I was dragged into a studio room, that was when Robin finally let go of my hands and I looked around to see not only Lukas but Nicholas. I was also surprised when I saw Hinn Carlos who had gone after Katherine a few minutes ago here too.
Hinn was not looking lively, there was no smile on his face too, he must still be angry at the event that had happened earlier, but the reason I was here was what I didn’t understand and why were we in a music studio rather than in their practice room.
“I brought a gift for you,” Robin said with a chuckle and the other’s looked up. I also noticed Lukas doesn’t have a smile on his face and Nicholas looked gloomy.
“Why is he here?” Lukas said pointing at Ryan as his brows furrowed and I turned to look at Ryan who had his hands in his jeans pocket and was standing by the door like an outcast, the smile that was on his face earlier was no longer there.
“I am sorry,” Ryan stated. “I am…”
“Let’s just get this music done,” Hinn said with gritted teeth as he picked up his guitar. This was new, he hadn't said any words to me and he was not even looking my way. What music were they talking about and why was I here?
“Umm…I don’t know why I am here,” I said out loud to their hearing, since everyone was gloomy except Robin who seemed perfectly happy, I would love to leave and let them settle their dispute rather than involve me in it.
Hinn put down his guitar and his gaze softened as he looked at me.”Remember the song you sang at the practice room the other day…” He started to speak and I waited in silence to hear him complete his words. “I submitted it to the school media director and he liked it.”
I blinked, how did something I just did that day without practice get to the hands of the media director? I know Robin had asked me to listen to the new keys he added and how he modified them, I have only dismissed it as a trivial matter and not thought of it anymore.
“He likes your voice and thinks if we perform it well then he could make it into a song…” I raised my hands and Hinn Carlos paused, all these talks were only making my head spin.
“I still don’t understand,” I said in a daze.
“Your song would get a chance to be turned into a real song that would be heard by a lot of people,” Robin explained further.
Hinn Carlos walked close to me.”You have to sing that song again today but you have to add more lyrics to it, just like real lyrics.” Hinn Carlos said softly.
“I can’t,” I blurted out. “I can’t even remember the lyrics I sang that day, I didn’t write it down and have no idea how to compose a song.” I looked at them. “I only sang that day because of Robin’s attitude.” I looked over at Robin who sneered at me.
“Then he will teach you,” Ryan said from behind and I turned my eyes to look at him.
“What the heck are you saying now, Ryan.” Robin folds his arms and leans back to his chair. “Why should I teach a person that has no idea about music.” Robin rolled his eyes at me.
“She is good…” Hinn was saying but was cut off by Robin.
“Katherine is better,” Robin said out loud and the face of everyone in the room turned hard as they faced him. “What, I am telling the truth.” Robin shrugged.
“Then make her as good as Katherine.” Hinn Carlos stated and I looked at him with wide eyes, why can’t he do it for me instead.
“Umm…” I was saying something but was interrupted.
“I won’t.” Robin got up from the chair he sat on. “I can see you all don’t want to do this now, I have to leave if we are done here.” He walked over to me and gave me a hard look.
I hate you too!
“I can do it,” Ryan spoke out of the blue. “I will teach her.” He said again and I looked at him, deep down I didn’t want him to, I didn’t need their help either and what were they saying they would teach me.
“Not after what you did Katherine,” Hinn growled in anger as his eyes were aflame.
“What do I have to say to make you all believe that I am sorry and I am here to set things straight…”
“You can’t, you are just like a sly fox,” Nicholas said from behind.
“You can’t change, you can’t make anything right,” Lukas added, Lukas has always been known as a boy that likes fun and he always has smiles on his lips, but right now he was frowning. “Robin, why the f*ck did you bring him here, what the heck is your plan?!”
Robin raised his hands in surrender. “I have good intentions only, also I wasn’t the one who made Ryan come back to Larry high, you all heard what the director said, he was the one who brought Ryan here and not me,” Robin stated.
I was curious, what has Ryan did, what made Lukas call him a sly fox, Ryan was a very popular leader in the BHDS group, but he doesn’t look like anyone’s favourite here, I had thought they like him when they watched his show the other day, but right here and right now it was different.
“I know I messed up, but can you all give me another chance to prove it all to you that I am a changed person, I will also make things right with Katherine…”
“Then go do that, Robin would teach Ivana, you should go do what you must until Katherine forgives you, I won’t either,” Hinn said and turned to Robin who had his hands in his suit pocket and had no care of the world or what they were saying.
“I should teach her, but I am not in my right state of mind this time, so do this for me, this means a lot for us all, she should be ready by next week for us to do this music and concentrate on the anniversary practice,” Hinn told Robin.
“Whatever.” Robin rolled his eyes and walked out of the hall.
“Ivana, I hope you do well on this,” Hinn said and without hearing my response as they had already decided on what I haven’t yet agreed on he walked out of the room. Why do I feel like he was not my boyfriend and why do I feel angry that Hinn was angry.
Lukas and Nicholas also left the studio after Hinn and I was left with Ryan who exhaled sharply and ran his hands through his hair.
“What did you do to make my boyfriend so mad at you?” I didn’t want to bring up Katherine’s name so I used Hinn Instead to find out what happened, only if he was going to tell me.
“Robin isn’t angry at me, I didn’t see him look angry earlier,” Ryan said as he turned to me and I furrowed my brow, why would he think I was calling Robin my boyfriend.
“I meant Hinn Carlos!” I said in a loud angry voice and his brows knitted as he looked at me in confusion.
“Hinn Carlos is your boyfriend?” He blinks. “Then, why did Robin say what he said?”
I was perplexed, what was Ryan saying? I have also remembered what he said when he saw me with Robin close to the pillar. He had said is this girl you told me about?
“What had Robin said?” I looked up at Ryan as I waited for him to tell me what I was suddenly curious about.
“Robin had said you were his girlfriend,” Ryan mentioned and my head snapped and for a while, I couldn’t think of any other thing but the last words.
Did Robin say that?
