Jayden walked Astra to the door, he didn't even bother speaking to her, he doesn't know how to explain it, but the feeling was just not there.
"Are you going to just leave me like that? She asked him. This is what Jayden have been trying to avoid, but somehow, Blair just keep pushing him to them.
"What do you mean? He asked her.
"You know exactly what I mean Jay. You have graced Tangy with your body today, you have been gracing Blair with your body, will it be bad, of I demand to have you for this night? She didn't mince words with it, she was very blunt, with her words.
"Astra, you said you wanted to be alone, I am going to honor that". He says, and made to move.
"Am I that ugly, that even to look into the room you ordered that I stay, you cannot come in and sit even if it's for a minute with me? Do you hate me so much, that you couldn't even ask me how I am enjoying it nit enjoying your palace? Since last night you brought me here, you have totally abandoned me. Do you think it is fair? If you really love Blair, then you should learn to show us care, for you will only be endangering her life, exposing her to evil". Jayden saw that as a threat, so he entered, pinned her to the wall, trying to strangle her.
"Is that supposed to be a threat? He asked, but she wasn't even a le to respond to him.
"Let me go". She struggled with her voice, until he dropped her down forcefully.
You misunderstood me. I am not saying that I will harm her, I am just saying that people might want to get to you, through her. It is obvious that she will be the death of you, so if they cannot hurt you, since you are so powerful, they could hurt her, and that would be so disastrous. Funny ey, the first group of people, they will point fingers at will be Astra and Tangy". She made a lot of point there. He just realized that he has a major enemy, and they will want to get at him. Even if he is all that, strong and all, but he isn't able to sway their thought from him and Blair, he might endanger her life. He totally agrees with her, but he was not ready to let him know it yet.
"I get your point, but saying it that way, is confusing, please do not say a thing like this again". He warns and still tries to leave, when she got up, and rushed towards him.
"Please stay with me tonight". Jayden opened his eyes wide. How did he go from an ordinary country lad, with no one to look at him twice, to like the most wanted guy in the kingdom.
Just few minutes ago, it was Tangy, she had begged him to make love to her, and he refused, now again, Astra is begging him to stay the night. He just cannot bring himself to touching Astra, but still, he should totally take her advise. Blair also doesn't have to know that he is just trying to sway people's opinions about him, he just needed them to think that he doesn't want any of them so keenly. If they feel he doesn't have a favorite, then, they won't have a reason, to plot against her, unless of course, if an insider, tells an outsider.
"I am sorry Astra, I cannot stay with you tonight, I need to speak with king Arthur".
"Is that the best excuse you could come up with? She asked him, but he was already on his way out.
He was still by the hall way, when he saw. lair walking back in. She isn't lost anymore, she knows how to find her way to their room. If she hadn't seen him, he would have hidden, so that he could surprise her in the room, but she had already seen him, so what she did was, she, she stood and crossed her arm across her chest. He walked up to her, and uncrossed her arm, then he placed her both hands, behind him, so that she is holding his butt.
"If I didn't know, I would have thought that you are a gay? she says, as she squeezed his butt.
"Maybe I am". He teased.
"How was your day with Tangy, you spent quite a lot of time with her?
"Are you jealous? He asked, with a sinister smile.
"Yes I am jealous ". She responded, she didn't try to deny it.
"I knew it, but I told you I didn't want to go, yet you would t let me, you pushed me to it". He defended, but she was ready to stop him.
"How was your moment with Astra? She asked.
"I don't know, but I cannot do more than just talking with them both".
Then he pressed her to the wall and kisses her passionately.
Though I am going to follow your advise. I am going to keep showing them off to the world, while I will protect you inside". Blair is shocked, but she still allowed him land.
She had started to regret telling him to give Tangy all the attention, because it felt as though Tangy got more than just the attention from him.
When she came back, her lipstick was off, but she didn't want to mention that.
"Are you saying you will keep giving them attention? She asked, and he nodded.
"I know that is what you want. In the eye of the world, they will be more important, but to me, you are, and will always be the most important". He tells her and kissed her passionately. She kept trying to smell Tangy on him, but his cologne surpasses every other person's own.
She was tempted to ask him if he kisses her, but she just kept changing her mind, the moment she opens her mouth, for that would mean she was going back on her word.
She is the one that had begged him to give them the attention, he followed what she requested for, and now, she is feeling bad about it.
And lastly. I don't want to ever see you dancing with anyone, especially not with any one who isn't a royal blood". Blair was shocked, but she said nothing. She knows that he was referring to the cute wolf she had seen and earlier, and she had even danced with him.
You know I cannot allow any other man get this close to you? He asked, as he pulls her closer. As if he hadn't been begged by the other ladies, he started begging her.
Let's go inside, and even if it's only one round? Blair didn't want to ask about the lipstick that had been on Tangy's lips when she left with him, but when she got back, she was without it. She was feeling jealous, so she refused him touching her.
She left him standinging and went back to the party, where she still met the king and the Queen, enjoying themselves, as they smile heartily to the arts and crafts that were being displayed.
