His Personal Omega Chapter 121

I was staring at the wall when the doctor left me after he checked on me. I wasn't aware that I was touching my lower belly, and my eyes got moist when I slowly realized that Almera was right. I am pregnant, and this child that I was carrying was Amoux's child.

I bit my lips to prevent crying, but it failed when the tears betrayed me. My tears slowly flowed down my cheeks, and I felt my chest tighten.

‘You need to cry, Leah. You aren't alone; I am always here with you. Have you forgotten that we're one?’

My tears continued flowing down my cheeks after I heard my wolf. I couldn't believe that I got pregnant, but I understood that there was a big chance that I would get pregnant because I had sex with Amoux and Alpha Brandon.

I felt unhappy because it looked like Amoux wouldn't leave me. His shadow kept following me and gradually trapped me in his hands.

‘Leah, you couldn't blame Amoux. You quickly spread your legs to him; it's your fault too. Your child was the best blessing you will receive from the Moon Goddess; you should learn how to appreciate it.’

‘I don't know. I think that I'm not ready for this. I don't want to get pregnant, especially if Amoux was the father of my child.’

‘If you aren't ready to get pregnant, you shouldn't spread yourself when he fucked you. Leah, he was still our mate. I, maybe, disappointed with how jerk he was, but I didn't let your child get affected by your decisions. If you're angry with Amoux, don't let the child suffer because of your hatred of him.’

‘Then what do you think I should do now? What about Alpha Brandon? I am starting to begin my relationship with him, but I am pregnant now.’

‘You should think that your child is more important than Alpha Brandon. If I were you, I would immediately confess to him that you're pregnant and then deceive him. If he loved you, he would learn how to accept you, or maybe, he would choose to sacrifice to make your baby happy.’

‘I hope it's as easy as it sounds, my wolf.’

‘It's easy if you decide to do the right thing. Sometimes, we think it's too hard because we want to do something wrong. You should know how to choose a long-time commitment, Leah. You should know how to do the right thing.’

My wolf's words made me cry more. She was right, and I felt disappointed in myself. I couldn't believe that I thought something terrible had happened to my child and even to Amoux.

“Oh, Leah, what are you doing here?” I turned to look at my back when I heard Adam's voice. He was gazing at me using his anxious eyes. He moved closer to me and looked at me from head to toe.

“Aren't you alright? What is happening?”

“How did you know that I was here? Adam, you don't need to get worried about me. I can handle myself.”

“I know you could handle yourself. You can protect yourself too, but I am your cousin; you won't change the fact that I felt worried when it was you. I've been here, but you're just staring at the wall since I saw you. Tell me, are you sick? Did the doctor find out about the disease?” I stopped when I automatically remembered the disease that I needed to check.

And, now that I am pregnant, I am too anxious that it won't affect my baby. I ran so fast toward Adam, and he caressed my hair.

“I need to know about the disease,” I told him. Adam nodded his head as he agreed with me too.

“You shouldn't worry about it; I asked our grandma to find out about it. I'm still waiting for her response because the other healers were too aggressive with our family.”

“And why? We're from the first rank of healers; our ancestors were the leader of our kind.”

“And that's why they disliked you so much that Amoux Sergio was your mate. I know you know what his ancestors did to all of us. And all the healers think that if you used your healing ability on Amoux, he might be powerful, and they're scared that the past would happen again.”

“Amoux wasn't like that. I know him.”

“When you mentioned him, he didn't even try to choke you. Alpha Leah, I know he was your mate, and I respect it because you're my Alpha and my only cousin. But I want you to be alert and think that many healers don't have an attitude like that, especially since our family wasn't the head.”

“What are you talking about? I don't understand.”

“Grandma and I suspected that the new leader of the healers had a connection to one of the Sergio. And I wanted you to be safe.” I was stunned by what I heard., I thought the problem that I was facing wasn't too severe.

“We couldn't suspect someone, especially if you don't have enough proof.”

“That's what I am doing. But, at first, I didn't even think about it; I felt that I was hallucinating that I saw Hector's wife with the leader of our kind. If I don't see it, I must obey her until now.” I was surprised when Adam mentioned Amoux's mother. I still remember that Richelle noted that Luna forced her to break up with Lycan Hector, which was too surprising because Luna was too ladylike. She was too innocent, and it looked like she couldn't harm someone.

“Adam, are you sure about that? Are you telling me that Amoux's mother knew the new leader of all of the healers?” Adam nodded as he responded. And there were small details inside of my mind; I hoped I was wrong all along. How is that possible? So it means Luna hasn't had a bad relationship with all the healers.

“Who was the new leader of the healers?”

“Based on what I remembered, she was Richelle's cousin.” My mouth hangs open after I hear his answer. What is the meaning of this?
