White simply stared blankly at the screen, completely lost for words.
"Sun Wukong."
His eyes lingered on the name and its Awakening Soul, finding it hard to believe his eyes.
[You don’t know him?]
"Of course I know him. He’s that Chinese monkey that rebelled against Heaven and got sealed up by Buddha or something."
His gaze shifted to another.
"Zeus. Like, the lightning Zeus."
Then another.
"Poseidon..."
White paused.
"God of the seas."
But then his expression became strange.
"Though I vaguely remember one version of the myth claiming he once challenged Apollo to a dancing contest and lost so badly that the story was erased from most records."
He said, almost grinning from ear to ear, but then his eyes narrowed.
"This... this is... Are these even real, or just..."
It might sound like he was doubting the system, but it was because this was simply too unbelievable.
White knew these characters from back on Earth. He had grown up on stories of them, and somewhere along the way, they had become his childhood heroes.
But growing up, he had also realized these were just what they were: myths. They didn’t exist.
Even with him possessing the memories of up to a thousand Umbrawyric Kings, absolutely none amongst those kings knew of Sun Wukong or Zeus.
They were mythological figures unique to Earth, and now the system was claiming he could buy their souls?
Like the souls of these actual beings?
[They get real when you’ve got the points to buy them.]
The system flashed, not saying more, and White hummed deeply.
"If I can indeed buy them..."
He mused, the imagination of what was possible flickering through his mind, causing him to inhale quietly.
"That would be genuinely insane."
The Mythical Soul Category was the last.
Heading to the next category, it was the...

...
Just like the Common Awakening Souls, these Elixirs were mostly low-level and did what White was already capable of doing.
He could already regenerate from physical damage and could easily regrow his own limbs while possessing beyond-extreme regenerative capabilities.
Perhaps they would have been very impressive if he had awakened the Shop System back when he was in Xtremecyber, but the appeal of these elixirs for him was very low.
But as he scrolled down, a light of interest began flickering in his eyes as he started to see more interesting elixirs, and at the far bottom were some even more impressive ones:

____________
The last made White’s heart rate quickened.
Perhaps anyone would have been in disbelief at the power of some of these serums, as the most powerful among them claimed one thing:
They could override death.
And death, to most, was of course absolute. But White wasn’t most.
Firstly, he had died once and even regressed, so he knew for sure that something was definitely wrong with the concept of death somehow being supreme.
His interaction with her, the Concept of Life and Souls, had taught him more of it, and now that he was seeing these elixirs...
He wasn’t too surprised by their capability, though it was still shocking what these things were capable of.
But even more shocking was their cost.
These elixirs were even more expensive than some of the most expensive Awakening Souls available in the shop.
The Elixirs were the second main category of what the shop possessed, leaving one final tab.
[Relics]
Voidsteel Greatsword
Description: A weapon forged from spatial ore.
Cost: 50,000 Points
Tyrant Spear

Starfall Cannon

Crown of Dominion

Cost: 720,00 Points
Fragment of the First Throne
Description: An ancient relic carrying traces of a forgotten ruler.
Cost: 1,000,000 Points
...
Many of the relics were in fact weapons, while others were artifacts that could lead one to ruins containing even greater treasures or something similar.
They were just as impressive, but White wasn’t really a big fan of using weapons or artifacts.
Not when he had an Ancient Devil Artifact, the Mallory Umbrawyrio, in his possession.
He dispersed the system, inhaling and exhaling to clear his head and regain focus.
The Shop System was an opportunity for growth, but right now, he had achieved sufficient growth, enough for him to carry out his original plan.
"Now..."
White mused, quietly hovering off the ground, his arms widening as he looked forward into the darkness with closed eyes.
"I’m ready."
He glitched once and all at once,
SHATTER!
The world around him shattered apart like glass.
