"Gosh." Margarita gritted as she hear the programmed voice, saying the call was unreachable.
She hang up as she dialed again, still it's turns out nothing.
"Shits." She grunts throwing the phone to the bed.
She is tired and fed up already.
Of living with someone who seem not to consider her, as living as a goddamn housewife. Been stuck as a mother in a mansion lonely.
Margarita cussed under her breath for letting herself be this way.
Her dream was to have him completely, have him to love and care for her but it seems impossible with the way he behaves and treated her, like some dirty old stinky rag.
He lives with her under same roof, but it doesn't gives her the joy. It takes three days in a week to see him and when she does it takes only ten minutes of the twenty four hours of a day to have conversation with him.
She was bound from going anywhere without his permission.
She walk out of her room, as usual the mansion was as quiet as no one is living in whereas she is in.
"Ma... Ma Nicole." She calls as she walk to the kitchen, knowing fully well that, that where the ma Nicole can be.
She enter into the kitchen,
Her son was sitting on the counter, while the old lady feed him.
She has known her, ma Nicole since she started crushing on Pearce.
The woman was known to be a big part of Pearce's life, which she is yet to know the reason but came up with the Ma Nicole to be his lovely nanny from childhood.
Ma Nicole, whom has worked and is working for Pearce and the family for over half of her life has been responsible in cooking and helping the chores.
She was a late forties woman with a brown short bulb, her deep black hair and this her smiling self made almost everyone around her love her best.
"Here you are." Margarita say as she walk to them, she peck her son's cheek.
" You've eaten yet? " Ma Nicole asked
"Yeah, Uhm..." Margarita stutter
"Oh, you picked on your food again. And why is that. " Ma Nicole say as she give Martin the cup to gulp some water.
"I told you countlessly, not to get yourself worried up about Pearce. " Ma Nicole say and Margarita shrug.
To add in, ma Nicole is always used in calling the almighty Pearce by his name and she is not like any other who used sir.
To go descriptively, Ma Nicole is a sweet woman who cares about anyone around, regardless of who you might be, how you end up with her.
She is just a natural nice woman.
"I'm gonna be making rice now, and you are eating it right here and in my present. " Ma Nicole added as she walk to take the cooking lighter.
" It's not that. " Margarita say.
"Oh, yeah it always what." Ma Nicole say wearing her apron which was black in color.
"Pearce is about bringing in a lady." Margarita blurted sadly
" Is it that. " Ma Nicole asked like it's nothing.
"Ma. Isn't worth been sad of. I mean, he doesn't even show affection to me, and bringing in another lady. What do you think, what do you think I'm gonna become if he just prefer the mistress over me. " Margarita babbled
" Is that what you think. " Ma Nicole say, putting the pot to the cooking stove.
" Yeah, and I think that ought to be the possibility. " She answered
" Oh my. You also ought to know that just some illusional movies. " Ma Nicole coaxed
" Then why bringing in another lady. I am here and shits Ma Nicole, you won't wanna hear I never fuck with Pearce ever since he got me pregnant of Martin. " Margarita tell
" You wanna say that to your kid face. " Na Nicole say giving one of a scolding look
" I'm sorry. " Margarita shrugged
"You know what I'm gonna tell you, just let him do what he pleases, as far as I'm concerned here. You will always be the first and entitled wife. " Ma Nicole said
" Really. " Margarita rhetorically ask
" Yeah. You have Martin already, you should focus on making him your main target to succeeding all Pearce's scores of properties. " Ma Nicole said and Margarita smile a bit.
She knows ma Nicole will always be of help in coaxing and giving her the right word she wishes to hear.
"That was one of a kind ma. Thanks " Margarita appreciated
" All the time. Now take Martin to his room, make sure he is asleep before coming for your mid breakfast." Ma Nicole instructed and she nod understanding.
She carry her son off the counter to herself as she walk out of the kitchen.
She glance at who just walked in.
"Hey ma." She calls seeing it was Mrs Wallow.
"Hi." Mrs Wallow call lowly as she sit to the couch while Margarita went ahead to climb the staircase to her room.
She enters her son's room, as she lye him to the bed seeing how sleepy he is becoming.
She peck his forehead again before dialing a number after taking her son's tab on the shelf.
"Hey." She calls immediately she hears the sound of the background
"Hi Margie. How are you." The voice asked
"I'm pretty cool, Natasha." Margarita responded.." You almost done with college right." She asked
"Yeah, and you want me visiting. " Natasha asked." I would really love to. " She added
Natasha is Margarita younger sister, whom was a big fan of Mrs Wallow, everytime she comes visiting, she is always clingy with Mrs Wallow, not missing a picture now and then with her.
And now she want to visit.
"Yeah. I would also love it. When would you be on holiday? " Margarita asked
" Uhm, I guess soon. How is Martin and your husband" Natasha asked and Margarita smirks.
Her husband is on the verge of marrying another wife, and if she tells Natasha her sister, she surely knows how crazy her sister would go to quickly come visit and deal with the soon-to-be mistress.
"Great." Margarita say, as she felt the urge for her sister to come visiting, to deal with her mistress.
"I cannot wait to see you visit also." She added
"Oh, I will be coming soon" Natasha say
"My regards to parents. "
" You know daddy isn't taking that. I will be going. " Natasha reminded
" Yeah, bye Nat. " Margarita say as her sister hang up.
Her father isn't taking her regards since she got pregnant for Pearce and that seem like she has been disowned.
She glance back at her son whom was fast asleep as she stand up to walk away from the room.
She climbed down the stairs, seeing Mrs Wallow gulping some water
"You okay." Margarita decides to ask.
"I don't think someone who would be in her position would be, clearly seeing that she is looking confused. " Ma Nicole answered in place of Mrs Wallow.
"Stop that Ma Nicole. It just Pearce's stress." Mrs Wallow say
" Pearce again. Oh my, you two are really having something against this boy." Ma Nicole said collecting the cup from Mrs Wallow
" You won't believe what he wants from me now would you. " Mrs Wallow started
" What does he want, Mrs Wallow. He only have complains for you if you do job not well done. " Ma Nicole uttered
" Siding with him. " Mrs Wallow say.
" Always and ever. " Margarita chip in." Tell what he did? "
" Yeah. I say truth all time, Margarita come get your rice. " Ma Nicole say about walking away.
" You wanna hear Pearce want me traveling out of the country with immediate effect. " Mrs Wallow blurted.
