Kate’s stance.
It's been a month since I discovered Kyle was my mate. I know I have no future with him. I should probably go back to the pack and explain everything to my dad. Maybe he is going to find a way to help me out of the mess I find myself in. I can forget about him and move on with my life.
"Easier said than done," my wolf said. "Will it kill you to admit you have a feeling for him?" "Can’t you be selfish for once?" Can’t you fight to have him?
"Sure, I can fight for my mate," I replied and began to pack my bag, but I can never fight to snatch someone else's boyfriend. He’s in love with his girl. "I’m not that shameless."
"No one is calling you shameless, but this guy we are talking about is our mate, our fated one," Lisa said. "He’s ours, for God’s sake."
"Stop whining as if he’s your toy," I mutter. "I still have to go back to my pack and never return here again, and I don't want to waste my time arguing with you."
"I don’t want to leave my mate," Lucy nags. "Can we accept him?"
"I don’t want to share my man with another girl," I sneer. "Allow them to be happy, and we will soon forget him if we reach the pack." I know the mate bond affected him, but he won’t die from it. "I will be the only one that will be affected, so let’s stop wasting our time on something that won’t work."
I ignored them and began packing my clothes. I won’t be coming to the human realm again. I will look for my second chance mate and be the queen of the nightwalker pack. Before I leave, I should look around. I will surely miss him. I looked up at the frame that was hanging on the wall. That was me and him. I miss those days. I won’t be needing this again. I remove the frame and dispose of it in the trash bin. The doorbell rang suddenly as I was packing. Who the hell is ringing my bell so early this morning? I stood up to see who was there. I peered through the small hole and was surprised to see Kyle standing in front of my house. What is he looking for? I open the door, but not for him to enter. I don’t want to make another mistake by allowing him inside my home. They can easily take over my body.
"What can I do for you?" I asked. "Why are you here?"
"Good morning, Kate," he said with a charming smile. "I am here to see you." "Can I come in?"
"No, you can’t." You can tell me whatever you want to say here. I replied, gripping the door.
Kate! "Please!" he begged. "Allow me in."
"I said no!" I shouted. "My no is no."
"Okay!" he utters. "I am here to apologize." "I am sorry for everything." I still don’t know what came over me that day to make me do those things to you, but I have got to figure out my feelings for you. Kate, I love you. I love you so much, and I want to be your boyfriend. I promise to make you happy.
I was speechless by his confession. Is he acting this way because of the bond? Or did he truly love me? What about Tina? I refuse to believe all this.
"What about her?" I whisper. "What about Tina?" "Where will you put her if you ask to be my boyfriend?" "I hate two-timers, and what I hate most is sharing my man with another girl."
My man? Did I just say my man? Did I really want him? Am I just scared to admit my feelings because of Tina?
"There is no Tina," he began. "I had already broken up with her when I realized you were the one I was looking for. I won’t cheat on you. Please, give me a chance to make you happy. "I promise to be good to you forever." "Please accept me."
"Finally! Yes! "I got to see this," Lisa screamed. "What are you waiting for, girl?" Accept him now. "We don’t need to go back with our mate here."
"I still can’t believe you, Kyle," I whisper softly. "I know how much you love her. "How can you easily break up with her?"
"It's been a month now, and it’s enough for me to figure out how I feel," he said. "I choose to follow my heart, and my heart belongs to and beats for you." "Believe me, please; I am telling the truth."
I watch him. He isn’t lying, but I can’t just give in yet.
"I can be your friend once more," I said, "but I don't think I can be your girlfriend."
He fell on his knees before speaking. "Don’t do this to me, please." "I love you, and I want you to be my woman."
I sigh, "Please, Kyle." "Please stand up."
"No, I won't stand up," he uttered. "I won’t stand up until you accept being mine."
"Are you threatening me, Kyle?" I inquired. "If so, then don’t bother to stand up." "You can kneel for all I care."
I was about to close my door when he grabbed my hand. The spark flew, and I could feel the bond between us.
"Kate," he whispered before he started kissing my neck. Under his touch, I shiver. I could no longer deny the strong bond between us. I want him. He should be mine. I moaned, and my body began to act in a way I couldn't tell. It feels so good. I feel so good.
"I love you, Kate, can’t you see?" "I want you to feel my heart."
He places my hand on his heart. I could feel his heartbeat. It moved so quickly. He was glancing deep inside my eye. A sudden heat washed over me, and I felt completely taken over by him. I feel like I could stare at them forever. My body shivers at the sight of his ocean eye, which has now turned darker. Pleasure runs through me. I got a sweet burning sensation. He has complete control over me. Without thinking, I slammed my lips on his. I start kissing him as if my life depended on it. I let go of my bottled feelings. My wolf wants to have control, but I refuse her. This is me. This is what I wanted. Without wasting a moment, he kissed me back with all his might. I find myself eager to do anything he wants. I let him take control of everything as I melted in his arms. His tongue explores me. Kyle's hand moved down, grabbing my ass. I moan in pleasure when his hand grabs my ass. "Kyle," I moan, calling out his name.
He stops and slightly pushes me before whispering softly.
Did he regret this? What’s wrong with him?
"What is wrong?" I asked. "Why did you stop?" "Did you regret it already?"
"No, I'm not regretting anything," he said. "I’m happy that you allowed me to kiss you, and I hope you won’t regret it and ask me to forget everything again." "I am sacred."
"I won't." "I won’t ask you to forget everything," I assured him. I tried pulling him closer to me, but he refused my touch.
"You want this?" He asked, "And you are not gonna ask me to stop?"
"I won’t," I mutter. I am desperate to feel his touch again. "I won’t ask you to stop, Kyle. "This is something I want." "I want you to fuck me."
I was straightforward. I was so eager to let him fuck me, but I still don’t know if he’s going to leave if he finds out that I am not human. Should I tell him my secret since he is my mate?
"I support you on this," Lisa said. "We should tell him before he sleeps with us." "Let's start our relationship with trust."
