She gasped. "H-How did you know about that?" shocked na tanong niya.
"I have a lot of connections..never forget that! If you must know, bago pa kita sinabihan about my job offer, I had you investigated. Stacey almost let out a sigh of relief but hindi siya nagpahalata. Hindi na siya dapat mag-alala na pagpipyestahan ng kung sino-sinong lalake ang halos hubad na larawan niya.

She locked her room's door bago naupo sa maliit na sofa sa kwarto niya. She took off her shoes and started to massage her sole.
Naalala niyang i-check ang phone niya. Mamaya pa namang 10 ang performance niya sa bar so she didn't look at her phone the whole day. Napasimangot siya ng makita na ang daming missed call ni Derick.
She dialed his number.
