Alpha Jason Rogue Luna Chapter 24

Megan's POV

I am abruptly awakened from my sleep by a howl that pierces the air, forcing me to swiftly sit up in bed. My body shivered, and goosebumps sprang on my skin. My neck and back hair were rising up, which caused me to become alert. There was a problem.

I hurriedly slid my legs out of the bed and grabbed an extra-large shirt in case I needed to move. I was moving a little more slowly than normal since my muscles were tight and my injuries still hurt. Even getting into my room last night and getting into bed are beyond my memory. My room's lingering, stale fragrance of line helped me fit the pieces of the jigsaw together. Just how he continues doing this is beyond me. How he continued to enter my room and move me while I was unaware of it. I don't even remotely sleep a lot, so this simply frustrates me to no end.

As I walked out of the pack house, additional howling could be heard. Many men and women were also exiting their rooms. Some were leading children toward a door I had never seen before. There was definitely a problem.

I felt a little pressure attempting to break through my mental barrier, but I resisted it since I didn't want anybody inside my thoughts. We exited the building after the others, changed into our wolves, and moved toward the eastern portion of the region. I could hear growls getting closer, and I could smell decaying flesh and rubbish filling the air. I detected familiar smells and my muscles clenched as my blood began to cool. They located me and then located me once again.

The situation in front of me was terrible. We reached an open area as the trees began to thin and spread out. Across the field from us, there were at least forty rouges. Their eyes shone brightly, their fur was thin and scant, and froth was trickling from their lips.

Alpha was clearly visible a few feet in front of us. He was simply wearing a pair of basketball shorts and stood immediately between us and the outlaws. The ground was already covered with bodies, and I had a hunch that they weren't the last.

I advise that you all go from my territory. Alpha's threatening and irate voice resounded off the woods. As they went ahead, someone's feet started to hear the crunch of leaves. I stopped dead in my tracks as two thugs split apart as a guy moved in between them. He was there. His face now bore a scar, but his filthy golden hair, penetrating look, and unwavering frown remained. Alpha tilted his head to the side, made eye contact with me, and then went back to my tormentor, so he must have known something was off.

If you offer us anything we desire, "We will." Gordon. smirked and fixed his eyes on me. I was in his knowledge. Gordon couldn't see me since Alpha saw this and moved in Gordon's line of sight.

"I'm not open to any kind of bargaining. You must leave my area, or we will force you. The wolves next to me growled and waved their tails in agreement, pledging to defend their territory in accordance with their Alpha.

"Oh, but Alpha." He makes a scornful sneering noise. She is just behind you, I tell you.Everyone's eyes were fixed on me, and I could feel the pressure rising in my chests. "Just give her to me, and we'll be on our way. We'll do no damage and will then go. Bile started to move up my throat, burning my stomach and esophagus.

"As I've already said, I'm not open to discussion. One way or another, you'll be going while she stays with me. He uttered it in a snarl that implied it was the last word.

You requested it, so. Then Gordon changed, and his supporters rushed forward. The warriors standing next to me surged forward to confront the middle group of rogues. In order to give Alpha time to change in case he was assaulted during shifting, I remained a bit to the rear, monitoring his back. When he was finished, his emerald eyes met mine, and he gave me a grateful nod before going for a wolf that was nearby.

Though my strikes and responses were a little slower than usual, I was still able to kill a number of them. Only a handful of them, maybe ten, remained as I examined the broad space. After slamming a brown wolf to the ground and swiftly tearing out its neck, a black pile of fur jumped over my body. I wasn't even able to hear or see it. It would have taken me until it was too late to see it coming. I hesitantly approached him and gave his neck a thank-you massage.

The remaining rogues conceded defeat and made an effort to flee back over the border while being pursued by our soldiers all the way to the border. I was feeling weak and wanted to weep. I finally gave up after many years of hiding and fleeing. I was unsuccessful because I felt compelled to remain after finding my partner. I failed since by staying, I have caused damage to his group.

Alpha proceeded to stand next to me and softly brushed his body against mine. He mimicked what I had done to him by dipping his face to brush up against my neck. He whined softly in my ear, almost as if he could feel my anxiety and sought to sooth it. My nose was overwhelmed with his aroma, which relaxed my body. I snuggled into him and soaked up his comfort. He kept me safe.

Out of nowhere, a filthy blonde wolf sprang in front of us, forcing me to assume a defensive position. Jason moved a few steps in my direction before turning to make sure he was shielding me from the danger. The wolf then shifted back, shaking and spasming. Gordon was suddenly in front of us, nude and covered in blood. Gordon moved forward as Jason hissed and lowered his posture. He stated this while pointing at me and then dashed for the border.

"I'm coming back. This is not yet over.
