Season 1 Episode 8
Blue's POV
We all sat down on the floor in the passage.. as the incident that just happened flashed in my head..
"You all come with me" Alondra said and we looked at her .
"Why?.. where are you taking us?" Daisy asked still shocked due to what just happened.
"To my office.. we need to talk" She stated and I managed to get up.
I and Pearl moved but the Cheetahs didn't..
"Aren't you guys coming?" I asked and they nodded.
"You go!!.. you want us to go with that creepy nurse?" AJ asked agape and I sighed.
I dropped to a crouch in front of them and breathed out .
"Wherever Ivy is ... If it's still possible for her to come back to us.. I'll take any chance to bring her back no matter what it takes." I promised and a light smile appeared on their faces .
"You're a good person Blue" Kaylee said as I helped them to stand up.
I smiled and walked with them to the nurse's office.
She opened the door and we sat on the neatly arranged beds.
"Pearl first we need to treat you" Alondra said and Pearl shot the Cheetahs a wild look.
"Thanks a lot fools" Pearl said and they looked at each other.
But how does Pearl even know about the necklace??
"How do you guys know about the necklace all of a sudden" I asked and Alondra brought out the necklace from her pocket.
She picked the necklace up cos I didn't want to touch it.
"Well Ivy overheard you and the nurse earlier today " Pearl said and Kaylee nodded.
"But how do you know?" I asked agape.
"Well the truth is I'm your kind.. I also have a necklace like yours and my color is green" she said and showed me the necklace.
Wow!!.. it's exactly like mine .
" Why didn't you tell me?" I asked and she sighed.
" There are so many things you don't know yet Blue" she said and I pinched myself to know if I was in a dream.
"Green stands for nature right?" I asked and she nodded.
" It seems you've started training" Pearl acknowledged.
Alondra bandaged and treated Pearl's wounds and she went over to a hidden section of her office.
It was covered with a big painting... She opened the frame like a door and behold there was a very big book .
With the way she carried it .. it seems heavy .. it looked like over a thousand pages where in the book. It was dusty so she blew breeze on the front cover which exposed the diagram of a mermaid .
"That's a big book" AJ said .
"And spooky too" Amy said afraid.
The book really looked scary... With thick covers , brown and black shades by the edges and a diagram of a mermaid.
"This is the book of Mer-spells" she said and my anxiety increased.
" Wow... I never thought I'd see it again" Pearl said and touched it dreamily.
I , Pearl, Alondra , Kaylee, Amy, Daisy and AJ were the only ones in the room.
"Can this book bring back Ivy?" Daisy asked.
"Well I just have a strong feeling that Ivy is alive somewhere" Alondra said and that statement gave me hope.
As they say.. when there's life there's hope.
She opened to the first page and read out a chant.
"With every spell casted,
There's a wish granted,
Pure good or pure evil,
something must prevail." She read out and the chant repeated in my mind.
"Do you understand that?" She asked .
"To my own understanding.. if you do anything .. good or bad it comes with a blessing or curse" I replied.
"Good.. you're catching up really fast" she appreciated.
"Ivy did a bad thing so she's cursed" Pearl said .
" The necklace cursed her.. but what kind of curse did it place on her?" I asked .
" Well... She disappeared into thin air.. isn't that curse enough" Amy said with a scoff.
"No the necklace doesn't curse that way... There's something more to this.. I can feel it" Alondra said.
"She only wanted the necklace to take over both land and sea" AJ said.
"That's why she's still alive.. because she didn't do anything evil with it yet... she just had evil intentions that's why it just cursed her" Daisy said.
It seems they are now getting along well with magic.
"Every curse can be reversed right?" I asked and she checked the book for some spells.
" Let me check for some curse spells." She checked and we waited.
"Hmm....listen to this

We all had confused looks on our faces.
"What sort of riddle is this"I asked.
"To any soul that has a tight seal... I think it means the cursed person" Pearl said.
" Don't you think we already know that" Daisy retorted.
"Excuse me.. I'm just trying to help .. do you think I'm that nice.. watch it don't let me use some magic on you" Pearl threatened.
"Okay.. if we want to solve this riddle... We have to do it together" I said and surprisingly they all agreed.
"The only fight must be from within??.. what does that mean?" Amy asked and we taught about it in silence.
I took my eyes up and saw Alondra staring at me.
"I think it means .. the fight must be from our heart and not our minds... So we must do something that Ivy likes from the bottom of our hearts and the curse will be broken" I said and Alondra clapped her hands.
She had smiles in her face.
"Correct... It seems training has already began" she said and hugged me.
"So tomorrow we'll continue... You all have to be here if you want to save your friend" She said .
The girls stood up to leave but before they left.. they hugged me.
" You got this Blue.. I know you can do it" Daisy said and I smiled.
They left .... Only I , Pearl and Alondra remained.
" I have to go now!" I said and waved them a good bye.
I called my brother Kaycee to come pick me up ... He drove to school himself and picked me up...
Alondra's POV
" She's got the gift" Pearl stated and I nodded.
"She's a purple and you're a green" I said.
"But there are a lot of things she doesn't know yet.. I hope.. she's able to bring back Ivy.. this is like her first test" Pearl said and I sighed.
" I know she can do it... She's smart and has potential" I complimented.
"Just keep an eye on her and take care of her like a sister should Okay?" I said and she nodded.
Pearl left and I looked at the necklace in my hand... I'll return it tomorrow ..
Blue I know you can do it... A lion can't give birth to a goat.. All you need now is proper training and this is starting with Ivy.
