Pearl's POV
After recess I went straight to Alondra's office alone because Blue was nowhere to be found .
I know that Zara's condition is hurting her but she has to understand that it's for the benefit of our kind.
The door was open so I walked straight into the office and met her sitting on the chair..
I took a seat on one of the beds and she had a puzzled look on her face.
" Where's Blue? " she asked and I scoffed.
"She's too busy with work..... I'm not sure she's gonna come " I replied and she stood up.
"Busy with what work? What is more important than her training? " she asked me.
"I cursed Zara" I blurted out and she gasped.
"what?... How could you? she asked shocked.
" I had to do something..... She was just all over Blue and Blue wasn't concentrating on her goals" I replied with no regrets.
" But pearl,cursing her isn't the solution and you did something bad so what curse did the necklace place on you? " she asked.
That's true.... I did something bad so the necklace was supposed to curse me.
" I don't know yet.... I haven't noticed anything different " I replied and checked my entire body.
"Well you have to find out because the only way to break the curse is to reverse it" she stated.
"That Zara is the cause of all this' ' I stared angrily and hit my hand on the bed.
" no she isn't.... It's jealousy that's disturbing you " She said and I pushed my head.
" What sort of curse did you place on her? " she asked.
" A speech curse? " I replied in a question.
" Darn it Pearl!. What on earth did that innocent girl do to you? " she asked.
" Don't worry... I've made sure that Blue doesn't find out" I assured.
" Oh really... And what If she eventually finds out? " She asked with her eyes wide open.
" she won't " I guaranteed.
"I'm so disappointed in you Pearl... You know how close Zara is to Blue yet you did this? '' she said ruely and shook her head.
"well you aren't gonna tell her.. Are you? " I asked doubtfully.
"Don't ask me that... I hope the necklace also curses you with equal cruelness " I said and I swallowed hard.
"I hope so too" a voice said from behind and we turned to look.
Blue!!
"How could you pearl? " she said as a tear fell from her eyes.
"You made her suffer so much... You know how much I love her even during this break of ours" she said rashly.
"Blue! What.... How... I didn't mean to" I stuttered confused and jumped from the bed.
"For the sake of our friendship... I want you to reverse the curse" she said and I shook my head.
"You too Ally... I can't believe you didn't even wish to tell me... It's been like the people who I trusted the most are the ones fighting me from inside " she said and cried more..
I tried to touch her but she brushed my hands off...
"I don't care about any of you anymore just leave Zara out of this magic mess..everyone told me about you Pearl but I didn't believe them I chose to listen to my heart because you were my kind but I guess I was wrong " she rashed sober and sniffed.
she wiped the tears off her face and Alondra stood there speechless with a despondent look.
"Blue.. Let's go and save Zara" I said and she gave me a pathetic look.
She ran out of the office and I was about to follow her when Alondra stopped me.
Huh!.
" what? " I asked a little Weak.
" Did you hear what Blue just called me... " she said, perplexed.
" I have something to do," I said, not interested.
"She just called me Ally " she said and I breathed out.
"so? " I asked impatiently.
" You know what pearl.. Just go reverse the curse" Alondra said and I ran off.
Alondra's POV
something is definitely not right here... Blue never calls me Ally.
she always calls me Alondra ..what changed all of a sudden?.
I hope it's not what I'm thinking.
But Kuda is capable of doing so... She knows more spells and she's very cunning.
I hope she's not using Blue to get what she wants.
Why am I jumping to conclusions?... Blue won't hide it from me if an invisible person is speaking to her.
how will I ask her now?.. She's angry with me.
That Pearl is so foolish... She has managed to distant me from Blue.
There're so many things Blue doesn't know yet.
She doesn't know who Pearl truly is? She doesn't know who I am? She doesn't know Kuda? She doesn't even know who she is?
I hope she doesn't fall victim to emotional breakdown.
This Is so frustrating!!!
Blue's POV
This shocking revelation is just like a nail piercing my heart.
I don't understand anything anymore.
The tears just kept pouring down as I searched for Zara everywhere.. Where Is she?
I only kept the secret away from Zara because I wanted her to be safe but it seems that I was only deceiving myself.. I should have told her a long time ago.
"Blue! " I heard a pearl call but didn't turn to look.
" I'm sorry " she said.. She was already crying.
hmm crocodile tears.
"I can take us to Zara" she said and that caught my attention.
"Why didn't you say that before? " I asked coldly and she drew nearer.
"I so sorry Blue .. I di.." she said but I cut her off.
"Take me to Zara," I coldly suggested.
"OK fine.. I but I have to give you a spell to find her" she said and sniffed.
"hold my hand " she said and I looked at her for a long time but Zara was on the line so I had to do whatever it took.
I held her hand , she wet her hand with water and placed it on her necklace and she said something that rhymed perfectly.
"The loss of her voice has brought another aura;
so take me to a place where I can spy on Zara."
she said and we teleported to the back of the school.. Why is Zara here?
everywhere, just peaceful and calm with beautiful flowers.
I sighted her from far.. Sitting alone and I couldn't help but cry.
"What are you waiting for ?break the curse!" I shouted.
"The loss of Zara's voice is a surprise;
Mermaids from the sea away;
Though it might come with a price;
let the voice loosen I say. " she said
She's really good with rhymes..
"how am I sure it worked? " I asked restlessly.
"believe me it did... Just go say hi to her" she said with a light smile .
I ran to Zara and jumped on her.
She screamed in fright but when she realized it was me she just laughed.
"Zara.. Try saying something " I suggested and she shook her head negatively.
"just try pls" I said.
"Blue!.. " she said hoarsely.
"Say it again, " I said happily.
"Blue... Blue." She repeated so many times.
"My voice...it's back?" she asked surprised and we jumped on each other and laughed.. We fell on the grass and laughed.
We lay flat on the grass for a long time.
"Blue !" she called slowly and took her head up..
"I'm really sorry " she apologized.
"Nah.. it's not you.. I shouldn't have lied" I said.
I guess this is the right time to tell her the truth.
"Zara.. I want to tell you something" I said.
