Blossom was too silent because she saw when she left. She couldn't think appropriately since she knew Erin thought Erin's scheme would trap her. Blossom glanced at Leo when Leo gripped her waist as if he were telling everyone he was her owner.
“Why did you seem so silent?” Leo asked; he moved close to her ear, which made Blossom almost step away.
Seeing her reaction, Leo frowned when he noticed how Blossom moved away from him. He held her waist tightly as if he was warning Blossom not to avoid him.
“You didn't talk because of your best friend? He was too busy with another woman; look at him.” Blossom was confused about what Leo had told her. She didn't understand who Leo was referring to. She didn't know why Leo thought that she would be affected.
Blossom turned around to check who Leo was mentioning, and she saw that it was Storm. She pursed her lips and tasted the wine before she looked back at Leo.
Blossom sighed before she let out a small chuckle. “Leo, what makes you think I will be jealous because he is with another woman? I didn't even know I had an intimate relationship with him.”
Blossom answered, making Leo's face enlightened. Leo faked his cough, and there was happiness in his eyes. Seeing how Leo looked happy made Blossom wonder the reason for his sudden mood change. Is it because of Erin again?
Blossom thinks that only Erin can affect Leo's mood, so even though she wants to ask him, she prevents herself, for she is scared that she might be hurt in the end.
“Why don't you say to him since you told me that you don't have an intimate relationship with him? I want him to be more aware of which place he will stand for.” Leo's tone was more severe, which made Blossom laugh slowly.
“Are you telling me that I am cheating behind your back? Did you forget that you are the one who keeps someone behind my back? Leo, not everyone around like you is like you.” Blossom gritted her teeth when she spilled those words. How could Leo act as if she was the one who cheated on them?
She still remembered how Leo let Erin stay in their house, so she felt bitter on her tongue. Blossom still remembered what Leo did to her; he broke her heart several times.
“I am not telling you that you cheated on me. What I am saying is that I don't want your boyfriend to think that he had a chance to be with you. I don't want him to check on you because I know he had a secret intention.” Leo explained, which made Blossom grin and even shake her head.
Even though Leo kept explaining why he wanted her to be frank with Storm, she knew she wouldn't fall in love with someone else. Storm knew that she was madly in love with Leo, and Blossom knew that Storm was supporting her silently.
However, she didn't understand why Leo wanted her to do that. It's been days since Leo asked her about it, and now he has repeated his command. They might be married, but Blossom had a choice whether she would obey Leo, and she didn't want to follow because she would be more embarrassed once Storm learned that she assumed too fast.
Blossom smirked, “I know that you didn't want to experience being cheated on, but I want to say that I don't have any plans to cheat since I will be like those people who didn't know how to be content with having one partner.”
“Blossom, you didn't know anything. If I explained everything to you, do you think that you would accept me after that?” Leo responded and even arched his brow at her.
“You didn't know how it feels that someone didn't think you're true feelings,” Leo added, which made Blossoms stunned for a moment. Why does she feel like Leo was hinting at her about what he might genuinely feel?
“I know that because I loved someone.” Blossom gasped as her eyes widened in horror. How could she be so reckless in front of Leo? She didn't want to get humiliated because of Leo.
“Oh, I didn't know my wife had secret feelings for someone else. Who is the lucky guy because? I want to meet him.” Leo's eyes become pierced suddenly when he glances at Blossom. His lips were at the thin line, and he was glaring at her to answer him correctly, or else he would do anything to know who Blossom's man was.
“You don't need to meet him because you finally know him. You are both close to each other; even if you force me to say everything to you, I won't do that.” Blossom's cheeks reddened; she avoided her eyes on him. She didn't like that Leo would catch her and that she was madly in love with him.
“Who is the luckiest man? I can't believe that my wife is married to me, but she is secretly in love with someone. My wife, if you think I will grant a divorce to make you happy with that man, I won't ever do that since you didn't like to divorce me after you discovered Erin." Leo spoke. Blossom didn't notice how tight Leo held that wine glass which made the glass break.
It looks like Leo is mad at Blossom, but Blossom doesn't even feel she ruined his mood. He almost gritted his teeth as his jaw became tense because of anger.
“I didn't even think I would divorce you because of him. Seriously, Leo, we shouldn't talk about this matter while we are at the party.” Blossom finally realized that Leo's mood wasn't in good shape, with made her slowly step back.
“No! I want to talk to you about this matter since I know you are in love with someone else. Tell me, Blossom? Is he here at this party? Does he look so good in your eyes?” Leo clenched his teeth as if he was vomiting blood because of madness. He didn't know what he would do once Blossom answered him that the man that she was talking about was at the party.
“Do you want me to be honest with you?” Blossom asked, and Leo nodded in reply. Leo even tasted wine and did not remove his sight, which made Blossom shudder. Blossom knew that Leo wouldn't think that she was referring to him, so she nodded her head which made Leo groan in furiousness.
“Are you fucking with me, my wife? Are you telling me the truth that the man is here at this party? So it means that I know him too well; why don't you spill his name so I can help you to him.” Leo mumbled, making Blossom's face pale because Leo asked her to say what she truly felt for him.
Blossom was more embarrassed when Leo sniffed her neck. He declared that he was more intimate with her, which was too odd for her. “Shit! What are you doing? Do you see that there are a lot of guests here? I don't want to be on the front page of some magazine!”
“I am your husband, so I think nothing is wrong if you are on the front page with me. Blossom, don't tell me that this man knows you are single; you lied to him?” Leo's tone was too cold. He didn't like what Blossom had told him. He didn't want what he would hear, but he seemed more curious about Blossom's secret man.
“What are you talking about? Of course, he knew that I was married, and he is married too.” Leo's mount hangs open in disbelief, and he grabs Blossom's waist again when Blossom moves away.
“You fell for a married man? Is he too old?” Blossom scowled when Leo began asking again and again. She didn't like it because she didn't like to admit her feelings for him.
“You both are the same age, I think. He's married, so what's the point that I will be with him?” Blossom chuckled, and there
sadness in her eyes. She couldn't believe how dense Leo was. Half a part of her heart was too thankful that Leo was too thick, and another part of her heart was secretly breaking because of Leo.
Blossom realizes that sometimes, she falls to Leo, and Leo gives her a lot of happiness. But at the same time, he was hurting her. Those she loved indeed had a lot of chances to break her.
“Ha! I know that I am better than him. I am thankful you are married to me because I don't want to see you having an affair since we're married, right?” Leo glared at Blossom as if he was warning her that she should answer his question by thinking of him.
“I don't think so. Can we change the topic? I don't want to talk about this since I feel dizzy.” Blossom groaned as she coughed. She glanced at the wine glass and sighed. She was too cowardly because she couldn't admit her feelings to Leo.
Leo and Blossom decided to go home too fast. Leo was too silent, and he didn't even try to talk to her, which made them not speak to each other for almost a week. Blossom didn't notice because she was too preoccupied with the project and the design that she needed.
“I will go for now. I have an appointment at the hospital today.” Blossom informed Jane as she was giving her makeup.
“Ms. Blossom, are you alright? Do you want me to come with you so I can assist you to the hospital?” Jane panicked, and she was about to stand up when Blossom stopped her.
“You don't need to do that because I will go home straight. I am not sick, so you don't need to worry about me.” Jane wanted to insist but didn't want Blossom to be more suspicious about her, so she let Blossom go to the hospital.
Blossom went to the hospital and even asked her doctor to put some shots in her so she could be prevented from being pregnant. The Doctor asked her the simple question that she needed to answer before she finally had a go.
After that, she went back home so she could have some rest. She was humming when she saw Leo waiting for her on the sofa. He glared at her as if she had done something nasty against him.
“Where did you go? I thought that you were in your company, and it's been three hours since you left your company.” Leo uttered, which made Blossom frown. She didn't understand why Leo was mad at her.
“I went to a place, okay? I went to the hospital.” Blossom finally admitted, which made Leo shake his head in mistrust.
“You are not sick, but why did you go to the hospital? I don't think you will go there to think about something.” Blossom didn't know how she would react since Leo didn't even know she had a shot.
“I don't think that I need to answer your questions. I'm tired, and I want to have a rest.” Blossom was about to turn around when Leo grabbed her hand, which made her stop—turning around.
“Blossom, I thought you wanted to conceive my child, but how could you decide to have a shot?” Leo's words roared, which made Blossom widen her eyes in surprise. She couldn't believe that Leo would find out that she went to the hospital to get some contraceptives.
“I thought you wanted to have a child with me. I thought there was something wrong with my dick because even though I did a lot of things to you, I didn't even make you pregnant. And now, you are taking a shot to prevent yourself from getting pregnant by my child? How could you!” Leo was too mad, and Blossom knew she wasn't in the right state.
