CHAPTER 77
MONTANA'S POV
Now we were on our way to the Western North America.
Flight booked, now on the plane headed to the Cascade Range, which is a segment of the Pacific mountain system located in Western North America.
"Why there?", I asked my Aunt as we took our sits in the first class side.
"Because that was where your parents built for your training before they were killed", she smirked, "You have no idea how filthy rich you are, Montana, no idea."
Seriously, I had no idea how to react, I was excited, I was scared, I just had plenty of emotions pouring in.
Aunt Calista touched my hand, "Do not worry, I will be there with you, to guide you, give you advice and get you settled. Everything your family had is in your name, kept safely for you."
I nodded, "Do you have a picture of them?, I would really love to see what they looked like."
"There will be many pictures and memories where we are going, don't worry", Aunt Calista informed me.
Well, the flight was great. I still learned new things about where I am from.
Finding out I am Royalty, finding out numerous things.
My parents were like the King and Queen of werewolves. The top of the world, and it took just one betrayal from someone they trusted with everything they had, just one to make them disappear from the world.
Funny how it is always those kinds that betrays. People really need to try hard to quench some certain temptation and thoughts that would hurt people who trust you with everything.
Good thing Elowen is dead because she would have been on the list of people I will kill.
We finally landed after how many hours. I think my Aunty had some trusted people around this area as well. Everything was so hush, hush!
We landed, a car was waiting, bags got loaded in the car, now driving to our new home. Quiet and hidden home.
Aunt Calista was the one being the wheel. We drove for like three hours before we finally reached.
"Finally!", I exclaimed loudly as Aunt Calista stared at me a chuckled.
"Quite a journey, right?", She asked.
"Indeed, but worth it," I replied while helping her with the bags, "Is it just going to be both of us?"
"Yeah, but there might be people bringing in food and all that, suppliers, your parents, our pack, even though gone and now history presently still have alliances in every single corner and people who swore their loyalty to the Monteforte family," She informed me.
I nodded, taking in all the information.
"So yeah, this place is very protected, and we have some people on our side, but before diving into that responsibility, you will need to get yourself prepared," she said as we were taking our stuff inside.
This place was astonishing. Like a secret hideout, incredible but so much bigger and spacier.
"Responsibility of a leader, cause that is what you are and that is what you have always been." Those were the words Aunt Calista said to me as we got the last bags inside, and immediately she said those words I fell to my knees, groaning in pain.
My head! It was hurting a lot, like a lot, lot! The pain was starting to be unbearable.
"Aunt Calista!!!", I screamed in pain and fell down more, "Something is wrong! Aunt Calista", I called out more, struggling, but there was no response.
Until there was one.
"Relax child, accept it", I heard Aunt Calista say, "I am removing the barrier I used to close off your powers and your true self, you are not an Omega, Montana. You are a fucking female Alpha."
My screams got louder as I felt like my head was about to pop, I let it in like she said, felt it, my breathing was hard, and the pain was excruciating but sweet at the same time.
I could hear my Aunt chanting something's and I could see it, memories, I was not sure if those memories were supposed to be there, but I sense that she had already broken the barrier and the pain had disappeared.
But aside from that, there were these memories of people. My eyes lit up.
They were memories of my parents, their faces, how happy they were, when I was still a child. Everything, including when my mum was giving birth to me.
I think Aunt Calista was sharing her memories of them with me, giving it to me, wanting me to have a part of them with me and in me.
My body shook as tears rushed out from my eyes and I muttered", "Mummy", I could not stop the tears that flowed, "Daddy… I see you both."
I could hear Aunt Calista sniff in the background, "The memories are yours, you deserve to know more about your family, you deserve to know more about the people who were taken away from you, when you were just a baby, Montana."
I choked on tears and cried out loudly, the pain of loosing them. That was what I was feeling now, pain, anger, pain, anger. My screams were so loud, whoever heard it would feel the pain from my voice.
All those years of pain and suffering from the same pack who destroyed my life, who destroyed every single thing I love and would have come to love.
"Let out." Aunt Calista said softly.
Finally, it was done.
Now I was just curled up like a ball on the floor, crying my eyes out for my parents, my aunt, the innocent people who got killed, the men, women, even the children, the babies, the most painful part of it all, were the babies.
And I promised myself right there and at the moment, no matter how many years ago this happened…
I will get my revenge, our revenge, and I will make them pay.
ALPHA LINCOLN'S POV
I gave Victoria her phone, "Well, it is disconnected, not reachable, just like the last time."
Victoria could read the pain on my face, which was very visible, "Check your phone, maybe she left a message for you."
"I know she did not Victoria, she would not, not after how things ended," I said to Victoria, which was facts.
"Just check it, do not be so negative, brother."
"She did not", I turned and left, going to my room.
I wanted to check, but I knew she did not, but I still wanted to check, I wanted to open up my phone and see a message from her.
I knew there will not be one, but I could not stop myself as I checked.
Surprisingly, there was one new message.
I had not check who it was from. I had no idea why I was feeling so nervous, it was unlike me. I do not get nervous.
My heart pounded as I opened to check.
