The bet that changed everything Chapter 49

/Samantha/

I could hear him groaning, and he hurriedly sat on his hands to remove the temptation. Meanwhile, I pressed firmly on the bulge that was becoming more noticeable in his trousers while I whispered softly in his ear. I rubbed my hands seductively down his legs while bending over so that my privates were in close proximity to his face. I could see by the look on his face that he was having a great time, and to tell you the truth, so did I. Because I was so drunk, I completely forgot that anyone else was in the bar, and I had no problem at all grinding against his erection and getting off in the middle of the establishment. If the song hadn't ended and everyone around me hadn't started cheering, I'm pretty sure I would have kept going until I was completely exhausted.

Henry leapt up quickly and pulled me to him to hide his erection, which caused me to chuckle as I covertly brushed against him on purpose, causing him to murmur breathily in my ear. When I attempted to get up, Henry jumped up quickly and pulled me to him. The man stated to Henry while he was slapping him on the back and laughing, "Well, you definitely won the challenge, I don't think we've ever had a couple get so into it before, you're a lucky man." Henry was referring to the fact that he had won the competition. He yelled at the bartender, "Sam! Four bottles of champagne for this pair for the newlywed challenge!" The bartender just smiled and winked at me as he yelled the order.

As I made my way off the platform to our friends who were rolling around in their seats laughing, I muttered "thank you" as my face was red with embarrassment.

Thomas winked at me and said, "I got that on film guy, that was the greatest damn thing I've ever seen." he added. "I got that on film man."

Henry responded to me while smiling and squeezing my behind, "Yeah, I'm going to need a copy of that." In an effort to conceal the fact that he was still very aroused, he pulled me onto his lap just as the champagne was being brought over. Before I finally dozed off with my head resting in the bend of his neck, I sat there for another hour or so drinking champagne, chatting with the other people in the room, and laughing heartily.

Oh, my God, the pressure in my head is killing me. I believed that as I was laying there with my eyes tightly closed, Henry tightened his arms around me. As a result, I tilted my head in the direction of Henry, which caused the room to spin somewhat. I attempted to open my eyes, but the brightness of the room caused me to quickly close them again. Ahhh! How many drinks did I have the night before? As another wave of anguish raced through me, causing me to groan, I rolled over and pushed my palms to my temples. Next to me, I could hear Henry laughing.

He greeted me with "Good morning, my beautiful girl," rubbed his hand on my back affectionately, and then asked, "Are you suffering today?"

My ears were ringing because his voice was so loud, so I mumbled, "Shhh baby please" as I groaned again and buried my face in a pillow as I tried to block out the sound of his voice.

He let out a soft chuckle before slowly getting out of bed, at which point he said, "Here," while handing out his hand, which contained two aspirin and a glass of water. I rolled over to look at him, and even though he was wearing the same clothes as the night before, he managed to maintain his dashing good looks.

I took the pills that he was offering to me and swallowed them with a large gulp of water while wincing in pain because the pills burned my dry throat. I looked down and noticed that I was still wearing my dress; oh, that means we hadn't had any sexual activity. Oh, thank the Lord, I'm so relieved that I was wrong when I thought I didn't remember it! That would have been terrible if I couldn't remember my very first experience. The thought that I still had something like that to anticipate made me grin with excitement.

Henry smiled as he moved my hair out of the way of my face and asked, "Are you feeling okay?" while staring directly into my eyes. I frowned as I responded that there was no way I could be feeling okay because I had the worst hangover imaginable.

When I had my face pressed up against his chest, I asked, "Not really, you?"

He continued to giggle softly as he laid back down on the couch. "My head hurts a bit, but not as bad as yours from the look of it," he muttered.

I laid down next to him and put my head on his chest, and immediately my face began to itch and feel constricted. I gave it a firm rub, and then I felt something scratchy brush my nose. I grimaced and looked down at my hand, and on the ring finger of my left hand I had two rings. A stunning gold diamond ring, together with a simple gold band, was shown next to it. Where did you get that? Why do I have two rings on my finger? Whose are these, exactly? Suddenly, everything came rushing back to me, including the jewelry store and the church where the wedding was held.

OH MY GOD, WE GOT MARRIED! I started to freak out and think, oh crap, are we married now? I'm not even old yet! Although the idea of getting married to Henry did not frighten me in and of itself, the fact that we were both still in school at the time made me worry that my mother and father would lose their minds. What It is possible that Henry will end our relationship if he is upset about this and believes that I intended to trick him in some way. As the thoughts raced through my head, I found that I couldn't control the rate at which I was breathing out.

I was taken aback when Henry suddenly rolled on top of me and gave me a passionate kiss while delicately biting on my lip. As I opened my mouth, I could feel his tongue go in and rub mine. When he kissed me, it made my body burn with love for him and need for him, and I forgot about everything that was making me anxious. But sh*t, we were supposed to be married! Did he have any idea? If he had been drinking as much as I did the night before, which I'm pretty sure he did based on what I can recall, he probably wouldn't remember anything.

I pushed him back and put my hands on his chest before saying, "Henry, the night before we," but he shook his head and cut me off before I could finish.

He answered with a chuckle, "No don't worry about it, we didn't have any sex because you were so intoxicated that you fell asleep down in the bar and I had to carry you up here." Okay, you made a nice point, but it's not exactly what I was trying to say. When he kissed me once more while moving his hands slowly down my body, I had to pull away so that I wouldn't forget what it was that I needed to say.

I pulled him completely off of me and stood back up, and he appeared perplexed. As I rubbed my temples, where the sitting up movement was making my head pound again, I said to Henry, "Henry, you need to take this seriously; we need to talk."

He sat up next to me and observed my face with a curious expression. "What's up, beautiful girl?" he inquired as he softly rubbed the back of my neck and shoulders. I turned my head to look at him; he had no clue what I was going to say, and he most certainly was not aware that we were married.

I drew a long breath and tried to figure out how in the heck I was going to say this. I believe that a direct approach is the most effective. I said to Henry, "Henry, look," and held out my left hand for him to see. When he looked at it, his eyes widened and a small part of his mouth opened. He stared at it for a few seconds before a look of recognition crossed his face.

"Oh shit! That's right, the two of us tied the knot "He continued to sound astonished, but a smile began to form on the corner of his mouth as he spoke. I remained silent and just watched as a smile gradually spread across his face instead of saying anything. Okay, but why in the world is he smiling like that? Does that imply that he is no longer irate? I silently pleaded with God not to allow him to end our relationship. Please, God.

He looked at his hand, and when he did, I noticed that he was also wearing a gold band on one of his fingers. He began to laugh at himself. Okay, so now I'm perplexed; please explain why exactly this is so hilarious. I mean damn we got married. We are young adults who got married in Las Vegas while under the influence of alcohol. But then I started laughing as well.

He repositioned me on the bed, hovered over me, and said while passionately kissing me, "Well then I should have said, good morning Mrs. Williams." He then pushed me back onto the bed. I returned his kiss and we continued to share one until neither of us could take another breath, at which point he pulled away.

We just looked at one other and didn't say a word; I have no idea how this whole process of getting a divorce works; how the hell are we supposed to find out? I was thinking about how we might be able to seek legal representation; should we take care of it before we leave Las Vegas?

He asked me while he was smoothing out the frown lines on my face with his finger, "What are you thinking about, Samantha bear?"

"I was just curious as to what we need to do, you know, in order to get a divorce," she said. " I enquired while moving my hands up his back while I continued to consider.

He stepped back and appeared to be in some discomfort before murmuring, "Divorced?"

I laughed again at how bizarre it sounded and nodded while saying, "Well yeah, I mean we got drunk and got married in Vegas, and we've only technically been dating for a week."

He didn't laugh at all; instead, he just sat back down and turned his back on me. "Right," he mumbled to himself. Ok what did I say? Is he in a bad mood?

"Henry?" I queried while sitting up straight and lightly touching his back.

He continued to avoid making eye contact with me while he responded, "No, you're right, I mean it's OK." I went behind him and sat on his lap, pressing my forehead against his as I did so.

"Tell me what's wrong, can we talk?" When I asked him while putting my hands in the back of his hair, he gazed up at me with eyes that were so filled with melancholy that they almost caused my heart to stop beating.

He asked her in a hushed tone, "Is the prospect of getting married to me truly that awful?" I gave him a passionate kiss, and he kissed me back, drawing me in closer to him.
