••• Cinzel •••
‘Not Again.’ I thought, frightened of what might happen now I am here, nothing could save me from his atrocious grasp.
I fell on my knees, afraid he might not enter. I spent my night under the shade of his lethal wraith.
Countless thoughts stirred my mind, disrupting it as I pondered what he wants from me. If it's not lust then what could possibly make him do this?
Why was he after me?
As I was sitting on the ground, hugging my sides, a voice came.
"You can't come inside, Garry Sir."
Narrowing my eyes, I scoot closer to hear clearer, "Move aside, Maria."
"No, Sir. No one is allowed to enter."
"Imprisonment is not protection, Young Lord." He sighed as the sound of his footsteps retreating came.
What does he mean? Protection?
When the time passed and he never showed his face to me, relief washed over me, praying in my heart that if he tries to come, then the roof falls on his head and he dies!
As if it could happen.
The next day, time went by awfully quiet. I managed to force down my breakfast but couldn't do it with lunch and at Dinner my posture broke.
Ignorantly, I knocked on grisly. I thought he wasn't home and Maria's words are just a method to make me eat so I took out my frustration.
I was wrong, she was not lying.
On second thought, I don't think he would kill- he shot a gun right near my foot, threatened to slit my throat- he can. He can do this. He can kill me.
"LET ME GO!!" I shouted, I just want to go home, live with Zaniel.
"Please... I want to go home!" I began to cry.
I opened my mouth to scream again for help but the person I thought was not present, came, hissing at me, stealing my strength the second my eyes fell on his dominant form.
"What the hell is your problem?!"
My breath hitched, his display of stressed form, sleeves rolled, messy hairs presented he had a bad day and I only enhanced his rage by my thoughtless action.
"Please Sir let me go… please. I am getting married." I begged.
"You don't get it… You are married."
And my prayers were meaningless, ire, he walked closer, yanked my wrist to him and he pointed at the wedding ring.
"This ring is a fucking proof of it." He growled, making his grip firm, probably imprinting his mark on my skin, I yelped in pain, trying to pull my hand.
"Please Sir. Please. Don't do this."
Moving dangerously closer, his other hand snaked around my waist. I put my hand on his chest to maintain a fair distance as he whispered temptingly.
"Sorry, love but it has happened. You are confined in my realm."
"Why are you doing this?" I whispered back in my desperation.
Once again, he ignored me and somehow some courage was bestowed upon me as I pushed him away using all my strength and ran out of the room.
"Cinzel!" He yelled, turning to me before I could run, the maids outside the room held me and that time spark of hope blew out.
Growling, he came closer, gripping my hair, making me gasp in pain along with a raging heartbeat to fathom what he would do to me. He dragged me back, pushing me inside and locking the door.
"I hate you! I hate you! Let me go you Bastard! I love someone else and shall marry him! You cannot capture me!"
I began to hit his chest, driving insane, sobbing as he restricted my movement with a harsh snap and turned me around, holding my hands at my back.
"Let me go, you insensitive asshole!"
I wailed, struggling effortlessly as he pushed me against the cold wall, sending shivers down my spine to feel him in my proximity.
My hands held down with his one hand as his other hand gripped my hairs, pressing his hard chest over my petite back, losing his forbearance with me.
"Stop resisting." He hissed in my ears, breathing heavily in my ears, forming goosebumps over my skin.
"What you're gonna do, huh? Kill me?! Rape me?!" I dared to ask, tears dried by my voice still came out croaked and dolorous.
"Stop it, Cinzel!" He shouted, horrifying me with violent shivers, sealing my voice in my voice as I flinched when he was done with demeanor.
Scowling, he moved back, taking my arms harshly and dragging me out with him, forcing my steps to match with his rapid ones.
"Ah, let me go! It hurts! Let me-"
Before I could protest, he pushed me inside his room, throwing me on the bed, horrifying me to no extent. Panting, I held the hem of my dress.
"Sleep here quietly. With me."
My heart skipped a beat when he emphasized on 'me'. My eyes widened, shaking my head in denial, the thought of it was enough to frighten me.
"No.. No.. Sir please." I whispered, pleading with him.
Catching my breaths but he only smirked sinfully and leaned down to my face, capturing my soul in his domain.
"Oh no, Dear. You should remember we are married and I have rights." He hissed, holding my jaws.
"You better be asleep when I come back, understand?" He commanded, letting me go and moving towards the bathroom slowly.
"And if you want me to do something unimaginable then defy me." His voice came out low but dark, wallowing in my despair, he left as I had no choice but to comply with his demand.
Trembling ferociously, I shifted in the farthest corner and covered myself with the blankets, not daring to open my eyes.
Curling my toes when I sensed him coming out, I hoped he wouldn't come near me and finally my heart rested when he left the room and I fell asleep with extreme difficulty.
The next day when my eyes fluttered open by the vexation of thinking how abhorrently he made me sleep with him.
My heart stopped when I shifted and saw him lying right next to me, one hand under his head and the other on his stomach, eyes closed.
Looking at him in disgust, I cursed him in my mind and was about to get out of the bed but he held my wrist making me gasp in dread.
Hesitantly I turned to him, "Where are you going?" His dominant voice asked without opening his eyes.
"B-Bathroom..." I replied tentatively, he gradually let go as I rushed into the bathroom.
Taking an ample amount of time, I didn't come out until he told me.
"What the hell have you been doing for so long?" He asked with a frown. Doing black magic on you!
"Sorry." I whispered, looking down and was about to leave but he stopped me.
"Don't leave the room without me." He ordered me, I nodded slowly and sighed in relief the second he entered the bathroom, leaving me alone in his room.
I looked around his exquisitely embellished room with surprisingly no pictures. Okay, I know it's a farmhouse, still nothing but vases everywhere. All of them were empty, I wonder why?
As I was looking around, his voice came, "Let's go."
I gasped and turned to him, nodding as we walked out, not wanting to enrage him more than I already did and face the unbearable consequences.
He held my hand in an iron grip, making my heart race but definitely not in a good way, whispering, "You are not running away again."
We walked down the stairs and I saw an old man there frowning at both of us with his arms folded at his chest.
"Is it her?" He asked bitterly.
Prince Sir hummed in response as I tried to hide behind his back, nervous.
"Are you sure? Not what I expected." He mused, scanning me from top to bottom.
"Me too." He replied coldly.
"Wait, I will get ready after breakfast, Garry." Oh, that's the guy who couldn't come.
Garry nodded and he led us to the dining room and I remained quiet, his presence stole my ability to resist or fight.
We had breakfast without exchanging any words but I could feel the thick tension which dried my lips in his presence. After breakfast he warned me seriously in a low tone.
"If you are not locked In the room, that doesn't mean you can step out of this place, understood?"
My heart skipped a beat, my throat dried when he ordered me furiously.
"Y-Yes."
My voice came out like a vague whisper before his piercing words accompanied by an unwanted shiver going down my spine.
"Good."
Humming, he stood up, walking behind me, rushing adrenaline In my veins, my grip on the fork and knife tightened. Stiffed to feel him near me.
“Because no matter where you are..."
He moved to my ears, whispering huskily, enslaving my soul by his words, enunciating the future forced upon me.
"I will drag you back."
