“Are you all freaking kidding me? After what my family had done to this useless family, you all dared to remove me as Daniel's fiancé!” Christy screamed out of her lungs. She finally lost her patience with Daniel's mother. How could they do this to her? She still remembered how Daniel's mother did everything to make her accept the engagement, and now they would remove her from their life because of her family's status.
If it's not for her family, the More family wouldn't be on top. She couldn't believe that she had finally experienced this kind of treatment. Anyone loved Christy, and now all the people she knew avoided her because what happened to them made her lose her sanity.
How could those beggars try to dump her like trash? How could those poor people act that she was more flawed than them?
“Christy, did you know that your family didn't even do anything to help us? Are you fucking kidding us? We even asked for your family's help, but your father even canceled the engagement party because our company was going bankrupt. We're just doing the same, dear! Don't act like we are bullying you because we all knew we weren't even doing that to you.” Mrs. More clenched her teeth and hugged Daniel, who was too silent.
Daniel didn't dare defend Christy from his mother because he couldn't accept the point that Christy disrespected his mother. He might be mad at Mrs. More for talking to Jane privately, but she was still his mother. He needed to respect whatever happened.
“So you are trying to get even with us, trying to put the blame on my family or even avenge what we all did to this family? You're such a low-class hypocrite!” Christy gasped, and she felt that she would lose consciousness because of what she was experiencing. She never thought that she would share this kind of humiliation in her life.
After all, she was known as a princess to their family. Her father adores her and does everything for her sake, and now it's different. All she was trying to blame was Jane because she ruined everything in her life.
“Christy, how could you say that to my mother? I endured all of your harmful treatment of me!” Daniel finally lost his patience. He could endure when Christy acted like she was a bitch, but his mother was a significant exception.
“Why are you acting like I should be grateful that you endured what I did to you? Of course, you will endure everything because your family needs me; your family needs my family's support. Did you think that I didn't even know that? I'm not stupid like you!”
“Christy!” Daniel called Christy's name. He was too disappointed that he fell for someone like her, and what made her regretful as he chose her when Jane was with him. Daniel felt that he finally faced his karma, and his heart was aching because of the outcome of his decision.
“Yes, Daniel. So don't you dare try to make me mad right now? I want you to plead, Jane, and do everything to make us enter the Fontaine family! Aren't you scared that you might disappoint my father?” Christy smirked and flipped her hair. She laughed evilly, and her eyes were bloodshot. Of course, she knew that Daniel wouldn't like to make her father disappointed. That's what Daniel does whenever her father wants something.
Daniel was stunned. He knew that Christy was trying to threaten him, and he didn't like to be treated like that. He bit his lips and looked away.
However, Mrs. More gritted her teeth in so much madness. She never thought that she would be mad like that, and it was because of Christy.
“Daniel, I will act like I didn't hear what your déclassé mother had. I will act like I didn't even hear how she humiliated her family and me. I will marry you if you ask Jane on my behalf.”
“I thought you loved me. Why don't you prove your love today? I want you to ask Jane for forgiveness. Do that, for my sake. Kneel in front of her since you always do that to my father, right?”
Mrs. More was bewildered, and she couldn't believe that her most crucial son in her life kneeled to father Christy. She was deeply hurt, and all she blamed was herself. She didn't even know that Christy's family was all faked because they acted like they were all true to them.
“You always do that in front of him, so there's nothing wrong if you do that again. You are used to doing that thing, and you already lose your dignity. You like doing it, don't you? I still remember how you kneeled before my father to make me your girlfriend after you had a relationship with trash like Jane.” Christy pursed her lips and glared at Mrs. More; she laughed loudly and smirked at her. She was too proud because she knew Daniel would do everything she liked.
“Daniel, son, I don't want you to do what she wants. It's a blessing in disguise that her family lost a lot of money. I can't believe that they treated you like this!” Mrs. More cried while she was holding Daniel's face. She was too sad because it was her fault.
She never saw Daniel being happy again after he broke up with Jane. Daniel obeyed her, which was why it was her fault.
“What is happening here? Why are you all fighting?” Mr. More's voice roared, he was too exhausted to work at the company, and he never thought he would hear what Christy had told his wife. He glanced at Christy, who still had a bitchy face and prideful look when she looked back at him.
Mr. More was too unhappy that Daniel chose someone like Christy, all he wanted was Jane for him, but he respected his son's decision because he couldn't force him to do what he wanted.
“Oh, I'm happy that the head of the family is here. Mr. More, I asked your son to plead with Jane for my forgiveness.” Christy thought that even Daniel's father was in her palms. She crossed her arms and grinned at Mr. More.
“But he didn't like to obey me. Can you please teach your son to obey someone higher than him?”
Daniel's father was surprised by how Christy had talked to him. He suddenly felt humiliated, but he tried to maintain his composure. He smiled and glanced at Daniel, who was nervous while watching his father.
“Oh, Christy, can you please explain to me why my son needs to do that for your sake? You both aren't married after all, right? It means you aren't his other half, so there's no use if he did that.” Daniel's father explained, which made Christy scowl in irritation.
“Well, Christy, my son is such an obedient kid. And I don't think that you are higher than him. You didn't even have money in your bank account without your family's support, while my son kept working for every penny he bought for you. He worked at my company to prove that he was mature enough to sustain his every need. You are lucky that he even bought you some diamonds even though you aren't worth it. Tell me, what did you even give my son without your family's money?”
“You are telling me to teach my son, but I think that your family needs to teach you a lesson. I learned that you pushed Jane to remove your family from the list, so why would I let my son ask for her forgiveness for your sake?”
“Christy, I don't like you for my son, but I respected his decision when he chose you over Jane. For me, Jane is better than you. She had a lot of money in her bank account because she worked for it.” Daniel's father went to him and tapped Daniel's shoulder. He smiled at him, and he was happy that he had dumped Christy.
“Son, I want you to take back all of the jewelry that you gave to her. She was stupid and didn't even use her brain that once she sells that jewelry, she will get several million dollars on it.” After hearing what his father had told him, Daniel nodded and asked some of their men to go to Christy's house.
Christy was too shocked that she experienced this kind of treatment. She thought that Daniel's father was too scared of her since it was her father who always told her.
“Are you fucking kidding me, Daniel? You gave those jewels to me, but you wanted to take them away from me? Are you a man?” Christy tiredly asked Daniel, and she acted like she was about to cry because Daniel didn't like it whenever she was crying. She knew that Daniel wouldn't dare to persist whenever she was hurting.
“Christy, of course, my son could do that to you. After all, you didn't want to receive any gift from a déclassé family, right? After you insulted my family, what makes you think that we might be joking? Christy, the truth is it's your family who needs us. You are all users like what you accused us of.” Mrs. More sweetly smiled, but Mr. More's face turned dark when his wife said those words. He couldn't believe that Christy dared to humiliate his family and even his wife.
“I want her gone in this house! I don't want to see her ever again. Don't you all dare let her enter this house, or else you will all lose your job!” Mr. More shouted in furiousness. He pointed to Christy, and a group of men came to her.
“N-No! Daniel, please!” Christy's tone cracked when the men held her hands. She started crying and pleaded with Daniel to hear her pleas, but Daniel turned around to make him not witness how Christy was dragged out of their house.
Daniel tried to remove the sympathy that he felt for Christy and went inside his room without even asking his parent's permission.

“Leo, I want to go to the bathroom?” Blossom mumbled after she wiped the table napkin on the corner of her lips. She smiled and elegantly stood up in her seat.
Leo brought her to the restaurant near the hotel that they went to. Leo nodded at him while he was sipping wine in his glass.
She went inside the bathroom and did what she needed to do. She even retouched her makeup and washed her hands. She was humming when a group of women came into the bathroom.
They were all elegant, and they were all giggling like teenagers who saw their crush.
“Did you see Leo Fontaine? He is so hot in his suit. I wished that he could make me cum.”
