Jane felt her heart quickly pounding. She didn't even know that she almost held her breath when Wade's lips were on hers. She gulped and glimpsed away when Wade gave her a sweet smile. She scoffed and sighed to make her heart calm.
“I can kiss you whenever I want, right? You shouldn't stop me from doing that whenever I am with you.” Wade whispered; he grabbed Jane's waist, pulled her more at him, and hugged her.
Jane stiffened when she felt how tighter Wade's hug was. She didn't understand why she liked it, and it looked like her body enjoyed Wade's touch. She was about to close her eyes when she saw Daniel watching her from afar. It seems like Daniel purposely exposed himself so she would stop doing what Wade was doing.
Jane didn't know what to do since her body wanted Wade's hug even more. Jane closed her eyes and embraced Wade's back. She felt how Wade's body froze, which made her chuckle at him.
“Jane, I can't breathe. You always made my heart flutter.” Wade whispered, which made Jane shut and open her eyes to ensure that she correctly heard what Wade was about to tell her.
Jane was about to break the hug, but Wade didn't let her. She gasped when she heard how Wade chuckled at her. “I can hug you daily even though I am asleep beside you.”
“I didn't even know that you are a mushy person.” Jane couldn't stop herself from commenting about what Wade had told her. She was hoping that Wade wouldn't notice how her heart reacted
“Mushy? I don't think so.” Wade felt offended; he was about to free Jane with his hug because he felt that Jane forced herself to hug him back, but Jane quickly embraced her hands on his waist.
“Are you insulted that I called you mushy? Well, I liked mushy things. I liked a mushy man.” Jane muttered, which made Wade blush. Wade secretly cursed himself for acting like a teenager in front of Jane, but he was too happy that Jane was slowly trying to open up with him.
Okay, Wade felt pleased that he was called mushy. He smirked when he noticed what Jane had told her. Mushy things? Okay, he will find it more, and he's willing to spend his name for her.

Since the moment Jane and Wade left, Blossom and Leo didn't even dare to talk to each other. Blossom couldn't stop herself from looking at Leo, who was reading some of the books that Jane had given her.
Blossom faked her cough so she could get Leo's attention. “So, did you think that I am manipulative? You didn't even deny your woman's allegations towards me!” Blossom was too frustrated. She didn't know how she would react since Leo was willing to be manipulated by her, but his words meant that she was a manipulative woman.
“You are not a manipulator, baby. I'm sorry I forgot to deny it since I am irritated that Erin was here. Do you need something to eat? I am willing to buy anything for you.” Leo sweetly said, which made Blossom widen her eyes. She didn't know if she was famished, but she was craving food.
“Are you sure that it's alright for you if you buy me food?” Blossom made sure that Leo was too severe with his words. She swallowed and felt excited about the food she was thinking of. “I want spicy chicken wings. Please, add some garlic butter flavor, too.” Blossom requested, which made Leo nod at her, take his phone, and dial his secretary that he needed food.
Leo sighed, and he was relaxed when Blossom forgot about her question because of the food. He didn't like to lie to her since he was married to her, but Leo knew what Blossom did.
That night when they eat at the restaurant, he is waiting for Blossom when the women are talking about him and Erin. He was sure that Blossom heard their comment or maybe their opinion. Speculationation became true when Blossom wanted him to do more publicly. He was willing to make Blossom think she or everything was according to her plans.
Leo didn't even know why he liked it when Blossom acted like she was secretly marking her territory. He liked it even more that he was too willing to be used by her.
He knew why Blossom did everything to make the whole world discover them. He was delighted whenever Blossom acted like a possessive wife when it came to him. Though, he slowly realized that she did that to make Erin think about where she needed to stand, which he couldn't even understand because Erin wasn't part of his goal and plan.
“I'm excited to eat those chicken wings. Baby, please make sure that this restaurant is so good. I want to enjoy every bite of my chicken wings.” Blossom excitedly uttered; she even pulled Leo to sit beside her so she could lay on Leo's lap.
Leo couldn't remove his eyes from Blossom. It was the first time Blossom lay on his lap, and he couldn't waste what she would do next. He almost stopped breathing when Blossom closed her eyes, and Leo could hear how she was living.
“I would make sure you can eat chicken wings that you will enjoy. My secretary knew where he should buy those chicken wings.” Leo mumbled, his hands trembled when he raised his hands to touch Blossom's face. He caressed her face and gently touched her lips.
“Of course, your secretary needs to choose the best restaurant, or else I will cry right now,” Blossom replied, which made Leo stop himself from smiling. He formed a slight smile on his lips before he smirked.
“I want to kiss you, my wife,” Leo whispered, which made Blossom open her eyes. Blossom saw how Leo closed his eyes and kissed her on her lips. Blossom's mouth hung open, which made Leo quickly deepen the kiss.
