"What are we going to watch?"
I placed the popcorn on the table as I laid down on the couch. Gray was already holding the remote control looking for something to watch.
"Should we watch series or movies?" I added.
He clicked his tongue, thinking. He moved from the couch to the carpet and sat beside me. He even placed his left arms on my shoulder while his other hand was clicking the button of the remote control.
"I am looking for some movies…" He said. "But, let us see if they have some nice series here…" He paused.
I waited for him to choose since I was the one who chose the movie last time, so it was his turn now. Also, I don't have any movies or series I want to watch now. I felt like I've watched too many movies and series before that there's nothing left for me to watch.
"Hmmm…who's your korean actor crush?" He asked as he started searching for Korean dramas.
"Of course, Lee Jong Suk." I answered although I haven't watched all of his dramas. I thought that was what Gray would choose but he shook his head.
"Okay. We are not going to watch Lee Jong Suk." He plainly said.
"What do you mean by that?" I scowled. "You asked me." I pouted.
"I'll get jealous if we watch his dramas because you have a crush on him. I am a very selfish man." He grinned.
I rolled my eyes but eventually smiled at him. I leaned my head on his shoulder as I grabbed the popcorn.
"What are we going to watch, then?"
"Nah. We are not going to watch." He turn-off the television and grabbed some popcorn.
"Eh?" I glanced at him and he chuckled.
"What are we going to do? Should we go out?" I widened my eyes. "Or are we going to sleep?"
"We can sleep later, but I saw some board games on your shelves. Should we play some monopoly or generals?" He stood up and looked at my shelves.
"Generals are fine with me." I told him. "But, that's a nice idea. We can play a lot of board games." I pointed at my board games as he scanned it. "We can play it all."
"Let's start with chess." He smirked. "Should we make a deal?" He said after placing the chess board on the table. He started arranging the pieces while I continued eating popcorn.
"What deal? Oh...wait…" I told him when my phone vibrated. "Lyuna texted me."
I read the message of Lyuna telling the she would not be able to go home since she'll be staying at her family's home.
"What did she say?"
"She’s telling me she’s not going home tonight.” I told Gray.
“Oh…” He smirked. “So, we can do it.” He playfully smiled.
“What?” I raised my brow. “What are you thinking?” I asked, although I know what he’s talking about and I also know that he is teasing me.
“I am not thinking about anything. How about you?” He stuck his tongue out. “We can do whatever you think we should do.”
I rolled my eyes when he chuckled.
“Yeah. We are going to watch the stars and sleep…” I told him, teasing him. “Unless, you want to do something…”
“Well…are you seducing me?” He placed his hands on his chin while surveying me from head to toe.
“Are you seduced just by mere presence?” I grinned. “Didn’t know I had that impact on you.”
“Oh, babe. Just hearing your name can already make me turn on.” He moaned and laughed when he saw that I was already blushing. I threw him the pillow.
“Let’s just play.” I told him and started moving the pawn.
He continued chuckling as I hit him with a pillow he just caught in his arms.
“You are so cute when you blush, babe!”
“I will give you a prize if you beat me,” I said, getting so excited about playing chess again. It’s been a long time since I played chess with Dave.
Now, Dave’s travelling the whole world. Speaking of, he hadn’t replied to my messages in a while. I should check on him since it’s been a while. What is he doing?
“You think you’re better than me?” Gray titled his head. “Are you sure about that?”
I shrugged. “We’ll see.”
“Okay.” He nodded. “Whoever loses has to do something for the one who wins,” he bargained as he moved the pawn.
“What would it be?” I curiously asked. “I mean, anything?”
He nodded.
“Anything, babe.”
I grinned. “Call.”
I stretched my back and started focusing on my move and his move. At first, I thought this would really be easy for me to win. Come on, I am a chess master. I won a lot of chess competitions when I was still studying. Although it’s not really my sport, I can say that I am really good at it. Since, I am confident I started thinking of what to ask Gray. Should I ask to do something seductive or embarrassing? Well, I really don’t know but something memorable that Gray will only do for me.
Omg! I don’t know what to tell him to do. I thought about it for a minute until I realized that there’s no need for me to think about it because I cannot win against him. I never thought that Gray is better than me. Holy crap! This is getting harder than I thought.
He smirked. “What are you going to do now?”
“You are good at this.” I confirmed.
“Maybe?” He smiled. “Or maybe it’s just pure luck.”
“This isn’t pure luck, Gray…” I glared at him. “I am good at this and you just…” I sighed. “Checkmate me.”
He chuckled. “You didn’t ask.”
I crossed my arms and glared at him.
“This is unfair!”
He laughed at me.
“We should be playing something we both don’t know!” I added.
“Sorry, babe.” He sat beside me and hugged me. “I love you, but you lost so…” He devilishly grinned.
“What are you asking me to do?”
“Well...I am still thinking…”
“Don’t think about it…” I eyed him and he just laughed at me. Okay, he is enjoying it.
“What, now?”
He looked at me and smiled. “I already know what you should do.”
Seeing from his expression, I don’t think I would like his idea.
“You are enjoying this, right?”
He nodded. “Very much.”
“Do you want to play another game?” I sarcastically said although I am just joking.
“Yeah. But, you need to do what I am thinking…” He crossed his arms and widened his eyes as he looked straight at me.
“What?” I impatiently said. “Spill it.”
“It’s easy…”
“I am not trusting you on this.” I wagged my head.
He laughed again.
“Gray…” I warned him.
And, when he started telling me what it was, all I could think about was how to unlove this guy in front of me. Kidding! I still love him even though I hate what he’s asking me to do. UGH!
