He dealt with the other asshole already. He is pretty sure na tumigil na ito sa panliligaw kay Stacey .Ito na lang ang problema. Si Blake.
"Nick?" he heard her call him again. Her phone is still ringing and Blake looks impatient.
He blew out some air to release some of his annoyance. "Huwag mo ng sagutin! We'll get out of the car anyway."he said.
Pinaandar na ulit ni Nick ang kotse ang stopped a few meters from Blake's motorcycle.
They saw him straightened and turned to look at Nick's car.
"I can't go out like this!" Stacey sounded panicky.
She helplessly looked at Nick's grim expression as he glares at Eve’s cousin through the windshield.
He glanced at her face down her breasts. "Do you ever think that I will let him see you like that?" he asked in an arctic tone. "Wait here! Don't dare come out!" utos nito.
She rolled her eyes at him before he got out of the vehicle.
As if naman lalabas ako ng ganito? Inis na komento niya sa sarili.
Kumunot ang noo niya when she saw Nick approached Blake. The latter frowned when he saw him.
GOSH! What is he telling Blake? Stacey asked herself. Nakatalikod sa kanya si Nick but she can sense that his back is tensed. Mukhang nagpipigil ito ng galit. Tumiim-bagang naman si Blake habang malamang nagsasalita si Nick. After a while nagsalita din ito and she saw Nick's fists on his sides clenched .
Stacey felt a little apprehensive baka kung ano ba ang pinag-uusapan ng mga . Mukhang pag wala siyang ginawa, magkakasakitan ang mga ito. There is definitely tension between the two men.
Dun na siya nagdecide to honk para makuha ang atensiyon ng dalawa especially Nick. Hindi naman siya pwedeng lumabas. Baka lalong magalit ito dahil he specifically said that she stays inside.
Nick didn't turn but Blake looked at the car's direction.
He said something to Nick and the latter walked back to his car. He opened the backseat then got something. Stacey saw it's his black jacket.
He slammed the door then ang driver's seat naman ang binuksan nito. He slid in without closing the door anymore.
"Wear this." he said. Malamig na malamig ang boses nito.
He helped her put it on. He even zipped it up .Hinayaan na lang siya ni Stacey. He really looks menacing and she dare not ask him anything. His expression makes her feel afraid.
"Huwag kang lalabas muna!" he ordered.
Pagkasuot sa kanya , lumabas ulit ito then went around the car to open her door for her. She pouted when she saw his expression. Ibang-iba na ito. Hindi na ito mukhang galit. He has a smile on his handsome face. He took hold of her hand as he helps her go out.
Bipolar! Gusto sanang sabihin ni Stacey.
He didn't release her hand as they walk to where Blake is.
Nakatingin ang huli sa kamay niya na hawak ni Nick then lumipat ang mga mata nito sa mukha niya. Stacey can't read his expression. He is poker-faced.
Now na-realize ni Stacey why Nick had suddenly changed his expression. He wants to show Blake that she belongs to him.
She doesn't know whether to get angry or be amused. Kung alam lang nito na hindi naman nanliligaw si Blake sa kanya. Sabagay, she discovered how possessive Nick can be.
" Bakit andito ka?" she asked her friend’s cousin.B inawi niya ang kamay kay Nick. She almost sighed in relief ng bitawan siya nito. She thought he won’t relesase it. Yun nga lang hindi ito umalis sa tabi niya ,bagkus lalo pa itong lumapit.
"I was worried. Pagbalik ko sa unit ni Eve she said that you went out with your boss. You were more than tipsy when I left." he said tonelessly.
She felt Nick tensed up. "Ano naman ang masama if sumama siya sa akin?" he asked curtly.
Tumingin si Blake kay Nick. "You shouldn't ask me that question. Madami akong pwedeng isagot but not in front of Stacey." Blake sneered.
She saw Nick grit his teeth and his aura became darker.
She hurriedly interrupted, " Blake okay lang ako .Wala namang gagawing masama ang boss ko. Now that you have seen that I'm fine, magpahinga na tayo pare-pareho. May work pa ako bukas. Thanks for the concern."
Hindi niya inexpect na sobrang nag-alala pala si Blake sa kanya. She got no reaction from him. Nakikipaglabanan ito ng tingin kay Nick.
"Sir," lingon niya kay Nick. "salamat sa paghatid and goodnight."
With furrowed brows he looked at her. Ang sama ng tingin nito sa kanya.
Did she just call me sir in front of this asshole?! He angrily asked himself..
Nagsalita ulit si Blake. "Okay. I will call or see you tomorrow." sabi nito.
Nick was about to say something but Stacey said, "Sige. Thanks again. Please drive carefully." paalala niya sa binata and she thought she heard Nick cursed .
Bago pa nakasakay si Blake sa motor nito, hinila na siya palayo ni Nick.
Before the former put on his helmet he said, "You take care miss Hotness. Mas kailangan mo yun. Call me when you need me."
Lalong humigpit ang hawak ni Nick sa braso niya and she almost winced. Pagka-alis ni Blake, Stacey felt a little nervous being alone with Nick.
They are standing at the middle of the street. His left hand is encircling her right arm tightly.
"Nick..." reklamo niya. Naglakas loob na siyang tignan ito.
His lips are set in a thin line.
"In front of your friend, you called me sir, now that we're alone you call me Nick?" he asked sarcastically.
She sighed heavily before removing his hand from her forearm. Namamanhid na ito and malamang namumula na.
"Every one knows that you are my boss. You can't expect me to tell everybody that...that..." hindi niya matuloy ang gusto niyang sabihin.
"That I want you? That we like pleasuring each other? That I almost possessed your lovely body tonight? Why not? Mas gusto ko nga na malaman na ng lahat." he said as if it's the most natural thing to suggest in their situation.
Nakapamewang na tinignan siya ni Stacey. "I don't think that what happened is something that I should be proud of!" inis na sabi niya.
"And what do you mean by that?" tanong nito. His tone sounds frightening.
"Hahaba lang to .Let's call it a night, Nick. Basta sa opisina, you are my boss so I will call you sir and you call me Stacey or Miss Ledesma. Never call me honey! " she said.
His eyes narrowed. "But I like calling you honey. Kinakahiya mo ba ako?" he asked.
She let out a sigh. "Look at us. Nasa gitna tayo ng kalsada while talking about this. Sa susunod na lang okay? Gusto ko ng magpahinga. You can be late tomorrow cause you are the boss, but hindi ako pwedeng ma-late." sabi niya .Kulang na lang ipadyak niya ang paa niya sa inis.
She knows na dahil sa nangyari sa kanila, Nick will think that he owns her already. Parang gusto na niyang pagsisihan lahat.
"You can be the boss' girlfriend if you want to .Kahit hindi ka na nga magtrabaho okay lang. I will take care of you. Balik tayo sa kotse or we can go somewhere else to talk about this." he suggested as he took hold of her arm again.
"Nick ano ba?! Hindi mo ba ako narinig? I said sa ibang araw na lang!"
He counted one to ten before speaking. He is angry. Akala nito after what happened okay na sila ni Stacey. Na she will succumb to what he wants.It seems like she still has issues about them.
" Are you sure you don't want to get inside the car? Though I don't want to argue with you honey, I can't let our conversation end like this. We have to make things clear between us kahit dito pa sa gitna ng kalsada." he said firmly.
She shook her arm para bitawan nito but he didn't. "Ang kulit mo din no? I said sa susunod na lang! Bakit ba ayaw mong makinig?" naiiritang sabi niya.
Sobrang naiiirita na naman siya sa lalaking ito. Okay sila kanina tapos dahil lang sa nagpunta si Blake heto na naman. Halos magbangayan na naman sila. At lumabas na naman ang pagka-dominante nito. She is starting to have a headache.
" I don't want a repeat of what happened here! I don't want that asshole near you ever again!" he rasped.
She stared at him in disbelief.
His face looks really grim. He pulled her to him and mukhang hahalikan siya nito.
“N-Nick..” anas niya while she tried to push him away from her but mas hinigpitan nito ang kamay sa mga braso niya.
“ You heard me honey! Either you tell him to stay away from you or ako ang gagawa ng paraan! Believe me..kapag ako ang gumawa..things could b very ugly …and dirty!” he said through gritted teeth.
Nanlaki ang mga mata niya and mas nilakasan niya ang pagtulak dito.
“Tigilan mo nga yan! You are too much!” galit na sabi niya.
He was about to retort pero napalingon silang pareho when they heard tires screeched loudly.
