The "Enjoy the Human Lives Show Humans Sent to Another World With a Cheat" was a divine spectacle, revered by the Gods as ultimate entertainment. However, for Kanbara Kanata, one of the show's participants, this divine amusement became a terrifying ordeal. After incurring the wrath of an Evil God, Kanata was unceremoniously banished to the most perilous dungeon imaginable: Cocytus. Within this deadly abyss, where survival seemed impossible, Kanata's destiny became entwined with Lunaère, a self-styled misanthropic immortal. Rescued by her, he entered a harsh apprenticeship. Lunaère subjected him to a demanding training regime, focusing solely on equipping him with the most basic skills for self-preservation. Whenever Kanata tentatively declared his readiness, believing he had become strong enough, his master would adamantly retort that it was insufficient, reminding him of the dangers that lurked beyond the dungeon's confines.
