's an emergency at home so I can't make it today" I said .
"Hope there's no problem? or should I come over?" She asked.
" No... I can handle things here... Don't worry" I said .
"Okay.... Take care okay?" She said.
" Sure I will. Bye!" I said
"Ok bye" she said and hung up.
" Did you just lie to Zara?" Amy asked and I breathed out.
" I don't like lying to her but I had no other choice " I stated and AJ shook her head.
" You shouldn't have to lie to her" AJ stated.
"She said she had no other choice... Now let's forget Zara and focus on Ivy... It's not Zara that's cursed" Pearl said rashly.
I'm sorry Zara ... I can't believe I lied to you but it's for the best.
We all played with the sand .... Built sand castles and had fun throughout our stay.
After that we retired back to our base for lunch.
Pearl packed food , fruits and drinks in a picnic basket and we ate gracefully.
"I see this was your emergency" someone said from behind me and everyone looked gobsmacked.
I turned and OMG Zara!!!
I dropped my plate and swallowed the quantity in my mouth.
"You know Blue... If you didn't want to spend time with me .. you should have just been direct" she said and I nodded negatively.
"No that's not the case Zara" I said .
"So what's the case? ..... You ditched me once before because of this thing and now even the nurse is sitting with you and when did you become friends with these Cheerleading girls?" she asked, pissed off.
"Is there something you're not telling me?" She asked as a tear rolled down her cheek.
"Zara... I really want to tell you but... " I said and paused.
I feel so guilty .
"But what??... You know what ?" She asked
" Since it's so big you can't tell me... Then there's no point in holding onto this relationship." She said and my eyes widened.
" Zara!!" I called weakly.
" I can't be in a relationship that only one person is fighting for" she stated.
"We're going on a break" she finally said and tears ran down my cheeks.
"Zara!!... Pls don't make decisions when you're angry" Daisy said.
"Angry... I'm not angry... I'm just stating the facts here" she said.
"As for you Blue .. no text messages , no calls, no gossip... WE ARE DONE" she said and walked away.
I cried my eyes out and Alondra held me to sit down.
The tears kept flowing nonstop and I just thought of the good times we had together.
Zara.... I promise to tell you everything at the right time .... I don't even understand myself.. so how can I tell you anything?
But I promise when the time is right I'll tell you everything.

I guess this episode tells us about truthfulness .... So be truthful in all ways because one lie can destroy everything you have.... EVERYTHING!!!
