Ella:
"Ethan was our only son and a bright student too. I don't know who cast an evil eye on our son." Ethan's mother sobbed in his father's arms as I watched them with sad eyes.
"Oh Ethan, you have gone too soon." I sighed in my heart feeling pity for his parent. Oliver squeezed my hand as though comforting me.
Ethan's father took Oliver out for some talk while I followed Ethan's mom to Ethan's room. I stared at his room, I had never been to his house while we were dating. His parent is religious and they would never allow me to stay over at their house before marriage.
As I was lost in our past memories, Ethan's mom called me as I turned, she handed me his phone. "Here."
"This.." I asked in surprise.
"I don't know Ethan's mobile password, maybe you know about it." She told me as I nodded my head. I know his password is the same as my birthdate. He had always been a nice, sweet man. If it wasn't for Oliver I would have already fallen in love with him but somehow Oliver's existence always stopped me from falling for someone else.
"Have a look, I'll be back." His mom said and left the room.
I put in the password and it got unlocked. I saw his lively picture on the desktop as I smiled sadly. I then opened his gallery, his pictures, mine pictures our pool party pictures all were there. I opened our chat in curiosity I don't know why but I did.
and to my surprise, there were multiple messages and calls to me from Ethan. My eyes widened when I saw the dates on it. It was just after the pool party day but I remembered I clearly didn't receive any call or message from him and also his phone always came as switched off whenever I called him.
I again tried to remember the day I visited Ethan for the last time in the hospital but to no avail. My head started buzzing and it felt like spinning as I lost my balance and fell on the bed heavily with his phone still in the hold of my hand weakly.

My head is still hurting as I sat up and rubbed my head. "Where am I?" I murmured to myself and then looked around. I am in Ethan's room on his bed. I turned to my right and saw Ethan sitting beside me.
"Ethan," I called him, he turned to look at me. His face was calm and bright, there was no fear in his eyes just the way I saw last time. His gaze was warm and gentle on me.
"Ella," He called my name and then touched my head. "Don't force yourself to remember the past. Focus on your present Ella. Sometimes what we see is not the truth but just a deception of our eyes. Listen to your inner voice."
He said very gently, I was feeling confused by his words but before I could say something. I woke up.

"Ah.." I groaned as the bright light pierced my eyes, I closed my eyes and tried to shield them with my hand.
"Wait a minute," I heard Oliver's voice as he pulled the curtains and the light gets dim in the room.
"Is it morning now?" I asked in disbelief. I went to Ethan's parents' house at night. Oliver nodded his head as he opened his mouth to say something I said meaningfully.
"Again, I slept for long right?"
He again nodded his head giving me a nervous smile. "It's okay Oliver, I am getting used to him," I told him I know he is worried for me.
"Let's eat breakfast, I am hungry Oliver." I stood up from the bed, thankfully my legs didn't wobble, and neither my body hurts now at the movement. I went down as he followed me.
I felt excited as I started preparing breakfast for us. I placed the two plates on the table with a wide smile on my face as I started eating but to my surprise, Oliver didn't touch his food at all. "What's wrong?"
"I already ate," He told me and I pouted as he chuckled.
After breakfast, I started getting ready for my school when Oliver entered my room with a frown. "Where are you planning to go?"
"To school," I told him casually as I picked my uniform that I just ironed nicely.
"You're not going anywhere," Oliver announced seriously and pulled away from my uniform from my grip.
"What the hell, Oliver?" I protested, I had not been to school for more than 10 days now it's time for me to go back.
"I said no so no," Oliver said as he clenched his jaw and his veins getting visible on his face. I sat on the bed feeling angry and helpless.
"Ella, you need some time to rest after that you can start school but for now, no school, no friends nothing. You are not allowed to leave this house." He informed me and I looked at him in surprise. "Oliver..." I groaned in frustration.
"End Of Discussion." He stood up dismissively as I stared at him in shock. He left without even giving me a chance to speak as I looked around my room that feels more like a cage to me now.
