Stacey's POV
"F*ck! Is this what you mean too late?" I asked Kate right after they arrived. She laughed through her lungs and it was kinda annoying! She's always annoying when doing things before even asking me permission. Psh.
"Don't be mad at her, I begged my knees just to persuade her to bring me to you," Cygnus explained. I rolled my eyes secretly and took a deep breath.
"You're here though, you leave me no choices at all but leave you alone too. So I'll just deal with it. What's your purpose for coming here?" I asked.
"You know, it's the same reason again," he answered.
"George, don't say no yet! Let him explain before attacking using your bazooka mouth, like a raper, dude!" Kate said, I chuckled.
"AHHCK!! But it's the same reason why I'm rejecting you!" I said.
"Let me, George. I will make you fall in love with me again," he said.
He's just making himself look like a pathetic man and that's weakening my 0.01% left desire towards him.
I give Kate a sign to leave us and she immediately got it.
I sighed. I'm trying to find the perfect word suitable for this situation. To not hurt him that much.
"Cygnus, I know it will be hard for you---"
He cut me out and said, "I know what you're gonna say, but that's not the reason why I came here. Consider this time to give me chance, George. We should be together in the first place! Not until that bastard came into the picture!"
"I'm always not sure about us, Cygnus. This is not about him getting into the picture. Just don't say anything and shut up. It's the end for us. I hope you get my point this time," I said.
I was about to leave him all alone again, but he pulled me closer to him and took a flashlight-like thing. Is he planning to shoot it to me?
I look puzzled.
"What is that?"
Oh god... He smiled with his unusual look and tried to shoot it at me.
But suddenly...
Yul butt in, and snatch my body from Cygnus.
Oh g*d! Now I don't know how to react anymore.
It feels like his arrival stopped the world for me. I am finally safe now that he's here...
The fact that Yul is here, I know something's happening that he wants to speak about. Yet, the excitement in my heart is getting higher.
My life is full of events. But Yul is my rest and escape from it.
Yuno's POV
The video uploaded online is still increasing its views, and even the best hacker can't stop it.
"Just f*ck it!" I said 'cause he's giving up already. What a nut.
"Sir, I don't think we will be able to stop this from spreading. It's like a virus, and one is trying to fight my algorithm. That one person is not just a simple programmer or hacker. We must track them down," he said.
My back and neck suddenly ache. Is this a sign of getting old or getting stressed?
As you grow older, finding out the reason why some part of your body is aching is the hardest part.
"Then if that thing could make this job done, do it! I will pay you to double this time," I said.
"Sir, yes, sir!" he said and saluted.
"Cringe. Don't bring your military attitude here," I said and left.
"Why? Are you okay there, honey? Here, drink this to tolerate your pain," Mary said, my wife. She knew I have trauma about Yul's mess.
Even Yul knows it. Yet, he keeps on finding out the reason to wreck my company and reputation. I'm just lucky to cover him up every single time.
But today, I don't think so.
"Thanks. For now, I want to be alone. I'll consider that a kind act if you grant me," I said. She just did what I said.
After a while of sitting in my office, my private investigator came in.
"Make sure to lock it before getting near me," I said.
"She's having sex with billionaire men in exchange for money. Even the old ones are getting to taste her. I'm getting this feeling to rent her as well! Haha!" he said.
"I think that's a better idea. Let me see the pictures?" I asked and he immediately gave it to me.
There's a lot! How could he find such pictures? They should've been in a private place. Oh god.
"Keep it low this time and just wait for my next command. I don't want to see you lying around her again. Give her space and I'll give your pay," I said.
I don't want to believe it. But since my investigator has a shred of solid evidence, I have no say at all.
I don't know if it's worth it to cover up my son anymore. Maybe, I should give the position to the next in line, Macky.
I just can't give it yet because Yul is suitable with his intelligence. Should I ignore this? Or not?
I know, once I attacked Stacey, he will find a way to leave too. I know his plan so damn well!
I don't know. But the decision about ignoring Stacey's background is higher.
Maybe I should give it a try.
Stacey's POV
What the heck is happening, it's blowing my mind!
"Give her back to me," Cygnus commanded and pulled me not so close to him 'cause Yul stopped it, and did the same thing.
Ouch, huh? My arms guys, you're hurting them!
"I admire your courage to come all the way here just to kidnap my wife. I'm just sorry to ruin your plan," Yul said.
What? Kidnap me? Is he planning to shoot me that flashlight-light thing to keep me immobilized?
"What the f*ck are you mumbling? I'm not planning to do any of what you said. You're just dreaming. Now, let her arms go, and I will take her," Cygnus said.
I frowned. Why does he keep on insisting to take me when he has no right at all?
