“They were my rivals, holding nothing but personal grudges towards me because I refused to trade with them.” I told her.
“And who came to rescue me? Because I swear I heard your voice.” She said sternly.
“That’s impossible, love, it wasn’t me. How am I supposed to know about your location anyways?” I shrugged, acting innocent.
“But, it was yours.”
“It could be similar, it’s okay but it was the police. They raided the place and luckily found you as well or else God knows where I shall look for you.”
I ended with a sigh of relief. She listened carefully and nodded.
“If you say so… You are right. How would you know in the first place..” She hummed.
I passed her a faint smile and continued.
“And that’s why I have assigned a bodyguard for you. I am not risking your life. And you will not argue with it, okay?”
She chuckled and shook her head. “Yes, Sir.”
I smiled and kissed her hand, “You don’t know how much you mean to me Candice. I love you so much.” I whispered sincerely.
“The thought of losing you scares me endless. I want you to be at my side forever.” I confessed.
“I love you too, Tyler. I promise, I will be with you. Don’t worry, nothing can pull apart.” She smiled and kissed my hand as well.
A silence then came between us where we both looked at each other deeply, lost in each other, oblivious of our surroundings.
“Only If I could gather enough words…”
Wanting nothing but to indulge in the sweet moment of us where our heartbeats synchronized and turned into a harmony of love.
“To explain my feelings…” I whispered temptingly.
I slowly shifted and moved on top of her, deluged in her sapphire gems.
“But, I can surely show you.”
A beautiful shyness flashed in her eyes. Her breath caught up in her throat.
My eyes traveled down, scanning her shudders under my gaze which never fails to elicit abashed feelings in her.
“How you drive me insane…” I let out a suppressed laugh.
Whenever I looked at her from this close, all those hankers I held inside me burst.
“The fantasies, some dark, some charming…” Husky, I leaned down to latch my lips to her neck.
Lust emerged from me, wanting to make my desires a reality.
My gaze moved up and met hers.
“Tyler..” She passed me a faint smile and put her hand over my chest. My heart skipped a beat.
“Candice…” I gulped. The desires inside me burned in a fiery fire which seeks comfort. I want to take them out. I need to.
I moved close to her and brushed my lips over hers, My breath moved in rhythm to hers.
“You are my angel.”
I want to break her patience.
When I can longed for her for I don’t even remember how long then how long she can resist me?
“Do you want me, Candice?” I asked huskily, sliding my hand inside her shirt slowly, feeling her shivers and lust.
Her eyes glistened in desperation, she began to pant by my mere touch and spoke in a barely audible tone, “I do.”
A smirk made its way to my lips when I saw the same need I felt inside me flashing in her.
“Hmm? Really?” I asked, pressing my cold fingers on her skin.
I know the pain of being slow but that’s what will make it more memorable.
She looked innocently at me while my smirk grew dark. “Tyler, please…”
I placed a gentle kiss over her lips and gradually made my way to her lips, feeling the sparks emitting from her.
Brushing my fingers delicately, teasing her body for more.
“Please what?”
The thumping sound of her heartbeat gave me pacification. It was an interlude of tease where I want to submerge and take the most out of it.
“If you want me, show me.” I ordered, laughing seductively in her ear, earning a moan as she arched her back.
The love part can come later, right now I want to enjoy it to my utmost content.
“Please don’t tease me. I want you.”
I bit her earlobe and let out a suppressed laugh which caused her breath to hitch.
My hand moved to her thigh and stroked over her body at some point tenderly but at some point rough to what she moans.
“T-Tyler…”
Her melodious tone reached my reach like a song I was dying to hear.
“Make me.” I said huskily and pulled away. She bit her lower lips and held the collar of my shirt.
“Please, Tyler. Take me.” I love the craving she was showing.
“Why would I huh?” I smirked darkly and bit her neck harshly while removing her dress slowly.
She mewled and pulled my hair a bit.
“Please, Tyler.” She begged. I looked at her.
I don’t want to take her to a point where she will be distressed and put her pleasure as my top priority.
I passed a faint smile.
“I shall do the teasing part some other time.” I winked and she tittered, looking away.
I kissed her passionately and whispered, “I shall grant your wish for now my queen.”
***
I was leaning on my seat, lost in abysmal thoughts. I don’t know what I should do or say.
My mind is stuck.
“I love Candice deeply and if she ever did what Lydia did, I won’t forgive her, George.” I whispered, closing my eyes.
“Understandable. There is no justification for betrayal.” He nodded.
“I have made her mine after so much effort, I will not let them rot away. She will be with me with or without force.” I growled, curling my hands in a fist.
“But her every reflex shows she loves you, there’s not a single shred of unfaithfulness in her eyes-” George tried to make my understand but I slammed my hand on the table,
“Then why the fuck is she lying to me!? Why is she lying about going out, why is she lying about her Father’s condition?! What’s bothering her?!”
He stopped seeing my rage, lowering his head but emitting a deep breath, I leaned back.
“Money is not the problem, the real problem is why is she not telling me. Why is she hiding things from me?” I muttered, closing my eyes.
The person who would be her partner in sadness and happiness, the person who is going to share all his life, love.
“There was something about her past which bothers her still now and she just needs help to make it right. I guess.” George shrugged.
“I swear, I will never ask her about her past or about her problems. I will help her in all ways I can and never force her but she is not telling me and that’s the problem.” I said, earning a strange look from George.
“That sounds contrary.” He said.
“It doesn’t matter.” I muttered.
Despite my anger issues, I am a very considerate person. I will understand… only if she will share…
“Maybe we should talk it out. I know she will not tell me if I ask her directly so I must let the truth come to light first.” I said, holding my chin.
Unwillingly, I called Elmer.
“Hello?”
“Hello, Mr Whale, I need your help. I am coming with Candice tonight for dinner. There I want to tell the truth.”
“Truth?”
“That you are not sick and Candice is not aiding you.”
“I knew it… she was using my name as an excuse… I will help you on one condition.”
“What?”
“You will not force the truth out of her.”
“I won’t. I only want to let her know that I know she is lying, that's all.”
‘And the rest depend on the intensity of my anger.’
