"President, Our Egg Is Lost" is a comedic xuanhuan romance detailing the hilariously complicated life of a pheasant spirit. Legends speak of potent rooster eggs granting longevity to humans and great power to spiritual beasts. Ji XiaoYu, a pheasant spirit living in human form for a year, discovers he has unexpectedly laid an egg, though he has no memory of its other parent. Now a bewildered single parent, Ji XiaoYu embarks on a determined mission to earn enough money for baby formula. He must also fiercely protect his mysterious offspring from a procession of unsavory individuals. His already tumultuous life becomes even more challenging due to the persistent, seemingly innocent presence of another character, whose intentions are unclear.
