Sapphire was surprised with his calm and nice behavior today, but she knows now whom to trust and whom do not.
So without any further arguments, she shook her head and starts eating her food. Whole rowan gets busy in talking on the phone.
After sporadically, she finished half of his eaten food and said quietly “I am done” afraid of his shouting.
He stood up and marched towards the drawer and take out medicines. He threw them on her lap and said, “I talked to our family doctor, he said you will be fine. It's just a viral fever, nothing severe”.
She just nodded her head and was moving towards the washroom when rowan here a thud sound. Looking back, he found sapphire on the floor unconscious. Cutting his phone, he quickly went towards her and picked her warm body in his arms.
“ Hey… Hey, are you fine?” rowan asked, patting her cheek.
She was semi-conscious. She can feel herself in someone's arms. When she tried to open her eyes, she found rowan in front of her.
Rowan was going to place her on his bed, but she was not having it…

Rowan was coming to the balcony with a medical box when he found her struggling with his suit. He shouted again," what the hell are you doing, bloody hell? Are you out of your mind? You are having fever”.
Sapphire shivered and said fearfully, “I was taking out your clothes for…for the party”.
Rowan couldn't help but shook his head in disbelief, “did I asked you to do that?” he yelled at her.
Sapphire stumbled and replied, “no…no…”
Without letting her finish, he cut her between," I am not going anywhere” he commands.
Sapphire : if… If you are staying because of me….
Rowan didn't let her finish and said, “you are not that important for me that I will stay here for you. You are highly mistaken. I am staying because I have some unfinished work at home study.”
Just then Natasha knocked the door and rowan placed the medicines in her hand and ordered. “ Take this medicine without any drama. I am coming back in a while “.
Sapphire nodded, not arguing further, and sat on the mattress in the balcony. Rowan closed the balcony slide and permitted the person in his room.
After getting permission the person enter, and it was Natasha only standing now in his room.” hey rowan baby. You are not ready yet. Why? Come on, get ready fast. We are waiting for you…”
Rowan sighed and replied while rubbing his forehead, “I am not coming mom, you all can go”.
Natasha frowned and said lovingly : baby please, Mr. Oliver personally invited you to his son's birthday party. This is not the way to behave. You need to come. Even your father is going there.
ROWAN : mom, I really need to do some work, and please don't force me. I don't want to go there. Please.

Rowan knew that she was listening to their talks and it will hurt her badly. He knew that there is no future for them, but he would rather not make her hurt again in this condition of her. She has fever, and it will make her condition worse. He never wanted to marry someone, but now she is his wife which he is ignoring. But he knew that he won't remarry. This word felt bitter in his mouth.
Rowan refused Natasha, but she was adamant to bring him to the party. She tried again, “come on son it will be a boost to your business, you know.” she said trying to convince him.
“i don't need someone's boost in my business mom, and you know that I don't need anyone, they need me for their business” saying, so he refused again, this time a little rudely.
Rowan turns around in balcony direction and opened the door. He found sapphire wiping her eyes. Sapphire was unable to hide her face properly as she has a not expected him to open the door. Her face was looking pale.
