Bound By Agreement: The Alpha's Contract Wife And Twins Chapter 63

CHAPTER 64

MONTANA'S POV

Vito winked at me, but I turned my head and ignored him as he then walked away. I carried the plate of food up and thought I would throw up.

Can't they at least prepare something eatable?

I had to eat, but I did not eat much at all. The food was just a no for me.

The day came to an end, we all were sent to sleep. That girl I met at first never came back that day, who knows where she was.

A few weeks passed, and I was still in this place, so far, things were not that bad until they force you to do something and stuff like that.

And as for me, they wanted to know and see my wolf, which is something I will never allow.

Whatever they did these pass few weeks, I don't know how I was able to withstand it, but it was as if I had no wolf.

I know I have a wolf, but it was like I didn't, Even Lady Scar, who had done her magic on me, was a bit confused and sent me away.

So for some days now, I have been at peace, still weak but healing fast from their stupid magical torture.

Aria, on the other hand, had filled me in on plenty of things, and I also learned something's about this place on my own.

Now I finally come to a conclusion that Aria can be trusted and if she could help me find the witch I was looking for, there might be a way out.

I had a picture of the witch. Not here at this cottage but at the hotel. I needed to find her as soon as possible before things gets worse for me.

"Aria can I ask something?", I sat up on my bed from my laying down position as Aria also dropped the spell book she was reading and practicing.

"Sure, wassup", she responded.

"Is there a witch named Calista here?", I asked her.

"I think there are two witches here who answer Calista," Aria said, "which one exactly?"

"This one is different, I don't know, since I got here, I have just not seen her anywhere at all," I explained to Aria.

Aria hummed and kept muttering, "A Calista, Calista", and then she snapped her finger at me like she had remembered, "Whoa, Montana, why do you care about that particular witch? Where she is in this cottage is a no zone, no one is allowed to go in there."

"But why?", I asked confused, "why does she not come out or anything?"

"Look, I have not even seen her myself. She does not ever come out and when I asked around, they said she has been asleep in a glass coffin for decades now," Aria informed me.

"So how do we wake her up?", I asked Aria.

"Why would you want to wake her up?", Aria asked me, looking surprised. It was so annoying that this Aria was not getting the hang of what I meant.

"Look, she is the person who made me come here, okay? I need to get to her and I think that will be our only way out of this place", I finally told Aria everything.

"I really don't know how to wake her up Montana, there is not much information about that witch, Calista, it is like she is dead or something. If Lady Scar or anyone even hears us talking about her, we will be in serious trouble."

"Why are they so overprotective of her anyway?", I scoffed.

Aria just shrugged, "I have no idea."

Aria was about to go back to her spell book before I stopped her.

"Yes?", she looked at me and me being quiet for some time, means I was thinking something, something that might not be too good and Aria was like, "No, no Montana, we will not do anything stupid. You will not do anything stupid."

I smiled, "Don't worry it is not going to me stupid but smart. Look, Aria, I have a plan."

ALPHA LINCOLN'S POV

These few weeks without Montana had been crazy for me. I have always thought about her. Her room is practically mine now.

At least she left some of her stuff, I am guessing she was unable to take all with her, which is good for me because I will be able to manage her scent at least when I miss her a lot.

Today I was in my room, working as usual, to get myself away from my thoughts when someone just barged into my room without even knocking.

Of course, who else than, Ava and who even gave her the right to do that.

"Next time Ava," I said angrily as I stood up slowly from my bed, drawing each words out, "Next time you barge into my room like that, you will hate yourself more than you will hate me."

"Lincoln…"

"Shut your mouth, who even let you in? Just get out," I said to her. I actually do not ever want to see her again or have anything to do with her. She was just part of the reason Montana left me, even though I, myself, was the bigger reason but still.

"What happened?", Ava still stayed and pushed on, "This is not like you, I have been calling, texting, and you have been ignoring me."

"I clearly told you that I did not want to have anything to do with you anymore. So why are we still talking about this?", I raised my brow. Like, is she dense or what?

"Why? I need to know why you made that decision on your own. At least give me an explanation," Ava said, trying to raise her voice at me.

I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath, if only she knew the kind of anger I felt right now, she would leave this place before I even let out another breath.

I heard her sigh and starting walking up to me.

"Stay back, stay back", I kept saying in my mind, trying to control myself.

"Look darling, you know how I feel about you, and you cannot leave me, look I will be better for you, just tell me what the problem is", she hugged me from behind, pecking my shoulders.

I growled lowly, "The problem is, you never listen", and then I turned and grabbed her by the hair hard, "But today, I will teach you how to follow orders."
