I thought Caitlin was just overacting about the whole black rose fiasco but after the last incident . Definitely got me damn worried getting home and seeing the love of my life lying pale and lifeless gave me the greatest fear of my life."I sigh pacing , trying to figure out who would send such a threat to her.
For one I do have lots of business enemies but any quarrel we have are settled professionally because sending black roses which represents death and a ripped decaying heart" that's pretty extreme which is why have decided to call in the assistance of my uncle who owns a security company to pull up all the CCTV camera footage to check if something is a miss.
Caitlin says she felt someone always watching her,if something is out there I need to know"the shrilling of my phone snaps me out of my thoughts.
I saw my uncle calling , picking up he asked me to stop by so he could show me something. After I filled him in on Caitlin's story, he's been diligent in helping me track down whatever that's out there threatening the life of my family.
There's been no sign of anymore ominous note since the flower incident.
Stepping into uncle Jason's office, I find him behind his desk, tapping on his keyboard. "I think I found our mystery ghost," he informs me as one of the twelve built-in monitors lining the wall behind him switches on. "And you're not gonna like this."He said grimacing.
The timestamp on the video shows the footage is from an hour ago. A white BMW is parked at the curb outside our apartment. My family's building, My stomach churns when a redhead walks out carrying two somekind of box in her hand if you look closely she put on a hood trying to hide her identity but I do know that body structure from anywhere and her redhair is a huge giveaway, and it's none other than Rora also known as Aurora. So she's been the one coming and spooking Caitlin sending those death threats .
Am going to fucking kill her!

How is she here, I made sure I sent her on a plane to Africa ,"Damn , Damn ,Damn her this time am going to make sure she stays behind bars.
"Track her," I tell my uncle as I head for the door. Pulling out my phone, I dial Caitlin's number, but the call goes straight to voice mail."suddenly worried all time of ill thoughts running through me , please be okay.
I called the security guard's line at the mansion but it's been disconnected I run out the building , jerking the car to a start and driving home not caring that I passed a few speed limits.
I've just passed the gates when my phone rings. It's Jason. "Did you find her?"
"She's at your house."
"Fuck!" I slam my hand down on the steering wheel. "Call the police. I'm on my way there."i growled into the phone angrily.
It's a good Twenty-minute drive from my uncle's house to ours , but I make it there in less than five. The lights are off in the building I drove inside the house thankfully , so I pull around to the back and spot a white BMW in the garage. Slamming on the brakes, I throw the car in garage and hop out, running into the house taking the stairs two at a time to Caitlin's room searching frantically for her.
"Caitlin!" I shout, banging on the door. "Are you in there?"
I press my ear to the door, but there's no sound coming from inside. Then suddenly a loud shriek rings out from downstairs."fear gripped me
Sirens sound in the distance as I descend the stairs, rush to the kitchen where the sound came from.....
Catlin's P.O.V
You bitch am going to rip you to shreds"Aurora shrieks as she moves closely to me with a knife in hand .
So you where you the one sending those note?"I asked can't believe I got sacred for nothing , cause I know I've never done anyone wrong before.
Yeah"she said , this is not the same old confident Aurora I knew back in those months , her eyes looks bloodshot bulging out her face looks terribly pale and her skin looks bloctchy .
What happened to you?"I said with a look of concern etched on my face , taking a step back so let me tell you what the hell is going on here after the ripped heart stunt the other day I fell real sick throwing up the most part and weak but thankfully I've recovered now knowing that's it's all been Aurora's doing am quite relived . Believe it or not I actually thought I'd done something bad that would require someone to send such things to me but now am good although I don't think Aurora feels the same way she looks like she needs medical attention and she's definitely not looking mentally stable.
It's your fault he left me , before you came he was mine to marry we're destined to be and with you out of the picture he'll come back to me but first I've got to get rid of you"she says with a sinister look on her face she picks up a knife waving it in front of me, thankfully we're in the kitchen I don't want my baby to be see all this madness..
She then shouts out a battle cry moving to my direction , am sorry Aurora but definitely not this time "I dogded away from the direction she waved the knife adrenaline pumping into my blood she punched me squarely on the face I could feel blood drip from my nose using my legs to make her slip on the ground, she fell down and I ripped the knife from her hand and placed it on her neck .
Look how quickly the tides have turned "I said to her adrenaline pumping into my blood , my heart beating faster than my ears can handle.

Max's P.O.V.
Catlin!" I shout, banging on the door. "Are you in there?"
I press my ear to the door, but there's no sound coming from inside. Then suddenly a loud shriek rings out from downstairs.
Sirens sound in the distance as I descend the stairs, rush to the kitchen where the sound came from, and yank on the handle. The door flies open, and I stop dead in my tracks. Receiving the biggest surprise of my life.
Catlin is straddling Aurora holding a knife to her throat with such aggression."Damn is it bad if I consider this whole scenario hot, my wife is definitely no damsel in distress .
"Catlin," I say softly, taking a step inside.
Catlin lifts her face to meet mine briefly. Blood drips from her nose and the corner of her mouth. "She was going to kill me." She lets out a humorless laugh and presses the knife closer to Aurora's neck. "Maybe I should kill her so I don't have to spend another the days of my life looking over my shoulder."she said vehemently.
Aurora whimpers. "I wasn't," she exclaims. "I was just trying to scare you. I'm sorry Max baby she's lying to you look she's trying to kill me.
"You're sorry?" Catlin shrieks. "Fuck you and your 'sorry,' you crazy bitch. You tried to stab me!"Catlin says
"Catlin, put the knife down," I command firmly, taking a careful step closer. "The police are going to be here any second. It's over. She can't hurt you anymore."
"Yeah, until her daddy comes along to clean up her mess," Catlin spits out.
Why would you want to kill me ?"Catlin asked softly.
Because you're not enough , am the only one who's good enough for him "Aurora said
"Maxy baby I still love you and I know you love me too," Aurora cries out .
"Shut the fuck up you deranged mouse he doesn't love you get that!." Catlin shoves off Aurora and tosses the knife to the side just as the door flies open behind me and two officers storm inside.
I quickly fill them in. Once they have Aurora in handcuffs and out of sight, Catlin throws herself against my chest and bursts into tears.
"It's okay." I press a kiss to the top of her head. "My sweet little Catlin is a fucking badass."
Her snort is muffled against my shirt. She leans back to look up at me. Her face is bruised and swollen. "Do you think it's over?"
I press another kiss to her nose. "For her? Definitely Yes. For me and you? We're just getting started my sexy hell raiser.
As Catlin predicted, Aurora's father showed up to once again clean up Aurora's mess , he tried to use money to cover everything up and I was a bit disappointed but she's is daughter anyway crazy or not. This time I told him to keep his money and to get his daughter some help.
Aurora was charged with stalking, breaking and entering, assault with a deadly weapon, and attempted murder. Her lawyers claimed she was too mentally unstable to stand trial. Unfortunately, I had to agree. She is currently serving time in a mental facility somewhere in Arizona and this time I made sure I followed them there and watched her locked there.
