The king is simply infuriated with me even meeting and seeing each other for the first time, I guess my mate must have explained everything that happens between us to his brother. He hates me already.

"What do you want from me now? He asked.

"I can sniff her scent all the way when I enter inside here," I said.
"Oh really! Then go and search for her yourself" he smirks as he tells me.
" I am sorry again, king Ryder" I am just hesitant to see my mate, can you help me to send one of your warriors to call my mate here? I know she is here in your pack! I can smell her” I answered back.
"I am sorry for hurting her, I promise to treat her right and treat her like the queen she deserved to be” I grumble.

I shut myself up inside my room, thinking about Kelly. He had always been sweet to me, despite my coldness and the way I ignored him. Despite my bad behavior towards him, he treated me well. He’s just the best guy I have ever met, but I am missing my mate, I want only my mate, I missed the time he touched and caressed me. "Really! I asked as my dead face lit up again, I stood up from my bed and walked out of my room, and I sniffed in the air. My wolf is not lying. I can smell him as well, he's here, I follow my mate's scent until I reach my brother's office door, he is here, he's inside here, just behind this door.
But why is he here? I thought.
Is he bored and wants to bring me back to his pack to torture and abuse me again? Thinking of this makes me shiver in fear.
I got some courage, I opened my brother's office door without knocking and there he was, my mate. He is still so glamorous and beautiful, beyond words.
Time stopped, our eyes locked, the feelings, the mate bond pushed me as I walked further to where my mate is, I sniffed his scent and found myself leaning in his arms.

I saw my mate again, I saw my love, and Queen, the desire to finally see my mate is gone, now my only desire is for her to forgive me, she's still beautiful.

He was only calm when Mia placed her hand on his chest.

Her Pov.
We are both in my room now, he is staying here over night.
Mia, he called, looking at me, he gazed into my eyes with some kind of longing, unexpectedly, he lifted me up onto his lap and put his arms around my lower body.

“Yes, now please stand up,” I said, pulling him up.
He sits beside me on my bed. He leans on my chest, my head involuntarily leans on his head and I inhale. His scent replenished my lungs, I yearn for him. I close my eyes when I feel his hand run up my thighs.
"Stop!" I yell at him, and he immediately stops and stares at me.

I thought about what my wolf said, she has always been moody and hurt, and she has stopped talking to me ever since we left him, I think I should forgive him, I don't want to hurt my wolf any further again.
I feel his hand run up my arm to my face, he cups it gently yet firmly with his large hand, and he lowers his lavish lips onto mine.
Immediately, I open my mouth, inviting his tongue inside. He strokes my tongue with his and in less than two seconds, the raw passion takes over between us.
