Hard to Deceive

By chance, Wen Yifan and Sang Yan's lives converge again, transforming their shared apartment into a space charged with their past. Wen Yifan, who had previously rejected Sang Yan, now finds herself living with him, their interactions characterized by a veneer of politeness and unspoken history. This precarious equilibrium is shattered when Wen Yifan awakens in Sang Yan's bedroom, a consequence of her sleepwalking. Initially accepting responsibility, she begins to suspect something more as peculiar events continue. She tentatively suggests locking his door. Sang Yan, however, responds with playful amusement and a challenge, teasing that she would simply pick the lock.
