All the people approached them, but Axel prevented them from being near them both.
He didn't know that the crowd would go out of control, but he knew that he couldn't blame them as this maiden beside him glowed in her gold gown.
While Axel can't seem to keep his head in tack while talking to other guests, while Sophie is by his side, he can hear murmurs and all sorts of things.
"Is that even allowed? to be tied after untying a tie? " The lady
The other lady shook her head, "I don't know, but what else?"
"He's the Lycan king; he can do anything."
Geline scoffed as she said to Jeda, "Do you even call that a soon-to-be-tied couple?"
"They were barely holding each other, but when he was with Rebecca, you could see that he was really into her."
They looked at them and Jeda said, "Let's go, we don't have access to their lives. Quit being a freak Geline."
The ladies continue their conversation, and a lady appeared on the opposite side of the wall from where they had been, looking at everyone as her red-painted lips turned into a grin.
"Is this some kind of game ending? But isn't it too soon?"

"Can I have a word, your grace?" Hugo asked as he was bowing, ignoring the newly thrown Luna.
Axel was just looking at him with confusion in his eyes. He knew him very well.
Axel stayed like that and held Sophi at the waist, which caught her off-guard.
"Bow to her," Axel said coldly.
Hugo's eyes twitched as he was bowing, and with a trembling hand, out of enraging, he bowed still.
Axel just clicked his tongue and then turned Sophie around.
"If you're acting like that, then I can no longer have a word with you," Axel said to him, leaving.
"If you can't respect her, you don't have to do that to me." He added
Hugo felt disregarded, but he stayed at his post until he could no longer feel Axel's presence.
When he decided to look up, he could see that Axel was talking to the organizer of the event, and Hugo sensed that they were ready to go home.
With a single step, Hugo was already in front of Axel, and the two of them never stopped staring, which made Sophie very uncomfortable.
Axel showed a picture, "This is Hugo Almir, my right hand, a partner in everything, and my best friend."
"He'll have a rough time accepting you, but once he softens, he'll protect you like his own."
Those were the words that played on Sophie's mind, "He indeed liked to observe people before accepting them as he knew." She thought
"Ahm.."
After Sophie said them, both of them stared at her for an unfathomable reason that boiled her blood up to her head.
"If you're going to talk behind my back, send me home already!"
"This dress is so itchy, but you both look itchy."
"You think you can talk properly if you'll just look at each other!"
Hugo was shocked by how the lady acted. "Even though she's the new Luna, she shouldn't shout at the Lycan king like that."
Hugo's brows met out of confusion and he was ready to strangle the lady in front of him, but he heard Axel laugh, and he looked at Axel with furiousness in his heart.
"Feisty right? That's why I liked her!"
Axel continued to laugh, and almost half of the guests noticed.
There were a lot of murmurs in the crowd.
"Did you hear that? The serious Alpha laughed. "
"Did he just smile?"
"Did that new Luna embarrass Axel?"
Sophie was so excited to live there because she had never been in a crowded place before, and she had no idea that this is how the people around her lived.
"If you want to tell me something, tell me next time, not in front of my muse," Axel said, and he grabbed Sophie's tiny waist.
"Please monitor today's event. Have a good night!"
There were murmurs as Axel and Sophie exited the door, and everyone was surprised that the ever so meticulous king at this type of event was leaving for his Luna.
Hugo gave those people a sharp look, and they all cleared the way for him to walk away, shaking his head, and convincing himself that his best friend has the most dangerous partner.

They were inside the car, and only the car's aircon made a noise that could be heard.
Their skin wouldn't be touching as the distance between them could be occupied by another person.
Sophie wasn't bothered about the situation. She just wanted to remove the dress to relieve the itchiness she was feeling, and as she scratched her neck with her delicate nails, her vision landed on the rare mirror of the car.
and saw how Axel looked at the window with a shallow expression. Sophie's tiny face was filled with gloom.
She didn't know what to say to someone, especially when they were in this kind of situation.
Now they're together again and just finished the untying ceremony.
"Maybe the reason you didn't let me go home alone is that you were worried I might run away," Sophie asked.
Axel didn't answer her as his mind was filled with thoughts.
Sophie just rolled her eyes at him and said to herself, "Fck yourself, Axel!"
"I'll pretend that I'm worried about your situation."
Sophie pouted and looked to the side and noticed how they were entering a portal that would lead them to their world.
"Do we have a sorcerer in the city?"
"That was damn cool!" Sophie exclaims as she realizes that the event was made outside of the world they live in.
"But what if a human entered the halls?"
"Can't we see? Or is it even possible?"
Axel stayed silent and treated her as if she never existed, but all of her questions made him irritated, and he remembered what she had done earlier, how Rebecca reacted, how he saw her in pain about the news, and it was making him heartbroken.
Axel looked at an amazed Sophie as they were entering the portal to their world, and then it hit him.
Her actions weren't in agreement with his, and he was very angry about that.
"Is there a history of humans who have already entered that portal? If there is---"
"Can you stop acting like that? You're annoying! " Axel shouted.
Sophie was taken aback, "Woah, what did I do to you that you're this pissed off?"
Axel just looked at her and her beauty made him very angry at her.
"Don't act like you didn't know; you did it to embarrass Rebecca. Admit it." He coldly said
"Huh?" Sophie was looking at him as if he was telling a joke.
"That was just an act."
"Stop! That wasn't in the agreement. You were just supposed to follow me around. "
Axel got out of the car and walked toward his house. Sophie did the same, but she was struggling because of the big ball gown, but after a tiring pull, she managed to get out and look at the man who was walking away.
Sophie just scoffed and rolled her eyes, "Really?! Do you think if I didn't improvise, you could survive that night? You haven't moved on. Shouldn't you be saying, "Thanks" that I saved your ass?"
Axel turned to her and Sophie's knee trembled as she was looking at the man's face beside her.
He had turned ugly.
"If you happen to say something out of line, again."
"I'll kill you with my bare hands."
