"Are you sure we'll make the ball happen here, Axel?" Asked Hugo, Axel's apprentice,
Axel strolled onto the floor of the venue and just looked at the mentioned venue, which is called the Blue Water Convention Center in Canada. His tribe gathered after 2 decades of being away. It won't cause any problems, except for the Alpha that was invited by Rebecca, and that's what's bothering Axel the most, not the expenses, but because of that one guest. I don't know, but I didn't refuse because she's doing that as well, but it's just worse because she's doing that without me knowing.
"Yes, so sure. We also deserve to experience this event." Axel told Hugo as he was staring at the huge chandelier on the ceiling.
Axel was picturing the hall's design and was just busy fixing everything that was going to happen in a few days. Axel was thinking of the ball having a forest vibe. As he was looking at the grand hall, scratching his chin, Hugo approached his ear and approached to hear what he had to say.
"Miss Rebecca was spotted on the eastern border. I think you should know this. " Hugo said to Axel and showed him the cellphone with the picture of her going to the border Hugo was holding.
Axel paused and thought of something that might lead him to another problem, but he shook his head.
"Don't worry, Hugo; I'm just letting her be," Axel told Hugo that even though he was already undecided about the way, he granted her wish to do whatever Rebecca wanted.
"What if she is injured, my Lord?"
"I'm sure you don't want that to happen!"
Hugo said, looking all worried about what might happen, but so did Axel. Axel massaged his forehead and took a deep breath in, holding it for a few seconds, and Hugo was surprised when he turned red
"My Lord!" Hugo said as he shook the red-faced Axel, and Axel decided to let out at the same time, laughing hard.
"Don't be concerned! As I've said, don't worry, Rebecca will be okay. She's in the hands of my friend. " Axel told Hugo and decided to walk toward the workers that would design the hall.
And Hugo just shook his head in disbelief at what I had said. I also don't know, but I'm so fed up with these issues and the news that my people give me.
Days have passed, and lately, Rebecca and Axel seem to be fine but not okay. Rebecca was just doing what she liked after Axel allowed her to do what she wanted to do, and Axel took notice that they were exchanging situations.
When Axel was left at home alone, he thought, "Is this how she felt?" When she was left alone at home waiting for him? while he's busy finding ladies that can get pregnant and provide them with a child?
Axel was pacing in their living room and was feeling miserable and sad, and he decided he wanted to make up for all the actions Axel had done towards her.
Axel hurriedly got his coat and decided to go to the city to buy a cake, a bouquet, or even a petal of roses. He fastened his seat belt and drove as excited as he could be to put to make it up to his wife, Rebecca.

Axel came back at a certain time, and Rebecca was still gone. He was surprised that she wasn't home this late and that it wasn't typical of her, but he didn't bother and just rushed through everything he needed to do while she was gone. Axel set up the table with the cake and the steak he cooked, and when he finally set up the tissue, he decided to sprinkle the rose petals and was on his last bag, and Axel patted himself on the back and was still amazed that he could still do it like this.
Axel was looking at the dinner table and wondered if something was missing.
"How could I possibly have forgotten a candle?" Axel said to himself and facepalmed
Axel got out of the door and patted his pocket to confirm if his key was there. When he threw the key in the air and caught it, he heard someone talking.
"Don't worry, you're the one I love." And Axel knew it was Rebecca's voice. He was so overjoyed and was about to go to greet her, but then he was shocked. For all of those reasons, Axel said to defend her and to block the bad things his people said to her, and his hand turned into a fist.
All Axel did was to prove to them that she was not that kind of person, but Axel was wrong, and he was so blind and stupid, but why is he acting like this? He wondered if he was the one who was mated with someone else, and Rebecca was just barely talking to someone, but Axel was stunned when she said that that man was the one she loved.
Axel saw Rebecca kissing Edward, and it felt like a silver knife cutting through his skin.
"When can I make you mine?" Edward asked.
Axel decided to hide, not knowing what to do and how to act.
"3 days from now, at the ball, I'll ask the Elders for their permission to untie the tie I have with Axel."
"But you need to wait more than a month for me to be tied to you. Is that alright? " Rebecca asked
"Even if it takes a thousand years," said Edward.
And that made Axel transform from a human to a wolf, shredding his clothes because the impact of his overgrown wolf form didn't care if his shredded shirt were scattered for Rebecca to see and roam across the mountain, and he was running nonstop, not knowing what to do. He couldn't even howl in his agony, and he was just letting his fur shine with light from the moon when he saw some of his men dragging a maiden inside the big cage with torches in their hands.
For some inexplicable reason, Axel looked at the face that seemed familiar to him.
Axel decided to transform back into my human form as he had already stopped at their post, and some of my men lent me a coat. Axel decided to stand, and then I was about to move closer to see her clearly while tying the coat.
"She's roaming around the woods, Master, and we've never seen her before. My other man said she saw one of us transform and that she's a human. " Terrence said, the leader of the roaming pack.
"We should kill her because that was against the rules," the other man said.
Axel was just looking at her. As to what his men said, he decided to ignore it because she was quite familiar to him. It's like he's seen her somewhere before, but a bit mature and with a maiden's face.
"Turn into your werewolf form, so I can spare you."
Axel said to her while waiting for her to transform. But she was just looking at them, trembling with a wound on her skin.
While Axel was walking around the cage looking at her hands placed on his back, he realized he had forgotten what had happened earlier, and this situation made him breathless.
"Transform!" said one of the men around her cage, as he banged on the cage.
"Then you left me no choice," Axel said and raised his hand in command.
Then a swoosh of air that was slapped his face, and he saw a man in a cape of red that was bowing in front of him, and he was confused as to who it was, and then the man in front of him let the cape's hood down just to be flashed with a beautiful maiden, even with dirt and mud on her face, which caught Axel's attention.
"Please excuse my rudeness, but that girl in the cage is my sister, and she's deaf, so she can't respond." The maiden said, and Axel thought that this was the real maiden he was familiar with but didn't know where she encountered her.
"State your rank!" shouts one of the men, and the lady gulps hard.
"Omega," she said, and then the men started laughing, and then Terrence kicked her, making her fly, and Axel jumped so he would catch her.
"How dare you conduct that act in front of me!" Axel said, and Terrence bowed and bit his lower lip, unsure of what he had done wrong.
And then the maiden got out of Axel's arms and stayed still to kneel and bow.
"I'm sorry, your highness. It'll not happen again. " The maiden said to him beggingly
And then Axel looked around and saw that the men were so eager to tell him that they should kill both of them, but Axel had the urge to save them.
"Take them to my dungeon, not the dungeon in the city."
The men were just looking at each other, but they just stood there and were clueless as to what Axel said.
"Didn't you hear me, Terrance?!" Axel shouted.
"Yes, sir!"
And then the maiden was also thrown inside the cage, and they were on their way to the Alpha's dungeon, praying for the easiest way of death.
While Axel finds a way to take revenge on Rebecca, the first time he saw the maiden, Axel was captivated by how she looked and decided to hook up with his first-ever friend.
