Elinor 's POV
"Elinor ...Elinor , wake up." I heard Kayden's voice calling me to slowly open my eyes. It took a few seconds for me to understand where I was.
Kayden and I were laying on the bed in our room
I sat on the bed in my place and felt something on my neck I raised my hand to pass it over the place but as soon as I touched it a strong spark passed through my body to open my eyes in shock
Kaiden has named me I looked at him to find him sitting next to me on the bed and looking at me with anticipation
"Kayden, you called me" I shouted at him
" Yes I think so "
"How do you do that without asking me?"
“It was my greatest need at that moment,” he replied, and I could tell that he had no regrets at all
"I really can't believe it, do you know what I told my mom and dad about my name I told them Kayden would never do it without telling me"
“That means you trust me a lot.” He said with a side smile
“Do you know that my dad didn’t tag my mom until two months after they got to know each other???” I told her I'm still angry
“And do you know that my father tagged my mother two days after knowing them?” He told me to look at him angrily
"You... I'm mad at you, I know. "
"Elinor ... I'm sorry I shouldn't have labeled you without telling you but I'm not sorry about your name I've been wanting to do it for a long time you said your dad named your mom after two months I've waited over yearsElinor Kayden spoke in a voice that made me weaker to him
"Don't you want me?" He asked me in a sad voice to shake my head in the negative
"It's just..." I stopped talking to start thinking
I just wanted to get to know him and understand his personality more, I wanted to know every little thing about him so that I could truly say that he is mine
I want to be able to take his pain away and make sure he doesn't get any pain and I want to know
What does he want the most???
What is the most valuable thing to him???
What makes him excited???
What makes him happier than anything in this world??
Before I could think any more, I could feel Kayden's lips on top and his name being kissed softly, I tried to regulate my breathing with my crazy heartbeat.
"The answer to all the questions you've ever asked yourself is one," Kayden whispered next to my ear
Damn, I forgot telepathy, he called me telepathy, meaning we'll telepathize from now on, and now he's read my mind
“The answer is you .” He said as he turned away to look me in the eye, I could see the love in his eyes
"You are the thing I want the most in my life and the most valuable thing. You make me excited and angry at the same time, and above all, you make me happy. "
I decided to change the subject and turned my eyes to the window to find that the sun was already shining
“Have you slept all that time???” I asked him
"So I woke you up"
"Isn't today the festival?"
" yes "
"Kayden.. are you going to tell me what happened yesterday?? What is that thing?" I asked him to change his features
"I'll tell you, I promise, but after we finish the festival."
" Good "
“Get ready, Grace will come to pick you up, I have to go check some things.” I nodded and went to the bathroom.
After I finished getting ready I walked out of the room I don't know where Grace is
"You're looking for me?" Grace's voice next to me surprised me that she didn't change whether it was a person or a soul I looked at her and smiled
"Yes, I'm looking for you" I told her to smile too
"Then let's go today. It will be very fun, especially during the wrestling period," she said as she pulled me behind her.
We got to where we were yesterday there were a lot of people sitting in the stands and kids playing it was vital I saw that there were so-called dwarves too and two huge people I think were giants there were only two of them it was the first time I saw them I smiled at this
“Welcome to the annual games of the Full Moon Festival, the wrestling game will start in a little while, so prepare well.” A voice shouted all over the place. I tried to locate it, but failed.
"It's going to start, let's go find a place," said Grace
"But where is Sophia?" I asked her and I followed her
She must be busy with festival procedures.
“But shouldn’t you also help me with that?”
"No need, I've always been a lazy person and I don't like those things, but you, Kayden asked me to stay with you and enjoy this day, so it's okay," she told me as we sat on the front row of the stands and behind us it was already full.
"But why wrestling?"
"It's kind of excited that watching this is really fun and exciting, everyone loves it" I nodded to her
“Now, let’s start our wrestling for today.” That voice sounded, announcing the beginning, so this voice was the presenter, announcing two names.
Two people come into the arena and I can tell that they are werewolves and warriors for sure
They stood in the middle, waiting for the start signal, and a few seconds later, the whistle blew to start the fight
Their level was similar so it's hard to tell who will win I heard the crowd shouting excitedly and turned to look at them
Everyone looks so happy and excited like they're watching the soccer game, I remember, there's no such thing here, that's why they're enjoying it.
I smiled at their sight before I looked again at the ring. The fight continued for a few minutes until one of them pinned the other on the ground to announce him the winner and everyone started clapping for him.
“Grace, hello.” I heard a man's voice and I looked up to see a black-haired man looking at us and smiling at us
"Oh Vex, how are you?" Grace replied
"Fine, it's been a while since I've seen you," said the boy named Vicks
"Yes, because you haven't been to the palace for a long time," Grace replied
“I know these days I was just busy with my dad but who..?” he said, pointing at me
"It's our Queen Elinor, and this is Henry's brother Fix." She introduced us
“Nice to meet you, Vex,” I said smiling at him and reaching out to shake her hand
“Me too Luna,” he said while shaking my hand too and putting a smile on his face
"Then see you later," he told us
“Of course, Vex.” Grace replied, looking at me a little before he went
"Oh... I like you,Elinor ," said Grace, laughing
"Grace, come on, why are you affixing a false accusation to the poor boy?" I told her
"It's not an accusation, it's a fact. He came to say hello only because he saw you by my side," she said, still smiling
"Whatever, don't say something like that. What if someone hears and understands something wrong?" I told her
"You mean, what if someone named Kayden hears this, don't worry, I'm not stupid, I won't tell him."
"Well, is he also a warrior?"
"No, he's a healer," she said, as I nodded and looked back at the ring
The fight continued as if it was a qualifier and the enthusiasm did not say among everyone that it only increased. Suddenly I heard the voice of that presenter saying the names of the next fighters to open my eyes in shock
"Alpha Kaiden vs. Beta Logan" said that voice
"Grace?" I asked her
“What? They are the two people we want to see fight the most,” she said to me
I looked up into the ring and saw Kayden moving towards the center and as soon as he stopped walking, I saw everyone standing up and looking down at Kayden respectfully. It wasn't just Grace and me sitting around.
They got back to where they were before I saw Logan step into the ring too they look excited
Kaiden went back a little and removed his shirt to keep him bare-chested. My heart almost stopped because of this movement and I heard strong cheers after that and I looked at the women looking at him with dedication and cheering strongly
I tried not to look at him too much, but I found myself checking his body and the divisions of his stomach muscles, as well as his strong arm that moves with him as he warms up.
I moved my head in the negative to expel these thoughts and focus on the match. Kayden advanced to the middle and Logan as well. Before I heard the whistle, thunder flashed in the sky and turned my eyes to her. Will the weather change and rain??
Before I looked back at the match, I noticed someone standing in the trees, wearing a hat to hide his face, holding a water bottle in his hands
He emptied the water over his hands, but it did not scatter, but rather was in the form of something solid. Then he raised his hand to the sky for only seconds and struck a flash of thunder again, who is this??
I heard the whistle sound to quickly return to the ring, I found that Logan had attacked Kayden, I don't know how he got in front of him so quickly
I saw his punch coming towards Kayden's face and a few inches before it could reach Kaiden lowered his head and body, dodging the punch.
Before Logan could return his hand, Kayden raised his right leg to hit Logan's stomach, causing him to take a few steps back.
"Your buddy is really fast," I said to Grace, smiling at me
"It's his strength. He's the fastest person here. His speed is not normal, and that's his quality." Grace explained to me, to understand that everyone of high stature had a special strength, and turned my gaze back to the ring.
Logan stopped himself from falling, and with that same first speed, he advanced towards Kayden again to send him a blow to the chest to prevent it from Kayden .
"What's wrong with Alpha?" I heard Logan screaming as he continued his attack
“Do you think you will win only by defending?” Logan asked him as he threw a punch at him from the right, Kayden blocked it with his hands, but another punch went to his left shoulder, hitting Kayden and making him back.
