Mud's Mission

In "Mud's Mission," a world brimming with magic and adventure is set in motion by a dying mage's final spell. On the outskirts of a sprawling town, an aged hermit mage, a skilled practitioner of arcane arts, endeavors to cast a basic enchantment. His intention is to create a simple mud automaton for household tasks. However, as the spell begins to manifest, his life force fades, leaving the creation unfinished. This nascent mud being awakens with an incomplete perception of its surroundings, yet it carries a singular, imprinted purpose from its creator's last moments: "Defend my home, and my possessions." This becomes Mud's Mission. Bound by an inhuman logic and a rudimentary understanding of the world, this artificial consciousness believes only absolute perfection can fulfill its Master's dying wish.
