His Personal Omega Chapter 126

Almera stopped herself from talking about what she heard. She felt that she had lost her words; she didn't know how to react or what she would say to Leah.

She shut her eyes to stop herself from crying, but she failed. She was hoping that Leah might be joking with her, or maybe, Leah wanted to see her reactions if she died.

“That's not funny, Alpha Leah. You're telling me that you're dying. Seriously, I won't believe that!” She sneezed when she turned her eyes to Leah.

“That's the worst joke I've ever heard!” she added. She cleared her throat when her voice cracked. She wanted to know why Leah was saying that to her.

“I wish that I was fooling you, Almera. But I'm telling you the truth. Before I tell you everything, I want to test myself.”

“You're yelling that you're dying but aren't sure about it? Alpha Leah, this isn't a good joke!”

“I know it's not. Did you think that I would like to die? Did you think that I was not thinking about my child's future? I want to witness how my child grows up. I want to hear my child's first words. Almera, I don't think I liked how I suffered right now!”

“That's not what I meant. You're unsure about it; why did you conclude that you're truly dying? There's a log of pack doctors here. And there's also a healer; I will do everything to find a healer to cure you!”

“I'm a healer, Almera.” After Leah admitted that she was a healer, Almera's eyes widened in surprise. She blinked several times.

Almera massaged her temple and even her nape. She felt her headache, and her nape was throbbing. She would have almost lost consciousness if Kairo wasn't beside her.

“Are you fucking with me, Alpha Leah? You told me that you're a healer, then used it to heal yourself.” Almera sarcastically suggested.

“Almera, it's not too easy. A healer couldn't heal their own body. They can't even detect if there is a disease inside their body. Leah couldn't heal herself.” Adam went towards Leah and gently tapped her back, which made Leah sigh in relief.

Karen went to Leah's side, and her face was full of worry. After that, Adam told her everything she needed to know.

“What are you talking about? And how did you know about this?” Almera glared at Adam, and she was furious that it was Adam again who knew everything. She was too protective of Leah because she was her friend.

Even though Almera dislikes Amoux too much, she's willing to connect with him if Leah accepts him as her mate.

She didn't want Amoux for her, but she knew only Leah had control over her decision. She respected whatever she wanted to do. She was always silently supporting her on her back.

“I am here, cousin, so you don't need to get jealous because of me, Almera.” Adam stared at Almera using his green eyes. His expression was too cold, and he was blankly looking at his cousin's Beta.

“Yeah, you're her cousin. But I didn't even know that she was a healer. Please, I want to know everything. Spill everything!” Kairo hugged her immediately, calming Almera down because of the bond.

“Alright, I will tell you everything, but you need to promise me that no one should know I am a healer.” Leah surrendered, for she knew that Almera wouldn't stop asking her if she didn't tell her the truth.

“Okay, but what will happen if someone finds out you are a healer?” Almera inquired.

“She might die quickly. If Leah used her ability every time someone needed to be healed, her lifespan would be reduced, which would cause her to die.” It was Adam who answered her question.

“That's why Leah decided to hide her ability from all of you. Don't think that she didn't trust you, for we all know that she trusted you. But we need to look for someone. That person was the reason why Leah might carry the disease.” Adam added.

“Then, alright, I understand now. That's why we need to invite all of the members tomorrow. So we can all see who's the traitor in this pack?” Kairo asked.

“Yeah, if you are thinking about how we can find the traitor, don't think about it. Leah would find whoever it was, and that traitor couldn't hide here for long.” Adam replied.

There's silence in the room, and Leah doesn't dare to talk because she thinks something might be wrong. If the person puts her on a disease, it means that the person is too close to her, or maybe that person wasn't outside in their pack house.

After her parents died because of that disease, and when she discovered how her parents died, Leah was too vigilant about the dish she ate or the drink she drank. She was wondering if it's possible that one of their chefs was a traitor.

“I want all of the members who worked in our kitchen to be there too.” Leah requested.

“Wait, do you think one of our cooks secretly put a disease inside your body?” Almera gritted her teeth, for she knew who the cook of their meal was. She remembered that the cook hooked up with the three Alpha, and she was too possessive.

“Okay, I agreed to Alpha Leah. I want to see if she's right! That damn bitch, once I found out that she's the traitor here, I would cut her neck using my hands!” Almera screamed in anger.

Leah immediately looked at Almera. Her heart beats too fast, which makes her breathe heavily.

“What are you talking about, Almera? Care to enlighten us?” Karen whispered.

“I don't even know that Hannah was one of the cooks here. But when I saw her in the kitchen last time, at first, I didn't believe it was Hannah!”

“Then, what's the reason why Hannah would do that?” Adam asked Almera.

“Because she was too in love with the three Alphas. And maybe, she was blaming Alpha Leah, that they die.”
