You Rejected A Silver Wolf Chapter 20

Chapter Twenty – Psychic Beta.

Rihanna’s POV

Jonah immediately came in front of him. “Let her go. Do you want Your Silver attacking our pack?

But he was brushed away by Jake. “Well, hadn’t he already? Where’s our hunters?” he asked him.

Jonah snapped his head at me and I widened my eyes in realization.

I had agreed to let the hunters go if Jonah told me what Red Moon was up to. He cooperated but the hunters were yet to be freed.

It’s not like I didn’t want to free them, I forgot.

Jonah, dejectedly, stepped back and let Jake handle it. Some warriors helped him return back to the pack. I sighed and answered.

“The hunters will be sent back immediately, except one, we still need him I’m handling Red Moon.” I was referring to the lead hunter.

He knew I was the actual Your Silver, I didn’t want him spoiling the fun yet.

“No, all will be released and only then will you be released.” Jake Justin shifted from the sun. “It’s either them or you, let Your Silver decide.”

I stared at his green mischievous eyes. His looks hadn’t changed much from the past three years and he had a more manly structure.

I laughed. “You want to hold down a silver wolf, in return for some useless hunters with no energy?”

“How dare you?” Jake seethed. “We’d hold you down so Your Silver will come and we’d get him as well.”

“Your Silver wouldn’t even engage you. He knows I can break myself out. And that’s if you even catch me.” I winked.

Jake gestured to the warriors to attack. “Fine!”

The impulsive young man only wanted to kill his warriors, how dare he undermine a silver wolf, whether or not I was the Your Silver.

With wolf speed, I sped to the warrior besides him, my claws in his neck, I met Jake’s sudden gaze.

“Should I rip his gullet out? Do you want to lose warriors, huh? I asked him with a yell.

The warrior shook like a fish and I let go of him when Jake said nothing. There was silence within the warriors.

The warriors besides me earlier were still stunned on how I'd disappeared away for them.

“You have a familiar aura.” Jake sighed. “We’d let you go to have no trouble with Your Silver.”

I smirked. What familiar aura was he speaking of? Was it Ray’s? Or my father’s? Because he never met me while I was at Black Hills.

I went backwards. “Fine, you don’t want my trouble, I don’t want to trouble you too. Your Silver has no issues with Black Rose.”

“He better not!” Jake said, as he turned back. I walked back to the carriage, watching the warriors to see if any of them will make a move.

I sat on the carriage, none of them dared, or rather was ordered by Jake not to. It would be rather boring leaving now, with no show.

So I turned back to Jake, who was waiting for me to leave their land. “So who should I tell Your Silver met me? Your name?”

He looked away. “I don’t need to tell you, say an official. You met an official. Now leave my pack!”

“Nonsense. You are not the Alpha, or Delta, clearly not the Beta. What kind of official? Are you a lead warrior? Right, I’d tell him that, bye.”

“Stop there!” he barked. His warriors chuckled silently, seeing his angry red face.

I faced him, folding my arms. “What? I was leaving?”

“You are an annoying little girl. I am the Alpha’s brother if you need to know, tell Your Silver that. He shouldn’t bother my pack again.”

My folded hands fell. Little girl? Tsk. He may only be few months older then me but I didn’t want to delay on the subject. “Fine, I’d leave.”

My horse started and begun to go faster, I bent down to pluck a rose from the ones lying there when suddenly a knife zapped through my hand.

It gave me a cut and I jumped down the horse,, snapping my head to glare at Jake. Couldn’t I pick a rose too?

He had a stunned look so I figured it wasn’t him. I looked around and saw a blonde man – a blonde beautiful man – glaring at me.

“Do not touch my roses, woman!” he said with a deep voice. The warriors bowed to him immediately.

He had great energy inside of him, perhaps he was the Beta.

His blue eyes pierced in my eyes and I was temporarily enthralled by them, like I had been with Jonah.

I frowned, looking away, these men were something else. “Are you crazy! This is just a rose!” I retorted.

“And you’re a silver wolf who spilled a lot of blood! My roses are pure, no contamination needed! Leave in peace!” He pointed the exit.

He knew I was a silver wolf in one glance or had he been eavesdropping? The guy was weird.

“And your brother is back.” He turned to Jake and said with a softer tone. “You should see him and hand the record you stole from the King.”

My brows raised. Stole? So that was what Black Rose went to do at Black Hills?

“Stop being so blunt. We have someone here. Let’s go.” Jake pushed him back towards the pack. “And make sure you leave, witch!”

I rolled my eyes, eyeing a rose but left it.

The Beta halted and said again. “She’s not a witch, just a pained girl who only had her silver wolf to protect her, be nice.”

I stopped moving and turned to him. What’s he saying? Was he psychic? And I wasn’t a pained little girl. I outgrew that.

Jake glanced at me and smiled. “Oh, I figured. That’s why she’s worked with Your Silver. It’s a teenage exuberance ”

He thought I was a teenager? Funny.

“Well, attacking slaves depot is better to stealing records from your Alpha King. But, I won’t blame you, Chris has always been a dumb.” I scoffed.

“You know him? Or you speak out of rumors heard?” The Beta asked.

Jake pushed him back. “Stop engaging her. You’ve spilled to a rogue that we stole from the King, what if she spills it?”

I tsked. “I won’t, I have no such time...”

“Yeah right?” Jake interrupted. “You cause chose in packs and destroy our unity, you can.”

His words annoyed me. I didn’t cause chaos in packs because I was a lover of disunity. The packs had no unity in the first place.

And I concentrated on freeing slaves. Was that part of the chaos? I’d gladly continue.

“You are the one disrupting your unity, it’s ironic after you had toasted to the Alpha King and his Betas a unity of the Packs under his rulership!” I was speaking of the toast he made to Chris on Vanessa’s birthday.

The Beta had a confused expression. Jake tilted his head. “How do you know that?”

It then clicked. I wasn’t supposed to say that, I shook my head. “A spy of ours heard you at the ceremony, of course. Such hypocrisy.”

He didn’t seem to believe it and peered into my eyes. “Hmm, you’re a suspicious little girl.”

I said no more, and quickly rode the carriage away, before I exposed my Rihanna identity and embarrassed my other identity as Your Silver.
