Daniel looked at Bella as she kept toying with the food on her plate without eating any of it, "Bella, what is wrong?" He asked for the umpteenth time and once again she assured him that she was okay. She had looked herself up in her room without coming out and today that she was out, she wasn't eating either, he could tell that something was really bothering her and had hoped that she could trust him with whatever it was that was making her jumpy and fidgety
He had asked the servants and was told that she had gone out to visit a friend yesterday which he confirmed was Brittany, he wondered if she had a misunderstanding with her friend but his sixth sense told him that was not the case, and he would give her more time to trust him with what was bothering her and if not, he would go ahead and find out himself.
"I heard that you took a taxi to go see your friend, you won't have to do that again because tomorrow, I'm getting a car for you," he said with hopes that the announcement would cheer her up, although, he wanted it to be a surprise for her but right now, he just wants to take away that gloomy looks on her face.
Her expression didn't change as she stared up at him, "that isn't necessary, there are enough cars and I can take from any of them to where I want to go"
"This one is specifically made for my queen" he replied and took her hand in his, that got her attention and she stopped fidgeting with her food and looked at him
"You know you could trust me right?" He replied softly and tears brim in her eyes
"Yes, I know, I'm sorry okay, I guess I just feel some kind of way seeing my friend growing with a baby and I am yet to have one with you" she lied
Daniel looked surprised, was that what this was about? "Do you want to have a baby?" He asked softly, her words touched a soft spot in him, he hadn't really thought about having a baby but now that she mentioned it, it wasn't a bad idea either
"It will be nice if we have a little piece of you and me running around the house right?" She asked softly and he pulled her towards him and had her sit on his thighs
"Having a baby is not difficult and we can have that any day but that does not mean you should starve because you are yet to get pregnant. In due time, we'll have our babies" he said softly and took her plate of meal closer and fed her until she said she was full.
"Thank you, Daniel, I am a bit exhausted and needed to retire early today" She got off his thighs and absently placed a kiss on his cheeks before leaving.
Daniel watched her leave in his seated position, he never knew that having kids mattered to her this much, first thing tomorrow, he will see his doctor to know if there is anything he can do so that he can give her what she desires most as soon as possible. He would do anything just to put a smile back on her lips.

Bella went into her room feeling guilty for lying to Daniel, having a baby wasn't what was disturbing her, the appearance of Jeremy was what was making her feel this way, she had thought long and hard about how to get rid of Jeremy but hasn't come up with a solution.
She just finished undressing when her phone rang and an unknown number was displayed on her phone, instinctively, she knew who it was and she stood there frozen, staring at the phone until it stopped ringing but it started ringing again almost immediately. The sound of the ringing phone might get to Daniel and he would wonder who was calling and why she wasn't picking up, she quickly snatched the phone from the dresser, "h...h..hello"
"Why weren't you answering your phone, I was about to dial your husband's number" he snarled as soon as she answered and Bella's hand shook uncontrollably, "next time, if you do not answer when I call, I'll call your husband's number and this is not just a threat, I copied his number when I took yours"
"What do you want?" she choked on a sob, "why can't you just leave me alone?"
"tsk, tsk, tsk...not that again and you better stop crying or else your husband might see you and then you will have to explain why you are crying"
"That will not be your business, will it? Why have you called?"
"I need some money and I need it tomorrow"
"How much do you need?"
"Just fifty thousand dollars, for now, I'll call when I need more"
Bella choked at the amount he just called and he termed it "just?"
"Where do I get such a huge amount of money from?"
"Oh please, your husband is a billionaire and fifty thousand dollars is nothing to him"
"But what will I say that I use the money for?"
"That's none of my business, I need the money tomorrow or you'll face the consequences" he threatened and hung up
Bella stared at the phone for a moment before flinging it away, falling on her knees, she sobbed into her hands, when will this nightmare end?
She had saved up to fifty thousand dollars in her account and that was all her savings, she would take it to him instead of asking Daniel for money. She wondered how her life suddenly became a living nightmare.

Bella saw Jeremy standing just outside the school gate as soon as she got to school, he was obviously waiting for her. He had studied her schedules very well to know that today, she would be in school. At first, she pretended that she hadn't seen him and wanted to go past him
"Don't you dare" she heard him snarl and she stopped, his gaze fell to her empty hands, "where is my money"
"I don't have it, why don't you get lost and stop terrorizing my life"
"You think you're smart huh? Let's see who has more to lose" he said and started punching digits on his phone
"What are you doing?" She asked as fear laced her heart
"I am carrying out my threat, I am sending our sexcapades to your husband right away" he clenched out and she tried to snatch the phone from him but he took it out of her reach
"Please don't, I.... I'll give you the money," she said and he paused
"Do not test me Bella" he warned and she opened her bag and brought out the money
"That's the whole of my savings, I don't have more so do not ask me for more money"
"You are not in the position to tell me what to do" he replied and snatched the money from her hand
"That's my good girl, I'll see you around," he said and before Bella could resist, he placed a smooch right on her lips and left.
Bella shuddered with revulsion as she wiped off his smooch, she was feeling desperate, she had to look for a way to get rid of Jeremy.

Just on the other side of the school was Joana, she wanted to powder her face before entering the class when she sighted Jeremy and Bella, although, she couldn't hear what they were saying but she knew that something was up.
Joana still has interest in Daniel and if only she could find a way to separate him from Bella, she would.
She tried to go close but that would mean being seen by them, was Bella cheating on her husband?
She was shocked at the possibility and at the same time happy, if that slut was cheating on Nikolai Klaus, all Joana has to do was to find proof and send it to Bella's husband and their marriage will dissolve, then she will have a chance with him.
Her eyes grew wide when she saw the guy kiss Bella before striding off, damn, that was all the confirmation she needed, the slut is cheating. Now, she just has to look for evidence and send it to Nikolai Klaus.
She smirked, henceforth, she will be on the trail of Bella, if she can kiss her boyfriend right in front of the school, she can do it anywhere and even more. She will get her proof to be able to kick her out of Nikolai Klaus's life and then, she will replace her as the new Mrs Nikolai Klaus.
