Iris's POV.
I stood there waiting for the pack physician to examine her, I might want her sad, give her the same pain she made me go through all because of Damien but I am never a beast that will turn a blind eye to the pain of others.
"How is she?" I rush to the physician, he looks at me. Is there a problem?
"The Luna..."
"She is no longer the pack Luna." I yelled at the pack physician.
"I am sorry man, she is pregnant."
"Who is pregnant?" Alpha Damien's voice roared, this is bad. No alpha will want to be far away from his unborn child, till Hilary is carrying his baby, he will never send her away.
"Alpha Damien, your Luna... Sorry, Delta Bolton's daughter is pregnant."
"Oh mine, I am going to be a father." I could see the idiot's face brighten and his eyes were filled with excitement, and his smile was contagious, I hated the fact that my plans might not go the way I wanted them, he rush in to meet Hilary, I know that cunning brat will want to play the good girl role and end up telling on me, I need to do something fast to stop her for running her loud mouth.
I need to see Susan, we don't have time, I need to meet with Drake, so I mindlink her. It's a good thing her mind was open and it connected fast. Fixed a meeting, I need to meet with Drake tonight.
"Alright, I will let you know; when it's done." Susan said, disconnecting the mindlink. I was waiting the entire day, for Susan's message or voice to come up in my head but it seem not coming in anytime soon.
"Can you stop pacing, you are making me dizzy." Sally whines in my head.
"I wish I could, but the truth is, I can't, Hilary already knows that I am Iris. I don't think that naughty Damien will banish her. Since she is not going to get banished, she will definitely tell on me. Pregnant with the Alpha's heir had given her a chance to stay behind, I know that Damien will want her to stay and her staying will make I spill the beans and you should know that will spell doom for us."
I try to explain to Sally. "I know, I am not stupid that I wouldn't know the damage that naughty girl will cause, why not you wage war already, you could just mindlink Rupert, he is going to... "
"Sally stop it, I have too much on my head than to think of a man."
"Iris, it's not just any man but Rupert Oscar, the alpha of the Wildfang shadow pack, the man, you gave your pride to."
"Sally, that is enough, don't remind me of my stupidity." I Snarled pushing her to the back of my head, I think I need a good run, Sally is been an asshole and I am not finding it funny. As much as I wanted to shift into my wolf but I can't risk it, she might just run off to Rupert.
It was late in the night when Susan's voice invaded my head. Stating that Drake is ready to meet me at the secret passage of the royal castle.
I dressed up, wearing a hoodie over my face as I walked into the dark, not forgetting to hide my dagger in my boot, should the need arises, as I move closer to the secret passage, I turned to see if anyone follow me, the one person I am sure, we be a hindrance for me, would have been Jack, but he is out of the way and Hilary, she must be too excited or even plotting something bad against me or Damien, the Hilary, I know will never forgive Damien easily, she loves her father too much to let his death passed without avenging it.
I walked into the secret passage, and there I was surprised to see others.
"Welcome, alpha Iris." I turned to see the owner of the voice, it was Drake, Drake Sylvester the grandson of my grandfather Beta, he is now a man, with abs, a cute face, a nice jawbone, and lovely lips, he is handsome and his strong hands are inviting, his height towers me, as he comes closer. He is handsome, but for some reason, I was lost in his handsomeness that I pay no attention to his words.
"I am Drake Sylvester. I was told by Susan that you are the daughter of the late alpha and you wanted to meet me."
"Come on Iris, he is introducing himself." Sally snapped me from my thoughts, I gave him a tight smile. He introduced me to the other members in the passage.
"This is the late Alpha bills daughter, Iris Bill, the one our ruthless alpha had sold telling everyone that she is not the Alpha's daughter. "
The small group was still staring, till I pull the collar of my shirt and reveal the mark on my neck, their mouth drop as they stared at the mark on my neck.
"Why do you want to help me?"
I asked, Drake. "The monster from the palace has my little sister."
"Little sister?"
"Yes, although I haven't seen her I am sure, he was the one that kidnapped her, she is here, I have been searching for her for months and I know she is here."
"Why don't you smell her?"
"She doesn't have her wolf yet, if she does, I would have been able to smell her scent and get her out of the hand of that beast."
Now that I understand the reason he is here and I am sure, Damien has no idea that he is here to look for his sister back then, he never came with anyone to the pack, we all thought he is the only child, how come we never meet his sister. My thoughts wondered, then the girl from the brothel, could she be the one but I just can't jump to conclusion, she said Damien killed her parents.
"Our people are been treated like cattle on a ranch."
"Our pride and honor are injured and we are suffering in silence."
"Our unmated daughters are taken into the brothel to dance on horny men and used as money-making machines for the ruthless alpha."
"We pay taxes like we are made for that."
"Our food and mate are taken for us to serve as warriors in battle."
"My eyes move from each of them that is stating what Damien is doing to the pack."
"It's not time to shed tears, now is the time to fight back, take back what is ours." Drake's voice came up.
"Have you forgotten your solemn oath?"
He raised his hand, as I watch others raise their hand as well. "We will remember it till our last breath. We will fight till our last breath, in the face of danger, we will fight to save our pack. We will never lose sight of it. "
"Our bravery knows no limit comes claws or fangs, we will be courageous."
"In the face of death, we wouldn't budge."
"We will rescue the Goldfang pack, we will save our pack members. "
"We will never be afraid of anything, our anger is our strength. "
"Hail Goldfang pack!!!"

When they are done taking their oath, one of the men stood up.
"Did you get any alpha that could help us?"
"I am sure that should be Drake's spy."
"I heard of Alpha, the alpha of one of the strongest and largest packs, he had never lost any war even when he is a child, I think he will help us. "
"Drake look at him and then asked. What is his name?"
