Sadanandagiri Swamiji said, "Today everybody wishes to attain super powers. But they do not like the difficult ways and training. If all the powers that shall come with a talisman, a mystic chakra, or a spell, they will pay as much as they want. This is the reality today. But one cannot attain the super powers in such a way. So none of my disciples received such awe-inspiring powers. But I am satisfied that there are a few have some strength who are properly educated and conducting themselves well in public life.”
What Swamiji said was realistic and sharp. But the expression that struck him in the eye seemed to have nothing to do with what he was saying. It seemed to the police brain that he was talking about someone he knew.
"When I asked, it seemed to me that you knew the man I asked," Senthilnathan said, looking at him.
A small smile came and went on Swamiji's face. “You asked if there were any of my disciples like that. I said no to that. But I did not say that I did not know about such person ”
Senthilnathan asked excitedly, "Can you tell me the details you know about that guy?”
“Both are not my disciples. But we can say that they have gone to the pinnacle of this art”
Senthilnathan was stunned when Swamiji told him about two individuals, in real when he was looking for one person. He said, “Please tell me Swamiji”
“One belongs to a spiritual movement. He belonged to a Guru from Rishikesh. He progressed beyond the Guru. He is intellectual and brainy. There are a lot of people in his movement who are somewhat mastered in Raja Yoga occult powers. Those who dedicate themselves to the good of the world and secretly pursue their endeavors. He progressed a lot above all others. Everyone would call him Master who used those powers most naturally. His guru passed away recently and now he is the leader of the movement”
When he said about Master, Senthilnathan was surprised about the master’s fame. Senthilnathan remembered that Master had correctly predicted the exact location and his state of well being from Karthi’s living room. Senthilnathan smiled as he remembered when master told “police wit” in the same tone as his wife.
Swamiji continued. "But I believe that you are not talking about him. He will not be the person to be investigated by the police. Must be the other one. He has progressed a lot above the master”
Senthilnathan had a strong suspicion. If two people are experts in a trade then surely one is not likely to go unnoticed by the other. If so the master must know the enemy. Why he told Karthi that he does not know about him?
‘Let’s think about it later. We will inquire about that other one first”, he told Swamiji. “Tell me about that other one, Swamiji. How do you know him? ”
Senthilnathan was stunned when Swamiji said, "He came to me once in the beginning to learn."
Swamiji said as if looking back at the scene again and again immersed in old memories. "He is working in secrecy. Came to me one day after evening. He stood in the dark and spoke to me. He told me to teach him. His thought waves was not spiritual. His reason to learn was not genuine. So I refused to teach. He left without saying anything. A few years later there were some rumors about someone with extraordinary powers. Some were even convinced that there could be no one in this age who possessed occult powers as great as he did. Even then I had no doubt it might be him. In fact I forgot him the very next moment when I refused to teach. But it was only later that I realized that he was the supernatural power man I had heard about. ”
“How?”
"He came here again,"
Senthilnathan asked curiously. "What did he say?”
"He did not say anything. Did not even come in front of me. For a few minutes he bound me by occult power. I am the teacher of this art. I am also somewhat powerful. But he bound me with his power. I could not even move. I tried as hard as I could. I gave up all effort and was quiet enough to let go and do what I did. Only then did he withdrew his occult power ”
"You are saying, he did not even come in front and said nothing. Then how you realized he is the one?”
“He came to the same place where he first came, at the same time. The moment I felt like someone was coming and standing there and he bounded me with waves of his energy. I felt he said, ‘You refused to teach me. Now look I have learned enough to tie you up. I felt like I was being told try to free yourself if possible. He left only after I gave up. He did not smile. But I felt that laughter .. I still feel it. That is him. ”
Senthilnathan imagined the event for a moment. His body shivered unknowingly.
“From whom did he learn? Do you know who his guru is? ”
"I don’t know properly. But I think he may have learned from a Fakir who lives in the Thar Desert. Because most of the news about his powers came from that area. ”
Since Fakir was one of the five in the list given by master, Senthilnathan thought he must be the Fakir who taught the enemy.
"Can you tell me what he looked like?"
“I didn’t see him properly. It was the first time I had ever seen him for a little while. He was young and lean. I didn't notice much because it was half dark. ”
Although there is no question about the current investigation, instead Senthilnathan asked, “Have you ever felt, I have under estimated him? I should have taught him myself?”
Swamiji said with finality, "No, not at all. If someone does evil by the trick we teach them, we also have a moral share in that sin. There is no doubt that anything he has learned will not be put to good use because he is not good. I also do not want to have a share in his karma by teaching him. The Guru who stands in the way of Dharma should not make that mistake. Hence, I did not do that mistake."
