Axel leaned forward and seriously clicked his fingers and everyone around them got out of the door, which surprised Sophie.
She looked at Axel, who had cold eyes.
"How can this man's mood turn 180 degrees in a split second?"
Sophie was looking at him, and Axel said, as soon as he finished to sigh, "What are you doing with the pixies and what is your relationship with them?"Sophie was silent as she was looking at Axel who has a serious face. how did he know?
She was thinking where and how she found out. "Did you follow me? Did I think we shouldn't invade each other's lives?"
The room was filled with silence the man was clueless, he clicked his tongue and looked at the maiden beside him, "the pixies were very dear to her, I think you should stand your ground on how to tell her."
Axel was peprelex as he didn't expect his reaction to be like this, but he put himself with a lot of courage.
"Well?" Sophie asked him anxiously
Axel thought about this and intertwined his hand as he placed them on his mouth, he didn't know how he was going to tell Sophie what he found out but he stood up and lent his hand in front of her and said, "I'll show you if you have time to understand me."
Sophie wasn't sure as she was thinking how she knew this and as she took his hand she remembered that Hiro was following them, "What did you do to him?"
He withdrew his hand and looked at Axel like he betrayed her or something, Axel just looked at her and said nothing, he was also confused as to how he would tell Sophie everything he found out today.
Axel took a deep breath and looked at Sophie seriously and said, "Pixies are not good creatures as you know."
Sophie felt a range of anger and said, "I get it, that's how you think of them that is why you are turning them into figurines?"
Axel didn't reply to the word she said and grabbed her by the waist and because of that it was as if someone pulled Sophie's tongue and she obeyed.
Axel placed the blindfold on her eyes and said, "Just follow my lead."
every servant they meet just looks at her, bowing confused why they walk like that, it's obvious that Sophie's face is red and the servant can't help but to stare.
They walked to the narrowest part of the 3rd part of the tower, and they both entered the room together Axel's hand never left Sophie's waist, and he did nothing to it, but she wanted to get away as her breath was being shorter than before, but something caught her eye and said, "Why are you putting them on alive like this?"
She was heart broken while looking at the pixies who are in like a big capsule with water inside, as if they were one of the experimenters here, she didn't know but she thought of them as cruel as if they were murderers.
She was about to touch the glass but even before she could do it, Axel took her hand and said, "You can't touch that."
Sophie looked at him and took his hand back as of now she has a different view of Axel, pixies are very dear to her so she can't help but look and think badly of Axel especially since she knows that they are harmless.
"A contact with flesh will break the glass, please be careful."
Axel knew that by saying this Sophie could do this without him knowing it was a good thing that she placed a blindfold in his eyes and said, "Aren't you going to ask why they were like that?"
Sophie just looked at him and I could see the tension on his face because he was so annoyed and Axel did nothing but take a deep breath and walk around the pixie on the table with it's eyes wide open.
He said, "they were there because their leader Aryo asked us to."
Sophie flinched and he looked at her, "How did you know him?"
"How did you meet him? Pixies are not an approachable creatures." Axel asked her but Sophie remained silent
"They were like that because their leader can't control them, their potions don't have anything in return, it was these guys who did it then."
Sophie wasn't still convinced and stood still with her head held up and said, "I want you to release them!"
Axel just walked closer to her and said, "I respected you how you respect them but I won't take my chances, so please respect mine."
Sophie was lost for words when she suddenly appeared
Axel said, and looked at Sophie sharply, "If that's where you went before the light and darkness took over it's a good thing that you already left."
"They gain power when the skies turn dark, they can even turn you like them, they are the only pixie that likes candies isn't it weird?"
Sophie was confused when she realized that she hadn't been with them that night that is that why Hiro came in to cut her conversation with Aryo?
Axel looked at Sophie sharply and said, "Hiro your friend was the one who told me that.."
"Even though he has a very rude attitude, he told me that because you are his friend."
Until now he still doesn't understand, why would they turn a person like them?
Sophie's hand went to her mouth due to surprise, that was the reason why their population suddenly grew
"B-but if they were human before they were like that? H-how come they don't know?"
Axel looked at Sophie and said, "I don't maybe spells and chantment or something awful, we don't know."
He looked deeply on her eyes as he was really sorry for what he found out and added, "it was not for me to answer but if you're going there I think it's better not to."
Sophie hugged herself because she didn't understand and her brain was like a mess, she never expected it to be this way but something is better off without knowing them, and it really breaks her heart looking at the pixies but she knows it was for their own good.
