The next day, Jayden was still in bed, while Blair got up early to get the tables set for breakfast, but the maidens, when they saw her, doing their job, they bowed their head and begged her before another eye will see her.
"Blessed Princess, you cannot be seen doing what you are doing right now, please, go back to bed, else, we all might have to face the wrath of the Queen and king and even Sir Jayden".
With their head still bowed low, she didn't bother arguing with them, she just bowed her head too, and left them.
When she got back to the room, she could only see Tangy, sleeping, and she wondered just when she came back into the room.
Tangy sensed someone in the room with her, and she turned, only to see the one person she thought of throughout the night, before going to sleep. Her face was swollen from crying all through the night.
"You should knock you know? She sat up on the bed, and that was when Blair realized that she had just got into a different room, maybe she should have stayed put in the room or asked one of the maidens to help her with locating her room.
"I am sorry, but I just woke up and I thought you slept in the same room with us, but I guess I was wrong.
I also cannot find my way to the room". Tangy smiles, but took the trouble of getting out of bed, and showing her the room, she seeks.
"Thank you Tangy, you are really a nice person, just like Jayden says". She nodded her head, and is about to leave, when Blair asked.
"Did you cry throughout the night? your eyes are all swollen? Tangy didn't like that question, but she also didn't want to show it, by giving her the credit, so she just waved it aside.
"Don't worry, after a hot bath, I will be fine". She didn't wait for her to ask her another question, she just walked away, leaving Blair to stare at her, while she walks back to her room.
Blair had to used her nails to scratch the door, so that, she doesn't miss her way next time, and she tried studying the area, from where Tangy left from, to where she is standing, so she doesn't have to get lost again.
By the time she opened the door to their room, Jayden asked her.
"Have you finished studying the map of this palace? She smiles, for she knows that he had been reading her mind or listen to her, but then she remembers that she was supposed to be keeping a long face, after seeing them kiss yesterday, so she glared, and looked away.
Where did you go? He asked. She knew she would have to respond to him, because knowing the new Jayden, he will never stop trying to get her to speak.
"I wanted to go get breakfast ready, but the maidens refused". She says, without looking at him, and he only started laughing.
Are you laughing? She asked him, but he didn't stop laughing, instead, he increased the laughter, and she is sure, someone might hear him.
Can you just stop already?
"Alright I am sorry I laughed, but you should know that this is my father's house, and he being the king, my woman cannot want to do anything, as a matter of fact, you won't bathe yourself, all you need is ring the bell, and they will come to your aid, they respond to the call, within seconds".
She rolled her eyes, knowing she could never get used to such a life, she will surely want to do her own things.
"I know all that, and I saw it too, but I should be able to do my own things too. And please, no body is bathing me. I have my hands, so I will do my things myself". She sounded indignantly obstinate.
"What if I want to bathe you? She turned to look at him, giving him the get lost look.
"What part of I can do it myself do you not understand, by the way, Tangy is there, she has a swollen face, she will need that bath more than me". He didn't respond to her joke for he had heard her cry throughout the night.
"She cried all through the night and I feel bad because I really wish I can be that man for her, but there is no way she will be happy, knowing that I will always come back to you".
"Yes I know how she feels, and I also feel bad for her, but how come you don't think I should feel bad, for seeing you kiss her yesterday? He smiles, and nodded knowingly.
"I know that is why you have been acting up all morning, but like I said, she begged for a kiss and I feel I am obligated to do that, but I wish there is a different way to achieve all of this. I will find out, so that they can all be happy in their different world.
I am sorry, if you feel bad, but I don't know how much apologies I will have to render to you, as you will see more like that". Blair didn't want to argue with him, he had been sincere enough.
"When are we going to go and get Astra? She asked him, changing the topic.
"After we are done seeing your mum and Friends, then we can go to Submarine and get her, my mother already knows I am coming, the star meeting is tomorrow, so everyone needs to be here. At the meeting, decisions will be made, as to how all this is going to work. Being with one woman is a lot of work, let alone three". This time, it was Blair's turn to laugh, for she understands him, it is really not easy for him to face all that, but he is born to face great things and he cannot run away from it.
"Since we have loads of things to do today, maybe if we are early, we will achieve everything so that we can be back in time". She says, and he nodded, but then she had another request.
" Can Tangy come with us? Jayden stared at her, with wide eye, and nodded in disagreement.
"That wouldn't help, it will hurt her the more". She nodded too.
"So can I take a bath with you? He asked, knowing she is about to get to the bathroom, but she didn't answer, she just walked past him, allowing her robe to drop to the ground, then when she got to the bathroom door, she turned to face him, but as expected, he was licking his lips.
He really cannot get enough of her.
