Alpha Coast arrived at the hospital meant for ranked pack member,
"What the hell happened to her" The doctor exclaimed seeing her covered in blood, she was more concerned about the Luna because she was down and Alpha Coast looked like he could survive his attack.
He placed her on the bed and the nurses pushed him out of the operation room, Alpha Coast stayed out just listening to all they were saying.
Bella had to be brought back to life because Alpha Coast was out there threatening them to revive her or he would punish them, the nurses were completely scared that their hands shaked.
Bella's heart rhythm on the Holter monitor was flat and the Doctor needed to revive her.
"500 volts" The nurse yelled and the Doctor shocked her chest but there was no pulse.
"1000 volts" they pumped it again but there was still no pulse,
"2000 volts" they shocked her again and a faint rhythm appeared, they began the operation on her and they were done in a few hours.
Bella was taken to a ward and Alpha Coast followed suit,
"Why isn't she waking up?" He asked noticing that her eyes had been closed since she was brought out of the theatre.
"We have done our possible best to seal up the wounds she has but she is not healing, so it might take much longer before she wakes up" the doctor disclosed to him.
"Why isn't she healing, is she forcing her body not to?" He asked remembering he had been through the same thing before.
"I would think so but also her body is too weak to respond and so is her brain, it might take much longer to heal herself but in the mean time what we have done our best to sustain her.
What really happened to her and how did she get those injuries, the wounds were too deep to be a wolf" The doctor suggested based on her intuition, she could easily differentiate a wolf claws from others claws.
"It was a siren" he blurted out.
"Sirens, the same ones that attacked your father, I thought you had destroyed them" The doctor questioned recalling what happened to the late Alpha.
"No, I contained them but they got out.
How long is she going to remain like that?" He asked, his main concern was about his mate and how she would come back to him, he was already blaming himself for what has happened to her that he couldn't think straight.
"Days, weeks or a month, let's just hope she wakes up sooner than later" the doctor replied and left him with Bella.
Alpha Coast sat close to her and held her hand and slowly touched her face, he felt bad, he wished he had done more to protect her, he wished he had heard her scream and rushed to protect her.
He could vaguely remember Denise sticking her claws into her body, when he saw that he was shattered and terrified, his body shook in fear and he ran as fast as he could to protect her.
"Bella please wake up" he pleaded hoping she would listen to him, she looked so pale that he thought she wasn't breathing, he leaned to closely hear her heartbeat and it was quite faint.
His mind told him that she was long gone and would never return but his heart trusted that she would come back, Alpha Coast couldn't imagine his life without her, they were slowly getting closer to each other and he enjoyed every bit of the new Bella who had accepted him as her mate even though she hadn't said it directly.
"I don't want to lose you too" he muttered with a shaking voice, his lips quivered as he scanned her body, she had injuries all over her body but the burns on her hand showing the five claws of Denise was much worse.
He immediately covered her back so that he wouldn't have to see it, he just couldn't take it that Bella had to go through all that and what for, just because he had failed in containing the sirens.
"It should have been me" he stated, he wished He was the only one who got attacked. Because the sirens wanted revenge on him, they choose his mate and he was furious about it.
"I won't let this slide" he promised Bella making sure that he would handle the sirens in the fastest way possible.

Denise was locked up in the dungeon with chains around her hands keeping her still, Gamma Lucian came to visit her.
She saw him walk heavily towards her "Lucian please let me out, I don't understand what is going on, why am I in chains, did I do something wrong?" She asked panicking.
"You tried to kill the Luna, you attacked the Alpha and me, there is something inside you Denise, something evil" he said referring to the Sirens, Denise was just human and didn't have any powers of her own, all she did earlier was the sirens who had taken full possession of her.
"What are you talking about, I am perfectly fine and why would I do such a thing, I would never harm the Luna, she is a nice person" Denise objected and he just stared at her.
"Lucian I beg you, please set me free. I hate being locked up, I have childhood trauma about it and it is affecting me. I'm begging you Lucian set me free" she cried rolling tears out of her eyes,
Gamma Lucian was moved that he wanted to save her when he stopped halfway.
"Set you free" he rephrased what she had said.
Those words sounded old and Denise was modern, she would rather say something different, "You are not Denise" he accused.
A shrilled laughter escaped her lips and her eyes turned green again,
"Good one Gamma" she said but under the full control of the sirens.
"What have you done to Denise?" He asked.
"What else, she is the perfect vessel for us" she replied.
"Let her go" he ordered.
"Why would we do that" she replied,
"Let her go or I will kill every single one of you" Gamma Lucian threatened but he knew it was pointless, he couldn't kill them without harming his mate and he would rather kill himself than harm her.
"You know you cannot do that"
"What do you want in return for leaving her?" He asked, if he can't force the sirens to leave Denise then he might as well bargain with them.
"Now that's more like it, Kill the Alpha and his mate but the mate must die first so that he would feel so much pain before you finally kill him.
If you can do that I would get out of your mate's body but if you can't then we stay until the work is done but it is not a guarantee that she would be alive after that" she answered.
"You demons, I can never harm the Alpha or his mate. This is absurd, what did the Luna ever do to you that you would harm her like that" He reverted knowing Bella had nothing to do with them.
"Isn't it obvious, to get revenge on the Alpha, the death of his mate would cause him so much pain that he wouldn't be able to fight anymore and then we can torture him before killing him" She answered.
"Let the Luna out of this" he warned.
"You don't get to negotiate that, you are not the Alpha.
You have no say in this except that your mate is the key to the alpha's destruction, thank you for bringing her to us" She answered.
Gamma Lucian found it pointless to talk to the sirens so he decided to reach out to his mate, "Denise I know you are in there, you have this fight this" he pleaded.
"Do not waist your time, your mate is long gone and would never come back until the mission is accomplished.
She is in a better place that is meant for her and would bring her happiness that she wouldn't want to come back" she answered.
He ignored them and kept trying to reach out to her,
"Denise please come back I beg you" he pleaded sincerely.
