A day after the attack, Lucian took Denise into the woods to train her wolf how to fight.
They trained for two hours until she was exhausted, she sat on the grass panting while Lucian folded his arms watching her.
"Change back so that we could get some rest" he stated.
She walked up to him and licked his face, then changed back into her human form.
"Why did you lick my face?" He asked.
"My wolf wanted to do it not me" she answered after fully dressed.
"Are you now familiar with your wolf?" He asked. He wanted to know if they actually got along together.
"We do have a few chats but I feel like we are getting to know each other more.
She talks to me and feels exactly what I am feeling so I guess with time we will get better" she answered him.
"Well, I first met my wolf, we were distanced a bit because he had a big ego and I was just a soft kid who liked to get along with everyone but there was one thing we had in common, we would never back down from a fight and would always protecting the ones we love.
After I found out that our mate was a human which turned out to be you, we were worried. He thought he would never get to meet his wolf counterpart and mate with her too but he loved you nonetheless. You were the one of the best things that has ever happened to us" he relayed to her from the depth of his heart.
"I wish to have the same connection you have with your wolf, I know someday we would get there" she replied.
Lucian held her hand,
"You never told me the reason why you hated being a wolf in the first place, is there something you are hiding from me, something from your past" he asked, he couldn't help but think about the dreams he had of her and how it all connected.
"Let talk about that when I am ready" she stated and he sighed, he couldn't pressurized her into telling him, just from her dampened mood he could tell that it had something to do with her past, something she could never share so easily.
"I want to go back home" she added packing her things.
"Denise" a voice called from behind them and she instantly froze, she slowly turned back and when she saw who called her, she became terrified.
Lucian turned back to meet the same man from his dreams who always killed Denise, he clenched his fist ready to fight him.
"Uncle Cabello" Denise called weirdly, Cabello had a look of shock on his face as he saw her.
"You are a wolf" he yelled furiously and she quickly hid behind Lucian in fear of him.
Her uncle had always hated wolves because of the past they had with them, he might be a wolf but he hated what he was and that was why he sent her away.
"Uncle I can explain" she stated moving away.
"Explain what, after all that you have been through you still had the guts to let them bite you" he walked closer to her and she moved back scared of what he might do.
"It's my fault, I was the one who bit her" Lucian blocked his path defended her.
"You did what?" He yelled.
Cabello kicked him hitting his body against a tree.
He grabbed by his shirt and punched him three times, "Who gave you the right to turn my niece into a filthy dog" he yelled at him.
Lucian wanted to fight back but he couldn't, he was the uncle of his mate and the only family she had. He may have had bad dreams about him but that didn't change the fact that he had to get on his good side if he wanted to be with Denise.
Right now he had messed that up by turning her into a wolf and Cabello was damn furious about it.
"You forcefully turned her into a wolf" Cabello stated, he knew his niece wouldn't accept to be a wolf if she had a choice of her own.
"I am deeply sorry" he apologized.
"You are sorry" Cabello retorted.
He punched him hard in his face again breathing heavily after that.
"Your sorry cannot change the fact that you have ruined my niece's life"
"He did it to save me" Denise interrupted.
It wasn't like Lucian woke up one morning and decided that she should've turned, it was a decision he made for all of them to be safe.
"Save you from what?" He yelled.
"Just calm down and I can explain everything to you" she said.
"How do I just expect me to calm down when this smut has ruined your whole life" he grabbed Lucian ready to beat him up.
"I said stop" he pushed him away from Lucian.
Cabello looked at her with a shocked expression, he was surprised that she would do such a thing to him.
"Please let him be and I can explain everything to you" she pleaded.
Cabello sighed and then dragged Denise out of there.
Lucian just watched them leave with a sad expression, he wondered why was he making a fuss about Denise being a wolf when he was one himself.

Three days later, Bella finally woke up from being unconscious for three days.
She turned to her left and found Alpha Coast glaring at her angrily.
"Coast" she smiled awkwardly at him but he just kept quiet folding his lips and knitting his brows together in a frown.
"Coast" she called again scared, he hadn't moved his body neither did he blink his eyes. His stare on her made her body shiver in fear, he was quite scary to look at.
"Sit upright" he ordered and she rested her back on the bed, she had on a sorry face like a kid who about to get scolded.
"Did Elaine give you my warning?" He asked.
"She did but they..."
"Quiet" he ordered and she sealed her lips shut.
"I just need a straight answer from you" he added, his voice was much deeper as he spoke giving her goosebumps.
"Did she?"
"Yes but..." she was about to explain again when he smashed a glass to the ground in anger.
"I'm sorry" she pleaded with him, he looked so angry that she knew the little sorry she said wouldn't phase him.
"Do you know how worried I was?" He yelled standing up and pacing around.
"You put not only yourself in danger but also the Beta's and Gamma's mate, What were you thinking?" He barked at her.
When he saw that Alpha about to cut her body into two, he instantly panicked and rushed to save her, he could have lost her at that moment if he didn't catch her scent a distance away.
"I'm sorry" she apologized.
"I know you like to think that you are fearless and can protect yourself, you may love to smile in the face of danger but you acted stupidly" He pointed out.
"I think I am pampering you too much that you think you can do whatever you want" he continued twisting his lips.
Bella could see how angry he was and she felt regretful about it, it was all her fault that they almost ended up dead, she thought she was doing the right thing too but as Alpha Coast had said she acted stupidly endangering their lives.
"I know what I did was reckless and I am sorry about it, i just couldn't sit still when I saw the next battalion ready to attack from behind, they had you guys surrounded so I thought I could do something" she clarified.
"And your decision was to have you three against hundreds of wolves, what if I hadn't come in time to save you, what if you were killed by that Alpha.
What if you three were killed at the spot?" He asked and she was dumbfounded.
She had not thought of that when she carried them along to fight those wolves, what tragic accident would have happened if they all lost their lives.
"I'm sorry" she buried her head down in shame.
"From now on you can't leave this castle without my permission" he commanded and took large strides out when she ran to him and hugged him from behind.
"I'm really sorry Coast, I don't know what I was thinking. I just thought I could buy you guys more time until you notice there was another attack.
I tried to communicate with you through the mind-link but it was blocked. I had no other choice, please forgive me" she pleaded crying on his back.
He turned around to her slowing calming himself down,
"Do you know how worried I was?" He asked easily.
"I didn't mean to act that way" she answered with puffy eyes while pouting her lips.
Her tears were enough to subside his anger, he wiped them off and kissed her lips.
"Please don't ever do that, you didn't know how scared I was" he begged her and she nodded her head in response.
Alpha Coast couldn't bear the thought of losing her, it was the only thing he could never think of because of how much he loved her.
"How is Denise and Elaine?" She answered concerned for them.
"They woke you two days ago, they are fine" he answered after he got the information from Arthur and Lucian.
"Wait you mean I have been out for three days" she asked shocked.
Bella had thought she was only out for a few hours, now she understood why Alpha Coast was so worried about her and threw a fit of rage.
"What do you think, you exerted too much of your powers so you passed out for three days" he answered.
His tiny little mate had more potentials than he imagined.
"Oh"
"But my punishment still stands, you can't leave this castle without my permission" he reworded.
He aimed to keep an eye on her so she wouldn't make the same mistake and scare the life out of him.
"I deserve that" she reluctantly answered.
He kissed her head and smiled,
"Have a shower and then come down for breakfast" He stated.
"Hold on, so if I had been out for three days who washed my body?" She asked shyly and he smirked, he leaned down to her and whispered into her ears.
"You moaned at every single touch" he said and left her.
Bella screamed and yelled, the thought of Coast touching her body was making her wet, she quickly ran into the bathroom to wash up.
