My Hostess Wife Chapter 48

Yul's POV

"Oh my, Hyeri my baby!"

Damn, how dare she prank me?!

"Dad, it was Mom's idea. You know, she's full of surprises. I don't even know you're just a janitor here."

Janitor?! What?! HAHA!

I laughed.

That's wifey! She's always so cute.

"Where's your mommy?" I asked.

"She's with some man. They were hugging," said Hyeri.

Hugging?

Who the hell dared?

"Tell me, where did they go?"

"Dad, Mom is out in the area, she was trying to release pee. Just wait for her and stop being paranoid, okay?"

"Fine, I won't."

NO! I can't stop being paranoid!

My wife is beautiful, she has a unique personality and physical features.

No one would get passed on her beauty.

Shit, I have to look for her.

I have to make sure whom she's hugging!

"Please bring Yael and Hyeri inside my private room and a snack as well. You decide which," I said to my assistant.

I looked at Hyeri and Yael and said, "Wait for Daddy and Mommy inside the room, okay? Follow my assistant and she'll tell you everything."

Hyeri and Yael nodded, excitedly running to my room.

Ha... that was a good thing to do. At least they aren't hard to give orders with.

I looked around and find for my wife this time.

My children say she was inside the comfort room, so I waited outside.

I was shocked when she went out.

Cygnus and Kate are behind her.

George is still not seeing me. I tried to hide and surprised her, but I was the one who was surprised.

"I don't want Yul for you, either," said Cygnus.

"W-What?" I mumbled.

"What?! I asked you guys to come here to give me advice, but you're just contradicting what I want."

That's right!

So many people have been getting in between our relationship.

Actually, it's suffocating now. I don't know what to do anymore with these kinds of people, but I know I was the one who caused this. Damn.

"You're always crying. Before you married him, you weren't like that," said Kate.

Ouch.

The pain sting.

"But it's part of love. You will get hurt. I'm hurting him too, okay? He wasn't just spitting out of his mouth, but I hurt him too. You must understand, you guys are in a relationship."

Kate grunted. "Don't you ever compare your man to mine."

"Have you forgotten what Cygnus has done before? And you, Kate? All of you were hurting me. All of you."

Why are they digging up the past?!

We've been okay! There's no need to open up about that. They were just hurting one another.

Should I get in? Should I butt in?

"If you want to keep up with your husband, do it. Just like your brother, I will never consider you as my friend anymore," said Kate.

Cygnus took a deep sigh and pulled Kate away from George.

"Decide wisely, we just wanted the best for you. As for us, I will give you a week," said Cygnus.

They fled.

Leaving my wife in deep thought.

She was already hurting.

Alone, I saw her standing at the edge of the comfort hallway to the comfort room.

Many people have been leaving her because of me.

She's losing them one by one because of me.

It's my fault.

I stood up firm and fixed myself.

Then I turned to her, smiling in my ears.

"Hey, wifey!" I said in a childish tone.

She tried to hide the falling tears, but I already caught it.

And I don't want to bring it up too.

"Uhm.. do you want to eat at your favorite Japanese restaurant?" I asked.

She looked at me and hugged me. She didn't waste a second. In a short amount of time, after meeting me, she did what her heart really wanted.

"Hey," I called for her.

"Let's go and bring our children. I know they would love to try new things here in the Philippines."

I smiled as I stroked her hair down to its tip.

"Let's go," I said and held her hand.

I asked for my assistant using a phone call to bring my children down to the parking lot.

It didn't take that long when they arrived.

It was quick, we needed to hide the adult agendas.

My children are too young to get involved in an adult's commotion.

It's my fault. I know, it has never been this difficult.

George's friends are starting to lose one by one, and even her family, because of some stranger man she met before for money.

I told the driver to bring us to the Mall of Asia, and he nodded.

"Dad, did you know that you look like a dog if you take out your tongue like this?" said Yael. He showed me his silly face, and George and I laughed.

"Like this?" I asked and then did what he did too.

"Dad! Stop! That's silly!" said Hyeri. "Mom, try punching the edge of your elbow, and you will feel electrocuted! That's what my classmate told me."

George and I laughed.

I punched George's elbow but just to demo, and she acted hurt.

Yael, acting like a big man now, punched me.

Endlessly!

If he had the strength of a real big man, I might be dying of a blood clot now.

I smiled.

It's been years since I met them.

Only George raised them, but they were raised fine.

They were so cute, funny, and intelligent.

*****

We reached the mall.

"Hubby let's buy this!" said George, pointing her hand at the kids' stores, where slides are lying.

I laughed!

"You're so weird! That's for kids!" I shouted.

"I know! That's because I never experienced that. So, please! Can you do it for me, please?!" she pleaded.

I messed up her hair that I know she did for almost an hour.

She glared at me like she can laser me through those eyes.

"Fine! Let's do this, I will buy a new slide but I will make sure to buy the highest and biggest, so you could fit in," I said.

She was clapping in happiness.

Such childish!

Hyeri and Yael looked at me again to ask me to buy so many toys.

I attended to their wishes, as my tears are gently approaching.

I'm sorry for what Daddy will do.
