THE SHEIKH'S UNFORGETTABLE WIFE Chapter 34

Zayed heard Ameya's phone ringing yet again....

She attended the call, spoke for a moment and handed it over to Zayed.

"Zayed Ahmed al Zidra" he said without looking at the caller ID

"Zayed. Where the hell is your phone? I have been calling you all the morning" he heard his mom scolding him.

Ofcourse she saw the photo and would be angry at him for hiding it from her.

Damn you Bass!!

He wanted to tell his family directly and not through a mere phone conversation.

He was planning to do so, but Bass has ruined his plan by uploading the picture and publisicing the situation.

"Mom"

"Don't mom me. I want you to come to home immediately. With Ava and the kids" She said in a voice very similar to the one Aveline uses with the triplets when they are upto some mischief.

He smiled at that.

No matter how old you grow up, moms would always be moms.

"Yes mom." He said and hung up.

"Everything okay??" He turned to see Aveline looking at him curiously.

"We need to go to Zidra" he said as he pulled her into his cabin. She began to shake her head in denial, but he was stern on it.

"Now??" She asked with a sigh. He holds the reigns. She can't do anything.

"Tonight. We will leave office early today. Pick up the kids, pack and leave." He said and before she could utter a word of protest he continued.

"My family wants to meet them Aveline. Would you deprive them of that." He asked and he know he struck a nerve there.

Aveline always loved his family, just as much as his family adored Aveline.

"Sure" Aveline said hesitantly.

"Now, please go and make a tea for me" Zayef said and he saw her chin lifting defiantly.

"I'm not your PA" she said, and he had to will himself to stop from hauling her into his arms and kissing the hell out of her.

Maybe after the Zidra trip, he can take her somewhere where no one comes in between them.

Somewhere they can have their own personal time.

Chemistry is something that is still sparkling between them even after six years. It might take him a long time to reach her emotionally, but he is ruthless

enough to use whatever bond that is still existing in between them.

"No. But you are my wife and now I would love to have my wife's special glucose biscuit tea" he said huskily and was delighted to see the spread of scarlet across her cheeks.

She turned around and walked out of his cabin making him chuckled

His wife is too cute! Too adorable.

Perhaps more adorable than the triplets.

Ava walked out of his cabin, cursing herself for blushing at anything and everything that comes out of his mouth.

Her body is a traitor, she realised.

It deceives her everytime she is anywhere near Zayed.

Ava reached the small pantry of the same floor and was momentarily startled to see Ameya there.

"Hey" She said awkwardly.

She haven't talked to anyone in the office after the reality of her relationship with Zayed came out in the light.

"Hai Ava. You want something?" Ameya asked politely.

"Oh no. I just came to make some tea for Zayed" Ava said

"Tea?? Zayed drinks tea??" Ameya looked

genuinely surprised at the information.

"Yeah??" That was more like a question.

"For the three years I worked for him, I have never seen him drinking tea. He always prefers Espresso" Ameya said

"Salim is the one who is addicted to espressos right?" Ava asked in confusion

"Ava" Ameya called her hesitantly and she looked up to see Ameya looking at her awkwardly.

"Yes Ameya??"

"I didn't knew who you where"

"No one knew" Ava said with a sad smile.

Her husband never found her worth enough to be introduced to the world. Not until he realised she is the mother of his kids.

"So you must know who I am" Ameya said and Ava smiled warmly.

"Don't worry Ameya. I don't judge people by their past. Whatever happened between you and Zayed in the past is your matter. You don't have to explain anything to me" Ava said smiling and saw Ameya sighing in relief.

Ava prepared the tea and was about to break the glucose biscuit into the tea when Cassandra walked into the kitchen.

She shreiked as she saw what Ava was about to do.

"What the hell are you doing??" Cassandra asked in horror asked

"Making tea" Ava said woodenly....

"Who makes such tea" Cassandra asked making a yuck face

"Me" Ava said with a shrug

"And who drinks such a tea?" Cassandra couldn't hide her disgust

"Zayed" Ava replied tartly.

"As far as I know, Zayed Ahmed never drinks tea. He prefers coffee" Cassandra said with a smug look on her face.

"That is because I only drink tea made by

Aveline" three of them turned to see Zayed standing at the pantry entrace, with his hands folded on his chest.

"I was waiting for tea there and here you are gossiping" Zayed asked looking at Ava and she looked at him in disbelief.

"I was not gossiping" Ava said, gritting her teeth and he rolled his eyes.

"Where is my tea??" He asked and she handed him over his tea.

"You added the glucose biscuit??" Zayed asked.

Ameya and Cassandra gaped at him

"Yes"

"How many did you add?"

"One" Ava said frowning at his questions.

"Add one more. You always add two biscuits right?" Zayed asked and he himself took another biscuit and mixed it with the tea.

He then took a sip of the tea and beamed at Ava.

"Perfect" he said and frowned when he saw the other two woman looking at him as if he suddenly grew another head.

"Don't you two have any work??" Zayed asked in his bossy tone and they both scrambled away from the kitchen.

"What about you, Aveline??" Zayed asked

raising an eyebrow

"What about me??" Ava asked with a confused frown

"Just because your husband is the boss, doesn't means that you wouldn't do any work. Or maybe you want some office romance, like they show in the movies and all. Are you waiting for that Aveline?" Zayed asked in a husky tone moving closer to her.

"No no no. I'm going to work" Aveline dashed past him in a hurry and he chuckled at her cuteness.
