Chapter 13:
It's a dark room, nothing can be seen and at one corner of the room a man has been tied with the chair.. He was feeling weak and scared.. He didn't know why he has been brought here.. 'Did I get caught!? But.. But how's that possible!? I put an end to my every crime!' He felt his heart would jump out from it's cage out of fear..
Suddenly, the door opened and the flash of light almost made him blind.. "Aahhh.." He growned in pain.. "Wh..Who a..re you? Wh..at do.. you want fr..om m..e!?" His voice was filled with pain..
Alexander walked close to him.. He bend down to the level of his face "I am your death.." His tone was cold and dangerous..
The man gulped hard "wh..why?" He wanted to ask more but couldn't.. He lost his voice out of fear..
Alexander sat in a chair in front of him.. With his mask on he looked like the walking death.. The man peed on his pant with only his look.. "Ple..as..e.. L..let me g..o.."
"Before start talking you should know that you will be not able to see sunlight till you are alive and for your family you should have been thought it before doing a crime.."
Alexander leaned forward on his seat "now tell me, why you killed Alexander King?"
The man stiffened.. He thought this was the most secretive crime he ever did and no one knew about it.. But, how come this man know.. He shouldn't admit it, right?
"I..I do..on't know any Al..Alexander K..King.." He spoke somehow..
Alexander looked at George and without wasting a second he punched hard on his jawline.. Grabbing the fist of his hair George hissed "don't waste our time, just give the answers.. Or else, your punishment will bare your family.."
"NO..NO.. PLEASE DON'T HURT MY FAMILY.. PLEASE.." He pleaded helplessly.. Though he is a criminal but he loves his family very much..
Alexander gestured George to leave him.. "Nothing will happen to your family if you speak but if not then you will get breaking news one by one.. How your wife and daughter has been raped and then sold to the prostitute house.. How your son is begging for food at the side of the road and sharing the dustbin food with stray dogs.. I also could sell him to the male prostitutes too.. How..."
"NOOO.. NO..NO.. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS WITH ME.. PLEASE.." He shouted desperately..
"If you don't want that then tell me the truth and they will be forgiven.. Think about it the whole night.. Remember, you only have this night and your decision will decide your family's destiny.." With that he stood up and left the room, leaving that man in the world of dark, fear and helplessness..
Coming out of that dark room Alexander ordered to his assistant "take care of his family.."
George nodded "okay, sir.."
He knew that his boss would ask for this so he already managed it.. Whether that man lied or not Alexander King would never hurt his family ever.. Specially, woman and kids.. He would never punished the culprits family other than culprit himself.. He just threatened him to know the truth, knowing his weakness about his family..
Giving order, Alexander was about to left for home and suddenly his phone rang.. Screen shows 'My Wife' with a red heart sign.. His face brightened, eyes lit up and a joyful smile crept on his sexy thin lips.
On the other hand,
George "....."
He was dumbfounded seeing his boss being extra cheesy and behaving like a teenager who has fallen in love for the first time ..
He felt it kind of funny.. But when he looked up at his boss and found him sending daggers with eyes his face coverd with fear.. Gulping he spoke "I am on my way sir.." With that he almost flew away from there with his dear life..

"No, please don't.. Who are you? What do you want from me?" Victoria shouted to that shadow, Continuously stepping towards her..
She was scared, helpless.. Don't know what to do.. "I said don't come near me! Or I will hit you!" She shouted again but in vain..
Victoria started stepping back in fear and all of a sudden that shadow started moving fast towards her and before she could understand anything a white flash of light hit her eyes throwing her in a terrible pain.. Her eyes popped open suddenly...
Yes, you guessed it right, she was dreaming..
For a second she couldn't understand where she is.. Her whole body drenched in sweat.. Heart pounding madly..
Few moments later she finally calm down and realised where she is.. She sighed in relief.. Suddenly, she remembered she is married now.. She is someone's wife now.. It created kind of uneasiness inside her heart..
She always believed in a fairytale love.. But, now she knows there is nothing called fairytale love, it's only an illusion, an imagination.. Real life is more tougher than someone could imagine..
She always thought to marry that person whom she will fall in love with.. A man who will be her Prince charming..
Victoria never craved for money.. She always wanted a normal but happy life where she could live peacefully.. But, destiny has some other plans for her and now she is here..
Married to the person she didn't even know, for the money.. She didn't know anything about his family, she didn't even know whether he has family or not.. It just happened so suddenly that it felt like a dream to her.
Sighing she looked beside her, it was empty and all of a sudden she realised her husband was not with her.. 'Yeah, that's right, where is he!? Didn't he said he is coming? Then why did he still not here?' Victoria take a look over the clock, it's 1 a.m at night but her husband was not beside her..
She couldn't help but to get worried "is everything alright? Or, he did not come because of me? Did he take my hesitation on heart and didn't come?" Victoria started feeling guilty.. After all, Alexander took care of her and Vincent without asking anything but her to be his wife and she failed to complete this one responsibility..
She took the phone Alexander bought her this morning.. It's the latest iPhone.. She didn't want this much expensive one but he didn't listen.. He even bought one for Vincent..
Victoria only have three numbers in her call list.. Her husband, brother and uncle Celeste and that's it..
Hesitant, she dialed his number 'should I call him or not?' After hesitating for a moment she finally dialed it and after few rings came his soft but sexy voice "You wake up?"
Victoria blushed, she didn't know why but she felt both exited and shy at the same time "umm.. Waking up I didn't see you so umm.. I thought you left because uhh.. for my hesitation.. So, I umm.. called you.." She finally said her words, stammering..
Alexander was amazed.. He smiled with her innocency.. "No, I didn't left for that.. I suddenly had an emergency.. But, I am coming now.." His voice was gentle..
"Oh, then did I disturb you? You can do your work.. It's just umm.. I thought.."
Before she could finish, he interrupt her "I am done with work, I am coming home.. Wait for me.."
"Okay.." Victoria replied shyly..
"Good.." With that Alexander cut the call.. He couldn't stop smiling after cutting the call.. He came all the way home with a smile plastered on his face..
On the other side, Victoria didn't know how to feel.. She is shy, exited, happy all at the same time.. And quickly she became Confused too..
"Should I laid down or seat down? Or should I walk in the room? Or should I wait for him at the door? What should I do?" She started getting confused with each passing second and finally after a stupid but very serious argument with her ownself she decided to wait for him at the door..
Victoria got out of bed.. However, the moment she opened the door her face bumped into the strong wall.. 'wait.. But from where on earth would the wall appeared behind the door!?'
She wanted to look up but before she could, a pair of arms took her into an embrace.. She smelled the very familiar masculine fragrant.. It wasn't any wall, it's her husband!!
